My fianc� took his car to Smart Start to get his interlock installed he sat there for over 5hrs and now the car doesn t run at all. Car has spark still replaced plugs just in case, checked fuel pump its good, battery is good, changed the main relay, PCM everything we are at a loss of what they did. Put a lot of time money and effort into this car and its always been good to him and never left him stranded. They even tried to charge him a removal fee for taking it out of his car after it wouldn't start, called corporate and the said absolutely not and his next install is free of course at a different location as we wont be taking any of our other vehicles to this location. Don t recommend, he wishes he would have trusted his gut when he walked in and there was kids and animals running around the shop. Car had to stay over night, went in Saturday morning and a guy who doesn't even work there was touching his car and messing with things. If there was an issue and they didn't feel comfortable doing it we would have rather them said that then to be in the situation we are in now down a daily driver and out money as we try to figure out what they did.Best customer service he had was the guy from corporate, and ONE of the guys who installed it who apologized to him. Front desk lady just said well our guys aren't mechanics or electricians. Car ran and drove when he took it in, even had to drive it in the shop since the guy couldn't drive a stick.

I would recommend this place to everyone that needs an ignition interlock device. They were extremely helpful and explained every do and don t associated with the device.

Smart start of moses lake did a great job. I went with my friend a year ago to smart start wenatchee and the employees were rude, and service took 5 hours. With these guys it took a little over 3, and they were kind people.

Very poor customer service, my car had mechanical failure and would not go into park so I had to put in neutral and disconnect the battery to turn it off until I could get it into the mechanic. So by not being able to put my vehicle in park the interlock never knew to shut off so it violated me multiple times and they told me it was user error in response to my incident report. So I have 3 seperate charges of violation due to mechanical failure of my car.

I have to say I had such a great experience with smart start.. ChrisIs very fast and good with installing and answer s any questions . Chris very helpful and go's be on and above to help .I would recommend smart start over Scotties 5 hrs compared .to smart start 2 hr installing.Thank u ChrisAnd smart start.

Highly Recomeneded and Very cordial and professional services provided at this installation shop for any and all electronic vehicle accessories needed integrated into your vehicles systems, especially smart start blow and go integrations. And the monthly check in and downloads of the smart start data it collected during that month is pretty fast as well, I just pulled up to the front door to plug in the USB cable and waited like 5-10 min. I think and made the monthly payment and was on my way again. Thanks for your services

Okay im changing my good review to one star.Dont bother driving here. This is the second time ive driven an hour from home to find nobody here. Last time found a note "its my birthday im closed"This time I find people in the lot that have been there an hour and waiting.I had to double back and drive another 40 mins. Gas prices 5.29 and I had to leave work early. Thanks Dude.Really appreciate it.
