Great place with very helpful employees. I brought in a dead car battery and they were nice enough to charge it all the way up for free no charge whatsoever. I must say I was an overall satisfied customer, I highly recommend this place for all your auto part needs.

They've been the only store able to get some very obscure parts to keep my older fleet running. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Machine shop is on-site and very convenient. If they don't have what you need, they can find it.

The wheel bearings on my boyfriend s boat trailer went out today. Stopped at Les Schwab and they weren t sure what to do so they sent us somewhere else. After that place we went didn t work out, we decided to go to this Napa. First of all, so friendly and helpful. Second of all THERE WAS A CUTE KITTY! The guy who helped us was so knowledgeable and helpful. Had to come back to replace the other side and they made it so easy for us. So thankful for them!

Looks can be deceiving. From outside you wonder if they're still open (old building and didn't see any vehicles in front) but come inside and they've got pretty much whatever you need at very competitive prices. I needed some blinker bulbs that a competitor wanted $9 each for (and were out of stock in), but NAPA got me six bulbs for $20 total! Definitely a place I look forward to stopping by again.

Very helpful associates, and friendly. I needed help to find out where to put the transmission fluid I purchased. They were more than happy to help me. They would have filled it for me, but we were unsuccessful finding the port to fill. When I got home, I looked on U-tube, and I found a video explaining a DIY. It was easy to figure it out then.

Very helpful, if they can't get your parts, then they are probably not available. However if they know where and how to get that really hard to find part, they are going to let you know. THE BEST PART'S STORE IN TOWN. The only parts store that has a machine shop in the back, so if you're part is not available they can either make one or lead you to someone that can. Don't confuse LAKE SIDE NAPA (with Jerry's auto parts. Also a napa store)

Great inventory for even older models. Very knowledgeable and help full staff. Great people and great parts, what else can I say. We could make that back corner where the paint counter was, a great truck parts inventory. Thanks for all the years of keeping my stuff running

Up until April 28 2018 I've had no problems getting the parts I needed but when it came to getting my wheel cylinder for my car I was promised Wednesday May 2nd. Drove down to find they didn't even order them so I was told Saturday May 5th. Again I drove down but this time they haven't received them it's now the 8th and I go down to get my parts and what should have only been $9.99x2 (plus tax) is now around $33. I ask why? well apparently I have to pay the freight (something I wasn't informed about) so ask questions before you have them order something cause they may tac on some extra charges. although it won't hurt them my business will go to someone else

Always very helpful and go above and beyond to get the things I need. They also have very reasonable prices. However, TJ tends to have an attitude problem some days.

People at the counter didn't acknowledge me when I came in. Didn't answer me when I asked out loudly where the transmission fluid was. And barely talked to me when I checked out. Won't be going in here again.
