My Subaru was T-boned - bad. The passenger side was creamed. Avon Body Shop is popular, so I waited two months before it went in for repairs, which I'm so pleased to say are seamless. Thanks for getting my car back on the road. It is better than ever.

Dil totaled my car, Avon was up front about repair costs, let me leave my car until I could arrange towing. Very best customer care, honest about repair costs. Would come here again

Avon Body Shop fully restored our Ford Ranger pickup after it had rolled over in a wreck. The repair and body work were extensive and the Solvers went above and beyond our expectations, essentially delivering a new truck back to us. The body work and painting were so well done it was hard to see where the damage had occurred. Wow, can not get any better than this, period. What I actually liked was they took the bumper that was torn off the vehicle and offered to somehow screw it back on without caring that a new one should be ordered, which would have been more money and not worth the value of the car... yay !

Dave and the technicians that repaired our Challenger,Let me start this by stating that the car looks amazing! When our car struck a deer back in 2021 and researching several local Body shops, we chose Avon. The results were excellent. So, it was an easy decision to bring the car back after it was hit last September. We weren't at all concerned with quality as your expertise and craftsmanship spoke for itself. Unfortunately the second time around it was apparent the quality wasn't there. We all understand things happen and we're all human. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. After bringing the car home and having a chance to really look it over, the car wasn't up to our, nor do we believe your standards. I immediately reached out to you, explained the various deficiencies in the workmanship. The response you gave was swift and professional. You requested we bring the car back in to assess the issues. You quickly identified the problems, made arrangements for a rental car ( at your expense) and asked that we leave the car with you for a week or so. That week turned into two weeks however, the delay was out of your control. When we received your phone call to alert us the car was ready, both my Wife and I were nervous and anxiously anticipating the outcome. As soon as our car hit the sunlight, I knew immediately you nailed it! The car simply looked phenomenal, the paint and blending was nothing short of stellar! The door, fender and trim now looks as good as if it rolled off the assembly line. In the end you proved why Avon has the outstanding reputation it so rightly deserves.Thank you to all who had a hand in bringing our car back to showroom quality! Avon did a great job repairing my fender, and came in under the insurance company estimate. They're so good that wait times to get scheduled can be quite lengthy.

These guys are great. It's the kind of service that you see in an old movie and not very commonly in real life. They are relaxed, up-front honest, very easy to work with and their work is flawless beautiful. Their pricing is competitive with other body shops in the area, but when their service and attitude is factored into the equation, there really isn't any doubt that this is the place to get your car fixed. Don't let the old building fool you. Glitzy buildings don't always mean good service and work!

I hit a rock with my aluminum boat and the marine places were all busy so I asked Dave if he could help me out. Turns our Clint there is a boat guy and not only welded up the bottom, but noticed I didnt have zinc plates on there and offered to install them if I picked them up. Could not be happier and more complementary of Dave and his crewService: Welding

Quality repair work, fair price, excellent reputation. They know how to work with your insurance and get all of the paper work handled quickly and easily. I use them for work and personal vehicles and will continue to do so.

I unfortunately have needed body work on several of my cars and these guys are awesome! They do a great job, are honest and also fair in their pricing. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a used white truck from a local dealership a couple years ago. The paint looked fine when I bought the truck but after some time some buffed out areas started to show in multiple spots. It looked terriible. Last week my husband took my truck around to a couple of local auto body shops with upwards of $600 to fix it. My husband then stopped by Avon Body Shop and the person he spoke to was able to buff out these spots in a few minutes and charged him $50. It has been a couple weeks and they have not reappeared! I realize this may not end up being a permanent fix but I appreciate the honesty and will take my vehicles there in the future if I every need any body work.

Friendly people who know what they are doing. The repair job could not have been any better. My wife says the car hasn't been this clean since it was brand new. It looks great.

They were able to fairly estimate costs to fix a large dent in my wife's car. There were some unforseen delays in getting it fixed, so the estimated completion time was extended, but the results were satisfactory.

Affordable. Good service very nice employees. Manager works as fast as he can and friendly usually 2-4 ppl inside because this shop is popular and a family run business.
