First time for an oil change in this location for my impreza! It was a breeze for a quick oil change. Good price, too! Make sure you have a coupon. May not be $20 is still a $20 but $7 discount still good. Full synthetic about $105.

This valvoline location went the extra mile! Was having an oil leak in my car, we all figured drain plug or washer. Came back a week later since was still having a leak. Replaced the drain plug and has me wait to see if it was still leaking, and yes it was. The Manager Kyle went the extra mile and took the skid plate off finding there s a crack in my oil pan causing the leak. If he didn t do this we wouldn t be closer to fixing my oil leak. Thanks so much Kyle! We will keep going back to this location.

Got my oil changed today, i original went to ford but after being ignored i decided to turn around and go to vavoline. Gio helped me out and did amazing. the service was fast and they were very informative. Will ONLY be going to vavoline for my oil changes from now on!

Had the best service today from Kyle & Edwin! Very awesome men that definitely know what they re doing! Kyle was amazing at telling us what maintenance our vehicle needed. I drive a fleet element vehicle. I drive 7500 miles every month. I go in every month and they always hassle me about 1 thing or another. 1st the guy tried to tell me he didn't take my Element card because it is fuel only. Then he tried telling me that my car would likely not be in the element system because it is new. (They don't hand out Element cards to cars that are not in their system) Then he tries telling me that he can only put in conventional oil. He never even bothered looking at the sticker under the hood that clearly shows SAE 0W-20(that's full synthetic).There is clearly a reason that the Valvoline place on Stratford road is always packed 3 cars back in each lane and this place is always empty.This Valvoline place needs new Management and better training.

I didn't mean to do that, must have been accident/glitch because I put 5! And I have made sure this time!Yall are good. Didn't have time to include details, but I'll take some time now that I'm not driving.This location is always fast thoroughly efficient and communication between the staff members makes a customer feel like everyone is on the same page!I appreciate being able to bring my own oil and filter.I am a return customer and will continue to refer people to this location. Not that there is anything wrong with the other location, I simply prefer this location tho. My opinion and thoughts.Be safe and have a good day.Many apologies for confusion or my fat finger.Very satisfying experience and good vibe from all team members.Keep doing what yall do!

Do not use this place if you have a dually or anything that they can't look up. I have 4 cars serviced there, they broke the bolts on my sequoia, overfilled my Ford , and my dodge they did okay. That leaves my 1977 Chevy. They couldn't check my tire pressure, didn't check power steering , brake booster, air filter or coolant. I had to ask them to check my transmission. The tech couldn't figure out how to check my air filter. They have lost my business and more. What a joke!!! I paid 80 bucks for 10 grease points. And they put the wrong weight oil in.

The people are nice. The last time we had the oil changed we had to go back because oil started leaking onto the driveway, which had never happened before. We just had the oil changed on Friday and it's leaking again. Hubby is going to look at it tonight and might take it back in.

I've been here twice, and both times have been given the, "We don't have the synthetic oil or air/fuel filters for your diesel trucks due to backorders, but if you purchase them at the auto parts store we'll install them for you." In that case I may as well do it myself; I go to an oil change business so I don't have to do it myself. I think either they don't want to do the work or it is mismanaged, because the Valvoline Instant Oil Change business I frequent in Great Falls, Montana always has all of the materials for the job and provides excellent service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOSES LAKE BUSINESS.

Went straight downhill after valvoline bought out grease heads. The workers did not know what they were doing and messed up my truck. Will not be going to any valvoline again after the wenatchee one broke my dipstick tube off and I tell the moses lake ones to be careful with it, 30 seconds later he is holding the dipstick tube saying "I didn't get trained for this". Long wait time too

These people literally saved our car and our trip. We had an oil change done somewhere else 200 mile before Moses Lake and lost 3 quarts of oil before we realized something was wrong. These guys calmed me down on the phone on fixed us up right away and got us back on the road to Idaho.
