Really a positive experience from my first call for information regarding maintenance services. Joe was pleasant and sent me a written estimate - which saved me over $800 compared to my local dealer s estimate - and Midas gives a 90 day warranty versus a 30 day warranty from the dealership! The work was done in a timely manner. I will return when I need other work on our vehicle.

Exceptional service. Joe was so accommodating. I had to drive 1 1/2 hours for a battery replacement and it was well worth the trip. I was in and out within 15 minutes, which is unheard of!! I highly recommend Midas, they are fantastic! Joe and John at Midas are amazing! I came to Moses Lake to help out a family member after having a baby and had some car trouble along the way. With needing to go back home to southern Montana after a short period of time Midas was able to get my car in the shop in a very short period of time and looked through. Unfortunately the issues my car was presenting stopped and they weren't able to find out what was going on, but checked in on specific areas I was asking about.After I fueled up again my car started showing those issues again and I immediately called Midas and they helped me out by going above and beyond what was expected for customer service, they got me in again same day and fixed within a short period of time and helped me get on my way home. I am so very grateful for the team at Midas and what they did for me and my car. They were patient with all my questions and very professional in all they did. I can't say enough good things about them and I will never be able to say thank you enough. If you're looking for an auto repair place to go to, I'd recommend Midas without a second thought about it. Thanks Joe, John and team! Ya'll are great!

I'm new to the Moses Lake area and had some issues getting into a place to have my lights addressed on the car. I dropped into midas, they fit me into their already busy day, and treated me exceedingly well while there. Thank you for taking care of me and you've gained a loyal Midas customer in me.

I went for a/c repair. While billing we agreed on a 50$ in-store credit. So we went for oil change that was $79. They gave us a "on the house"deal and appreciated us returning. Very honest and polite

Edit to my original review:Had my slave cylinder go out on my car on our way to dinner for my wife's birthday. The guys there, being super understanding. Took it in asap and diagnosed the problem. And got it fixed super quick. New clutch and new slave cylinder. Took care of it and did a fantastic job. Thank you again guys.Took my car in for a break fluid leak after another shop looked at it and refused to fix it. Joe took my car in and made sure it was taken care of. Great customer service, awesome team, and overall great service. WOW! Above and beyond fantastic. They have a superb team here. Midas made it happen and got me back on the road after blowing a spark plug so fast. They finished it days ahead of schedule during busy times. The mechanics are very helpful and make you feel at ease because they're that good! Highly Recommend A+

Joe was so kind to me...I am traveling (in my Roadtrek) and my A/C went out. He diagnosed my issue and sent me to someone that would be capable of fixing my issue. He understood my situation, and got me right in. Although Midas wasn't able to fix the issue, he sent me to Spokane, to an appropriate dealership, because of the extensiveness of the issue. He didn't even charge me for his technical diagnosis. Thank you Joe!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is a joke. My wife took our car in on a Monday to have the brakes replaced. The man she talked to didn't even start the job until Tuesday cause he thought she wasn't serious about fixing the car. It's now Thursday and we still don't have a car cause they ordered the wrong parts twice now. If this is what you call speedy and reliable then your a joke. Now I'm gonna get stuck with a huge bill for all your company's stupidity. Never will go to a Midas ever again and I'll make sure my family and friends don't either.Service: Brakes

I had a wonderful experience here. I am a traveling social worker and I needed a new alternator. They got my car in first thing in the morning and had me on my way within 90 minutes so I was able to get in with my day without a hitch. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

I wouldn't change a thing . Very nice to be treated fast, courteous and out on time. I believe Midas has the best prices around also. I'm retired military and just learned they give a military discount. I appreciate them and they sure acted like they appreciated my business. I've found a home. Try them, you'll like them!

I had problems with a new muffler installed but I still give excellent because they fixed the problems with no hassle, harassment, or any other problems. Prices are very fair and they have great customer service. Easy to work with.

Excellent customer service, very competitive prices, great mechanics. I love how the will keep you on the road safe and sound, but do not try to find something else wrong with your vehicle every time they work on it, and they let you know what needs to be fixed now and what can wait.

Didn't even make into the store. The manager Joe doesn't know how to use a phone? He likes to apologize and make excuses for not doing his job considering he's the one answering the phone. Its likely he's doing this with other customer's, If he can't return a call what's he going to do if there is a problem with your car? JOE you lost future business from me. I guess I should be thankful that I didn't give you the job. Shopper's BEWARE!

Our truck was making noise when we were going over bumps. It sounded like it was coming from under the hood. My fianc� took it to Midas to see if someone could figure out where it was coming from. A mechanic drove it down the parking lot and did a diagnostic test. He decided that it was coming from inside the dashboard and he needed to take it apart to see what was making the noise. It was going to cost us $350 - $400 for them to look inside the dashboard, not including the cost for them to fix whatever was making the noise. She calls me and I said that s way too high, I ll look at it when I get home. She decides to keep the appointment for this Friday, just Incase. She calls her brother who is a mechanic, and he tells her that the mechanic is taking advantage of her. When I get home, I look under the hood and I start wiggling things around. Sure enough, the battery is loose and it took me 5 minutes to fix. I have absolutely zero experience working on cars and I was able to figure it out. So, my fianc� decides to call them to let them know that we re canceling our appointment, because we got a second opinion , the mechanic says is this for the Silverado? , she days yes and he says ok, thanks and hangs up, obviously frustrated. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, they will attempt to rip you off.

Wanted to charge $200 to remove hitch mount? Thanks, but no thanks! I'll have to try and do it myself. They did asess damage from rear collision F.O.C.
