I've gone here multiple times. Prices have been good, service for the most part has been quick. One time came in for a tpms sensor change and they helped me figure out that was not my issue instead of taking my money. Honest people!

I'm never going back to this place the owner acts like he doesn't know how to use a computer so he doesn't have to cancel an account and then he puts the tires first and then he tells you is already in an account because he's working together with the financial place to screw people over on the financial side,and they don't have or they don't know how to balance tires my were way off and I ended up taking my truck to les schwab so they can do it right and I ended up paying more because of this incompetent shop

Excellent service and attention to detail. Quick and fast and affordable. The inside looks much better than you would first think and very welcoming and respectful. Ask important questions that actually retain to the subject and I was in and out in less than 15 min for some used tires. Looks like they have nice rims and coffee maker inside the main shop and while I was waiting I was watching and they have good attention to efficiency and getting the job done right the first time. Shop is overall clean considering it s a tire shop and no slacking on the job whatsoever. They have a mini area are inside and social distancing standards in play.

We had a blow out on our way back to Seattle from Spokane and the shop was getting ready to close when we arrived. Lucky for us they were more then willing to help us out with replacing our tire for a reasonable price. Excellent service!

Awesome people and great service.Comercial tire tried to upscale me $250 more when I got there. I turned around and came here. Got it done for $100 not $350Keep it up guys!

Came to Moses Lake for a conference and noticed air hissing out late Saturday after about 20 mile drive on I90. Put some air in and headed slowly to Moses Lake. By that time no more hissing and PSI had remained. Every place was closed and most places were closed on Sunday. After staying another night, this shop was able to fit me in immediately and diligently checked my tire. They found a 3 in nail that had become embedded and sealed the leak. They patched it quickly and expertly at an affordable price. Life savers at this shop.

Open on Easter morning... with a cheerful and efficient crew. No one likes a nail in a tire, but The Tire Store crew handled my tire crisis rapidly and with a smile. Excellent service.

Went here the day before Thanksgiving to get some used tires put on my car that I purchased from a friend... I've worked with these guys a couple times before and they've always been rude/liars. Tried getting a set of brand new all seasons put on my car a couple days ago at discount tire and they couldn't even get one tire off to get started because these guys cross threaded on 3 of my lug nuts! Took my car back to them, tried explaining that they messed up, he told me I was wrong and that I don't know what I'm talking about because my lug nuts are the wrong ones... Uh hello, they're the stock ones that came with the car! He took one off my driver side front and sent me packing! Long story short, they won't hold themselves accountable for stuff they break and will send you off with an unsafe car, so had to fix the issue myself! And definitely went somewhere else to have my all seasons put on. DON'T GO HERE!

I ran into this place on 2 seperate occasions. The 1st time they turned me away and said they only did tire services. The second time was after I purchased a vehicle from their family owned car dealership. The second time they were dismissive as well. I think it was my darker skin. There seems to be something out of the ordinary going on here.

Life saver!!! My fianc� and I were 3 hours away from home when a tire blew on the highway. With almost no tire shops open on a Sunday we tried going to Walmart but they were no help. We called this place 10 minutes before they closed and they stayed passed closing to help us. In and out in literally 15 minutes, swapped out the 2 rear tires. Amazing service, thanks again!!

Hope can give the -5 stars this guy's not torque one of the 4 wheels after that the holes in the wheel was damaged and he want use like that he say is ok not way I pulling my 5th wheel and my familyI call the owner he was not friendly at all and I told only I want is replace the wheelafter weeks the guy refuses to remplace and told me if want take to court was fine for him say gonna be more expensive for me than the wheelsabsolutely not way to a person own a businessIn the very end he offers wheels that he sell in his shop and I say I'm not here to spend money in wheels I only want remplace the damaged wheelIn the end he agree to remplace the 4 wheels but have to pay 150.00 dollarSo I pay 150 out my pocket plus the initial tire instalationAbsolutely not recommendCheck again your tires torque

Fast, efficient, and excellent service. They fixed my flat within about 10 minutes. Probably the best tire experience I ve had. It s hard to say that a flat tire is the highlight of a roadtrip but the service at The Tire Store made our day!

Fast and friendly service here! I got my new tires mounted and balanced on my SUV. They quoted me a price over the phone, then gave me a better price when I actually went in to get work done! Always happy with their work! Thanks guys!!!

Took advantage of my daughter. She took her Nissan 2009 Altima in for brakes, they called her back and said it was done, she paid them $240 and they didn t do anything didn t even take the wheels off so beware they ll rip your daughter off because they seen a vulnerable young lady as their prey. So much for keeping young ladies safe on the road!

Went in at 7:30 today Sunday morning, very rude individual, felt really unwelcome and his prices are unfair..,$40 to change 2 tires to rims.. and on top of everything he left the tire bolts loose,and thats really the main reason for this review. Please check your tires before you leave. if you are a white Caucasian you will be treated really well but if you happen to be a Hispanic forget it. I believe this individual has an identity issue... all 5 stars on this establishment come from Caucasian people, nothing against my white brothers and no offense intended.

Prices are the best around, and service is always fast. I ve bought 4 or 5 sets of tires from here now, and wouldn t buy anywhere else in town. Seriously 30~40% off from some other high price stores.
