Vacuums work fine. But car wash was a waste of money. I dont have terribly high expectations, but I di expect my car to at least be clean. Front bumper was still dirty. Mirrors were 1/2 cleaned, door windows near Mirror were not cleaned entirely. I noticed some spray nozzles toward the end didn't seem to have enough pressure to push the liquid to my car.

I was excited for this car wash because they have the vacuum aisle! Unfortunately, I paid 16$ for the best wash available and it didn t clean my car completely. There was still chunks of pollen and the whole lower windshield area was still visibly dirty. The back streaked too. I don t expect super clean from a basic wash, but if I pay for the better one, I expect better, or a free second trip through like Wet Rabbit in Lake Stevens does.As for the vacuums, the sign clearly says you have to buy a car wash to use the vacuum and there were multiple people there using the vacuums that had obviously not bought a wash. I had to wait to use the vacuum, which was tough because the lot isn t very big and I was in the way of cars trying to come and go. I wasn t going to pay 16$ and not get the vacuum use especially since my car wasn t super clean at the end. Then once I used the vacuum, the top part kept popping off and I had to hold it in place while vacuuming. Definitely not an ideal experience. Too bad!

Absolutely love this car wash. $10 to $22 for the price. $22 one is the best. It gets busy fast so suggest early morning or right before they close. They also have guys that soap up your car before you go through actual wash, then put car in N mode and let the fun begin.

3 stars because the wash I got (13$ Supreme wash) did an okay job. Isn't perfect but there's dirt on some of the car that usually is cleaned off a when going through the wash tunnel. I go to Anacortes and the car is cleaned a lot better, no lines and same price. I think it's also blue cow but not sure. I'll come to this if I need a wash on the fly but I'll stick to Anacortes location if possible. Free vacuums were nice, I have a small car so I was able to fit past the long line when all the self wash bays were being used.

Closed almost thirty minutes early. Shut off vacuums mid vacuuming.Follow up- Thanks for updating the google hours as it was not before my review. Everyone else at the vacuum was confused as well. Own it.

The guys that 'pretended' to prep my car only managed to pop my back off. They also did not clean the back of my car at all and when I got out of the car wash it was still dirty. When I went to complain, somehow they couldn't find the paperwork for me to fill out, made me wait for 10 minutes to accomplish absolutely nothing. And they didn't care, they just pretended like nothing was wrong.

For 22 dollars my car should be super clean.. Nope ! The vacuums don't have good suction. It would be nice if they had towels to dry your car off or people to dry them off...

I love that you pay one price and can go every day!!! I have a new truck, and keeping it clean isn't easy during the winter months! I love it!!!! There is a tip box at the end of the carwash,so feel free to tip the crew !!!

I cancelled my monthly payment back in June due to knowing that I was going to be in between jobs. I was assured by the gentleman in the building that the payments would stop and all I had to do was remove my drive thru sticker. It is October and I happened to look at my bank statement and noticed that I was charged by Blue Cow. I called my bank and apparently they never stopped the payments. Do not fall for their monthly payments scheme with the claim of leave any time. They take your card number and keep charging you regardless of canceling.

They practice horrible business etiquette and mess with their employees hours alot. It happened to me and i ended up having to pay for their mistake

Have washed my truck here before. Seems like they don't do a great job before my truck goes through the was. The back remains dirty. For 22 dollar car was would expect a little better clean

A while ago I brought my 06 mustang GT in here to get the dirt knocked off of it. The machine did a little more than that and left scratches all down the side of my car that I just had painted last year. Filled out an incident report and was told that the manager would get ahold of me to get it fixed. it s been over a month and heard nothing from em. Now I m paying for it myself to have it detailed and to hopefully save what s there. Please for the love of god to whoever is looking for a quick car wash steer clear of this establishment. May be convenient at the time but trust me your gonna pay for it later

Received a free wash card from a local auto dealer for some maintenance I had done. I'm certainly glad I didn't pay for the wash. Don't think the car came out any cleaner than it went in.

I never drive to anacortes anymore so glad this place turned into a blue cow! And it's a great one! Staff was friendly and quick moving! Car came out great. Added picture of why car is so dirty

Great car wash! I never had the problem of paying for a self cleaning station only to find that it doesn't work properly--something that I have encountered at other car washes. Employees are helpful here as well.Only thing I don't like is that I will often have to purchase an extra dull cycle just to finish the last step or two. I wish they charged an extra dollar and let me have 12 minutes rather than 10.

Not very impressed. I got the mid grade wash and my tahoe was still dirty when I left, however I didn't know until I got to my next destination. My steps and lower part of my fender still had mud/dirt on them. My windshield wasn't hardly cleaned, there was still stuff on it which wasn't noticed until after it had stopped raining. I have not gone here in a few years but never used to get bad washes. Unfortunately I probably won't be back, ill be strictly using a competitor who I've never had problems with.

The free vacuums are a gimmick that seems to be working (you are still paying for them lol). Three dollars for a wash and you have to pay for vacuums if you use the touchless do it yourself. Right down the street two dollars for four minutes splash and dash with warm water one dollar for four minutes on the vacuum and they also give you one minute for each quarter you add on the vacuum after the initial dollar go to splash and dash

#1 Car wash in the Mount Vernon/Burlington/Sedro-Wolley area. Honesty and integrity is how this business is ran. Automatic car wash/ Self-serveI went on a monday around 1pm. Just got back from a roadtrip to Yellowstone and had a massive amount of bugs covering my windows. So I purchased the $20 wash.Mentioned to the owners about my trip and I proceeded through.First wash got most, but not all of the bugs and crud. The owner himself got down and looked for just a minute and said let's rewash it.The second wash got nearly every nick and cranny clean, however, there was still some leftover mosquitoes and mystery funk. Again, the owner said "let's give it a soak"The owner came out yet again and had me go through a 3rd time leaving my car super clean and best of all, bug free.They handed me a wipe to clean my dash and a smell good to hang in my car.On top of this great experience, there are several trash bins you can use to empty out your trash and they offer free vacuuming when you use their services.They also offer an unlimited monthly plan from $22.95 to $39.95.Currently 2 location. Anacortes,WA and Mt. Vernon, WA

Nice big bay- I think even an RV can fit into self wash. My van fit great. Spent $17 in all and it didn t get all that clean- lots of streaks. But overall is ok

I have never felt as robbed as today. I paid for the premium service that the car wash offers. $20.00 thrown away. They disconnected the vacuum just when I was going to start using it after having to remove the dirt from my car after leaving the machine because it was not clean. The guy who was in charge treated me horrible. Lousy customer service. I do not recommend this place and I will not spend my money there again. A good way to improve is by having better customer service and better laundry service. Zero stars.Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

Could be much better. Left soap all over the back of my hatchback car, not to mention the small spots the attendant missed prepping on the back were also missed by the spinning brushes. They did hose off the soap on the back of my car in the self serve bay after mentioning it. The free vacuums are nice, if only the carwash was functioning as it should. Check and fix your equipment please.

Took my work car there window seal was bad they confirmed with me about sending my car threw and even helped hold my window in place as i rolled it up (1995 honda civic)I have to say this car was dirtier then any car ive ever drove, and i got "the works" it cleaned my car extremly well. Better then expectation

So it seems everytime I come here and purchase a wash, the vacuums are always off. And if they happen to be on, there is a wait because people who didn't purchase a wash are using them. And if you go down the road to splash n dash, there vacuums are usually busted and/or smell awful. My advice to anyone who lives here is to buy a shop vac for your interior and wash your car by hand because all the car washes in the Mount Vernon area are just about the worst ones I've seen anywhere.

Automatic car wash two guys in front of me doing great scrubbing both sides of a car. I pull up right side guy walks away left hand guy just scrubs that side so now my left side is cleaner than the right side of my car tires everything I've always had a great experience with this company but today they failed
