Thank you Cole! My daughter was driving through Moses Lake and the pan under the car came loose. She was alone and distraught! I saw she was close to Jerry's NAPA Autoparts and I called them. Cole answered the phone and told me he'll help her out. He removed the pan and placed it in her trunk. What a relief! She was back on the road in no time! Thank you Cole!

They went out of their way to order a part that cost me less than 3 dollars (a grease plug for weed wacker) They didn't make enough on the part to mess with me. Very helpful group they have there. I went to a few places before going there. With no luck of course.Thank you, Jim kiehn
