Called to have a car towed that was blocking a fire lane at a hotel along I-90 at the truck stop, and the guy on the phone told me it was sooo late (9pm, they are open 24 hr) why did i wait to call it in? I replied that I was attempting to find an owner but no luck. He seemed irritated that I called him for the service he offered. So I called a different tow company and they came with in 10 minutes. My recommendation would be to call another company for your tow needs before you call this company. I would have much rather have it towed NOW instead of it left to block a fire lane just a mile or so from the tow company. Thanks though, our hotel found a great company to utilize instead!

Highly recommend these guys to anyone. Needed a tow a hour out of town, late at night, it didn t take long for the tow truck to show up. Awesome work Moses Lake towing

These guys are great. Me and the family were stranded on the side of the road for several hours. Nobody wanted to tow us. After getting them on the phone they were there in adequate time, hooked everything up properly. I wish these guys had been called first. They also made a very miserable experience kinda fun in the end.

Spoke with Alan first thing on Monday morning, he assured me he would have somebody out shortly to pick up my car. Was not even an hour and Rick the driver showed up. Rick is an amazing guy, he hooked my car up safely while we had a nice chat. It s nice to work with companies that have good people. Thank you again Moses Lake towing! Moses Lake Towing went above and beyond what was expected. We were broke down 6 hours away from home along a busy highway with a boat on the back of our truck with a trailer tire that went bad. Moses Lake Towing said he would be there within an hour and he was there exactly when he said he would arrive. Respectful, Courteous, Knowledgeable, Dependable. He actually towed the boat to his personal property until we could get back to retrieve it. I would highly recommend Moses Lake Towing.Thank YouKeith & Cody

Our pickup broke down outside of Moses Lake while towing our 5th wheel. They arrived within 20 minutes loaded our rig and hooked up the trailer. There suggestion to use a local campground for the night worked out well. They took care of billing our insurance with no hassle whatsoever. They also had good suggestions about where to get repairs done in Moses Lake.

My wife ended up in a snowy ditch and needed help getting unstuck. I called Moses Lake Towing and they were quick to respond. I arrived at the scene and managed to drive the car out of the ditch myself, just as the tow truck was arriving. They didn't charge me anything for the false alarm, so I wanted to leave this good review. They are professional and easy to deal with. I will call them again the next time I actually need help.Service: Car towing

I had the absolute best experience. I was a hot mess, crying and freaking out when my brakes locked up in the mcdonalds drive-thru. Called you guys, the guy responded instantly and his main goal before AND after hooking my car up was to calm me down, make me smile and laugh and he did just so. Best towing experience ever. I had an emergency breakdown with my travel trailer last week. The driver Ivan was amazing. He was so careful in trying to get my trailer loaded on his truck. It was only a 10 minute wait before he showed up and he took all the time he needed to make sure that nothing was damaged with my trailer. I told him he had the patience of a surgeon. I would highly recommend Moses lake towing and I would use them anytime I needed service.Service: Special vehicle towing

Lifesavers! Or I should say vacation-savers. Day one of a trip, our travel trailer broke down on I-90. Alan was really helpful on the phone - figuring out what we needed and had a flatbed out to help us in under an hour. The driver, Ivan, was awesome - very careful, thorough, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Best towing service I've EVER used! I was broken down about 45 minutes outside of Moses Lake in the middle of nowhere on a Sunday and Moses Lake Towing was the only company that would come get me, without hesitation! I even have AAA and that was useless in this situation. Allen was extremely professional, let me know what time he would be arriving and even called to check in and let me know he was 10 minutes away. He gave me suggestions on what the problem might be and where to get my car fixed and from beginning to end was just so helpful and kind. I felt like I was being taken care of like family. If you are ever in the Moses Lake area and need a tow, Moses Lake Towing is the only number to call! Thank you Allen and the rest of the crew at Moses Lake Towing! You guys are the best!!!

My experience. I called them 2 weeks ago about a car that needs to be towed away in my parking lot and it has been abandoned. Alan said the landlord needs to call. the Landlord called them 2 days after wee talked. They told him the towing truck will pick it up after they put up a sign and he needed to be there to sign something, he said I ll be here. 14 days passed and they never came to pick it up. I called them back and a different person answered the phone, he doesn t know what I am talking about and said call back when Alan is here. I called back Alan and he said that the landlord never called them when I clearly heard the landlord was calling them. And he also said let me find out and I will call you. He never called back now its been 2 days

My son's car broke down on I-90 while heading from Spokane to Seattle after 6pm. After investigating what we thought were all our options, Allen asked what we thought was wrong with the car and told us (not pushy about it!) they probably had the small part needed and could fix it that evening and get him back on the road. My son said everyone was very kind and respectful to him. I hope you never need their services, but if you do, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Moses Lake Towing!

Allen came to tow my car from my apartments to commercial tire & it was a flat rate fee of $97.11 instead of it depending on how many miles it was going to be towed, which was the cheapest I could find. He came within the hour and was very nice & friendly and even gave my kids fruit roll up's which made their day! He was very friendly and delivered my car quickly. I highly recommend.

I have relied on the assistance of Moses Lake Towing for all sorts of purposes, including lockouts and several tows with particular needs. Every time, they are responsive, communicative, and reliable, and go above and beyond to make sure they take car of you and your car as best they can.Would gladly go to them first for any related needs in the future, highly recommended.

Allen was very professional helping pull us out of the snow drift. Very polite, did not pass judgement and make rude comments as other motorists would. He tried a few tricks before finally getting us out. Would not hesitate to use them again if needed, and would absolutely recommend giving him a call!

I had a cousin who is serving in the Military on R&R from Honduras visiting me in Spokane, WA for a couple of days. On her way back to Ft. Lewis she got a flat tire in Moses Lake. I called Moses Lake Towing and their fees were reasonable, I asked them to help change a flat tire for her since she didn't have a jack in her car. I offered to pay for the services over the phone so she wouldn't have to pay. They went out to change her tires in less than 15 mins of my call. They said they will call me or I can call back to pay the balance. When I called Moses Lake Towing 3 hrs later, they said it was covered. I LOVE this company for recognizing a soldier in need who serves our Country and is heading back to Honduras in 3 days. THANK YOU so much for all your help!! I travel back and forth visiting family on the west side.. If ever I need help on the road, I know who to call.

Forget your image of what most of us would consider the typical tow truck driver. The owner/operator of Moses Lake Towing is a true gentleman in every sense of the word. We were overnighting in Moses Lake on our way north from Arizona when we got caught in the middle of a parking lot dispute between the Quality Inn and a Pot shop next door. The hotel failed to advise us of what would happen if we parked in the lot closest to our room. As a result our vehicle was towed. Imagine our shock when we got up int the morning to find the vehicle gone. We learned that it was in the impound lot at Moses Lake Towing. I can't say enough good things about the way the owner of Moses Lake Towing treated us. He turned what could have been a major disaster for us into a minor inconvenience. If you ever need help with your vehicle in Moses Lake, give them a call. I guarantee that you will be impressed with their service!Chuck

We broke down right outside Moses lake and Allen was very quick, friendly and reasonably priced. We ended up having to stay the night and were towed again the next morning and were impressed again with Allen.

Excellent customer service! Shout out to Jauquin who went above and beyond to make sure my rental was taken care of and guided us to a hotel in the area. Hopefully I won t need a tow again but if so I d call Moses Lake Towing!

Was stuck on I90 after car overheated and after another tow company failed to pick us up after an hour, I called Moses Lake Towing. They showed up when they said they would. The guy was very friendly and even waited for me to run to the store to get cash when they couldn't take AmEx. If you are ever in need of a tow, call them!!
