Scotty's is the best. I had serious issues when I first brought my truck in and they diligently and thoroughly diagnosed the truck gave me the best course of action to take and fixed it right the first time! I have since had my truck back for other issues and I am continually impressed by the high level of thoughtfulness they put into their work. My F350 is now running like a dream and I will not hesitate to use Scotty's again in the future. My give my sincere thanks to Darin, Erin and Sarah. They were all wonderful to work with!

Scotty's has friendly staff. Honest, upfront pricing and quick turn around on work. The inspection done upon my vehicle included pictures and a brief explanation/suggestion on repairs. Invoicing matched the recommendation based on their inspection. Completely no surprises between the two.

Went in for a oil change and received a free inspection as well with the oil change on my 2001 Toyota Camry. An oil change is an oil change those are about as easy as they come. BUT the inspection completely blew my mind how thorough it was! They literally checked everything on my entire car not just under the hood. I was experiencing a little oil leakage as well and they tracked down and pinpointed the oil leak for me. Sent me pictures as well directly to my phone. Was not a 15 minute quick in and out oil change that you get at quick lube shops. Took just over an hour to complete but was so worth the money! $40It's not a quick in and out place.But if your looking for quality work and above and beyond the call of duty service where you know the job is done right Scottys is the place for you too!!Adrian P.

They fixed a big oil leak I had and did a great job but I had additional concerns with my power steering which hasn't been working and they told me there was too much oil from the leak and they didn't have the ability to clean that so they basically just brushed off my concern for the power steering. It just felt as if they wanted to be done with my car, so I guess I'll go somewhere else from now on? Because my power steering still doesn't work. Very odd exchange. I would recommend them but I probably won't go back.

Scotty s did a great job for me on my Truck. They took me right in and had my truck done the next day. Very reasonable prices and everyone was really nice. They were ven gave me a ride close by to my mom s house.Thank you so much

I had a wheel become wobbly on my 2917 Subaru Outback while driving from Bellevue to Spokane and had to quickly check into hotel at Moses Lake and find someone who would look at it next am. Scotty s looked at it 9am and asked right away if someone had just worked on the car. Subaru dealer had worked on it the day before an apparently forgot to tighten one wheel properly.

My 2020 RAV4 repeatedly threw a P0128 code which disabled the cruise control and AWD system. As someone who has done all of his vehicle maintenance for over 50 years I thought this would be an easy fix, which it was on my 1985 Jeep Cherokee. Sadly not so. I spoke with Aerin at Scotty s about my symptoms and we agreed that it was in all likelihood a failed thermostat. She gave me a quote and asked if I wanted to move forward or have the mechanic confirm my suspicions. I decided to have the analysis confirmed as the cooling system on this engine is electronically controlled. Ultimately it was the thermostat and the job was completed under the estimated cost. Their comprehensive multi-point inspection revealed additional issues several needed immediate attention and several were less pressing. After my review I decided to take care of them myself. There were never any high pressure tactics which I found refreshing. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

The customer service is great, and the staff is very courteous polite and helpful. They diagnosed my truck ordered the part, kept me updated and worked with my warranty. Scotty drove me to pick up and drop off the rent a car and he seems so humble. I would recommend Scotty's any day.

They did a complete check on my car to let me know what was wrong fixed what I asked them to and the price was perfect. I also got a flower for spring! Definitely will be back and recommend

DO NOT GO HERE. Took my subaru forester in because of an oil leak and to check brakes. I get a lengthy response about how i need a new engine because of high amounts of blowby. Didn't fix my oil leak and didn't check my brakes.Took my car to another shop that has worked on my subaru in the past and they found some problems with the brakes which they fixed and fixed the oil leak. Didn't find anything wrong with the engine after lengthy testing.

Hardly ever get back to you with a quote and I had them do my pinion seal which you have to take out the pinion well a year later my pinion came loose and destroyed my rear end. Now I am at a different shop getting a full rebuild that's costing me $3000 when they did a $200 job wrong... they didn't notate any issues with the rear end when they went in their so. So apparently it was good before they worked on it. These don t just go bad.

I would highly recommend Scotty's Auto Repair. They never send me out the door until they are completely done with their work. It's not Jiffy Lube by any means when it comes to getting your oil changed but they do a wonderful job. Had a check engine light on my traverse and needed it to be looked at. Scheduled an appt and got in at Scotty's. Quick and efficient. Newer to the area and they earned a returning customer for future needs. Super friendly staff.

Took my car to get new tires here and their work was very unprofessional. Scratched my rims up pretty bad taking off weights and looks to me like they used scotch bright to clean the rim before adding new weights which scratched them pretty bad. I ve been waiting for them to call me back for a week to resolve the issue but can seem to get through to them.Service: Tires

I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so because not only was my most recent experience with Scott's auto repair exceptional, but they have been taking care of my car care needs for quite some time now.They have an amazing team that compliment eachothers skills and deliver a high level of quality, integrity, and honesty and continue to look for ways to improve is why I keep going back!

I will never use their service again. Lied about the problems in our vehicle and created problems with it that didn't exist. Overcharged for services. Claimed they were the only interlock installers in town. Which was also a lie. Found cheaper services for a cheaper interlock device elsewhere. Don't fall for their lies. Do your research, go through a different company.

My parents recommend Scotty s, and I took my car there for a blower motor issue and inspection. They were very helpful when I called to tell them my heat wasn t working. They offered to take a look at it to see if the motor was just frozen and could just be a quick fix. I had a feeling it was most likely broken so I decided to just schedule an appointment. They made me an appointment within 3 days of calling and diagnosed the issue quickly and were great at communicating what needed to be done and when I could expect my car back. The price was fair, but more importantly they give you a warranty on the work they preform. This gave me peace of mind. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. Also I didn t have a ride to pick up my car and the owners daughter came to pick me up. I am very impressed with Scotty s auto repair and will recommend them to people I know, and I will also use them in the future if needed. Quick an easy to setup an appointment. Initial quote was quite accurate considering the work that my truck needed.
