Worst experience getting a simple oil change..... Took over 2 hours to get an oil change done. We came pulling in a little after 5 pm. We were the only car here! Got checked in and walked away at 5:19... Decided to come back a little after 6pm to see what's going on. Because the app had no updates, on where the car is at in the process. We come walking up, the car is still sitting outside. We ask what's going on. The MANAGER, says it won't turn over.... I asked if they used the right key. Because there are two different Toyota keys on the ring. My car, and the car getting an oil change.... She goes. "Oh....... Maybe.... Idk.... " proceeds to walk out there with my husband. My husband fires it right up. She then makes him pull it into the bay..... If you were using my key, the ignition isn't even going budge... You wouldn't think maybe something is wrong and to try the other key???????The guy who finally started working on it, took his sweet time. They close at 7. He clearly was getting OT and milking that clock. I watched him take his sweet time. While we were having a conversation with another couple about how slow they are going with their car.We finally got out at almost 7:30....We go to the car, fire it up. The guy who did the oil change and parked it. Didn't put the car in neutral (it's a manual) and didn't pull the parking brake. Needless to say, that didn't end well for me, who was in between the two doors, outside of the car about to turn around to get my child buckled.We will NEVER go here again.

I purchased tires through Walmart for my husband s trailer, and scheduled for them to be put on. Soon he realized that one of the brand new tires was leaking so he took it in this morning to see what was going on. Turns out one of the rims was cracked and they tried to blame him that it must have been cracked before. He told them he never once had an issue with his rims and they were the ones that cracked it on accident when switching the tires. Manager was no help at all, so we will be filing a claim and we will not be returning to Walmart Auto Care for any of our car or trailer services again.

I asked for the new tires to go on the front well it didn't get done I was told because of the tread depth they couldn't rotate the tires shouldn't the new tires go on front of a front wheel drive car HummService: TiresService: Tires

I purchased 5 35x10.50r17 Kenda truck tires from Walmart online for around 1300 dollars. One of them wouldn't hold air after mounting and had a weird sidewall leak. I filed a return/warrenty and explained online in the help chat the tire was mounted but wouldn't hold air. They were very helpful and told me it would be no issue to return it. Infact they assured me of this. I quickly received an email with a barcode and instructions to return the tire. I show up and a man with a team lead badge had an extremely rude attitude and made a big deal about the tire being mounted. Loudly saying they were going to ,"have to eat the cost of the tire." Well I was simply following the instructions provided by the Walmart help center. I also have to eat some costs with this transaction both with my time and the cost of having a new tire mounted for the second time. Everyone else seemed really nice but I think the team lead should have taken some deep breaths and better evaluated the situation. I was not someone trying to rip off Walmart. I went through the process online and was following the instructions provided.Service: Auto tire replacement

Made an appointment, got there on time and had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for someone to even grab my keys. The guy that finally talked to me would not do what i asked anout rotating my tires like i paid for to be done. And after I picked my car up after replacing both tires one of them was wah under pressure. Not a suggested tire place to go too.

Most incompetent oil change place I've ever been too. stupid mfers were trying to figure out how to get the oil out of my truck for an hour and a half, just to tell me they couldn't do it lmao"but we gave you a free oil filter" lol what a jokeSave yourself some time and the headaches and go to an actual auto shop

Tire installation with appointment was supposed to be 1 hour for installation, but it took them over 2 hours out the door for installation with appointment. They threw away my old tires and charged me for recycling fee when I specifically told them several times that I needed my old tires back. Luckily, I waited around so they were able to retrieve the old tires, but had I left to go to work and come back the next day since it was taking so long, then the old tires would've been lost. Poor customer service overall and no one around to ask why tire installation was taking so long with an appointment, and I was late for work because of it.Service: Tires

Ordered tires online and scheduled install appt for 7. Show up at 7 and no one is there. Walk though the main entrance and was told they are always late. Wait another 15 minutes for employees to show up only to find they don t have the right tires. Everyone knows Walmart is the worst and has terrible service but I should have know better and gone somewhere else in the first place.

Wasn't too happy with the service I had. I felt like I was a burden and annoyance when I was buying a set of tires for my vehicle. Very little eye contact when speaking with me. The process took over 20 minutes before I could pay, I don't like having to consistently ask what is taking so long. Starts to feel rude. I feel you should be providing some info on what your doing since it takes so long to sell tires (later I found out it dealt with warranties and such) the only good thing was the price was AMAZING compared to other stores.

Waited a half hour just to be helped. After getting the car checked in for an oil change I was called over an hour later and told that they couldn't do it.

Don't like the socialists that they have there so far they are very weird stuck up one willing to meet your needs and do not do what their job title entitles they will ask what it is you need done, knodd thier head up and down as they pretend to understand and listen to you and then leave you with maybe if lucky 24% of whay you requested done not caring you took them in to trust them with your auto maintenance to be done right. Not recommended what so ever

We dropped the car off at 9 AM and they told us the job should be done by 1 PM that day. We came to pick up the car after 3 PM and they had the car parked without the tires changed. They decided not to change the tires because the lug nuts were too tight. But they never contacted us! Come on, I know it's Walmart, but is it that hard to leave a message as soon as you decided you couldn't do the job?

Great prices, shop while you wait. ... well I'm back for the lug nut retorqe. Tire pressure check. No such luck. I'm first one here, a guy comes up to me says we're closed. Ten more minutes I said, no we're closed tell further notice. FWI the Walmart tire center is no longer open. That is sad.. google maps needs to update

Terrible, I stood around for 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or said a word then was expected to wait another 2 1/2 hours at Walmart till the work could be completed. It was explained once you are checked in I couldn't leave because someone might see me coming back and wondering why I was before them. It's not in Walmart's policy to take research so you can leave and come back when they can get to it.

Got my oil changed there frequently until they messed up my car broke the oil pan then acted like no big deal for me to drive around with it leaking oil until i was able to get it into an auto place 3 weeks later to fix thier mistake. Never had any problems with my car until they did that. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Usually you can come in on the same day and you don't need an appointment. This is not an all service shop but the work that they offer is usually pretty good. Nice selection of tires at affordable pricing.

Apparently the tire center tends to close early so the hours are not right arrived at 5:28 and was told by a guy that works there that his coworker was leaving and he could not do the work alone so he blew Us off. I would just save time and go somewhere else definitely don t recommend this place by our experiences here.

I have always considered the auto center to be that weird Narnia like place that exists inside of Walmart where there are actually people present to assist you, they do not run from assisting you, they are not only helpful in assisting, but are friendly as well... the pit crew guys are pretty good-looking as well. winky face Also...according to the poster on the wall, ''services'' wink-wink? start at 19.99 for "pit crew"-- not sure what that includes, but l'll see u on payday for sure hehehe ;-p

Called ahead of time to see if they could put on a full set they said yes.. get there get what I need Picked out. A full set of tires and they tell me they won t do it. I told them I had a flat and they said that didn t matter. Worst costumer service I ve seen and worst communication, had they told me no when I called I would have saved the drive in. NEVER AGAIN will I go to them for this!

Really good prices on oil changes, cheapest place to go in moses lake, $24.50 for oil and filter, fast service and also other prices for full synthetic. Will be going back

Slow!! Not enough techs available. Was told 1 hour took almost 2. Corporate needs to stop worrying about hours and make sure they can meet the customers needs.

I broke down and this is the only auto shop in town open, so I called and let them know my car over heated. The gal on the phone said she couldn't guarantee a spot, but the last car they take would be at 5:30p. I got here by 3:30p by tow truck and walked. I was THEN told that they don't employ a mechanic and couldn't help me.

Under staffed!!!! 3hour wait for oil change. Employees will ignore you when you drive up, more than 5 minutes from the time they made eye contact till approaching the car.

I got a tire rotation and they did not put the center cap back on right it fell off on highway and its $50 for a new 1 its a 2009 its not old they did not put it on right and won't offer anything after not putting something back on my car the right way I won't go here ever again I had 1 other past experience that was bad here also.
