(This was a 5 star review that turned into a one star review, read on:) This was a surprise to me, a used car dealer that was actually easy to deal with, without the normal b.s. you get from other car dealers. I found out about Mega from my auto mechanic. I got a great car from them right around book price where other dealers are jacking up the prices a few thousand dollars above book price. I did get a great car, but whoever you buy a used car from I would always recommend you take it to your mechanic first and have it looked over. The only complaint I have is the big "Mega," decal on the rear windshield. I didn't notice it until after I bought the car, but it is no big deal, I am having it removed by a body shop.Everything I said above is true and deserves a 5 star rating. I am changing my rating today. I live well out of town. I had business to conduct in Moses Lake today. I had gotten a call from Mega that my licenses plates were in about a week ago. I told them I would be picking them up today, a week after I got their phone call. For some reason they have license plates go to their Wenatchee location and he told me that someone would have to go there and pick them up but they would be in town for me to pick up today. After that phone call I called back two times to make sure they would not forget. Both times they said they would not forget. Getting them through the mail is very inconvenient for me. Because of Mega's incompetency this creates a problem for me which easily could have been solved. Mega was very competent when they took my money however. In the photo attached is the decal they put on every car they sell.

I travel a lot for work so I was looking for a vehicle with low miles and great gas mileage. I went to Mega and told them what I was looking for. A month later they contacted me with an offer that was too good to turn down. I got a great deal for a great car! I m very happy with my vehicle from Mega!!! Ask for Neeko, he is amazing and will help you keep looking until you find your vehicle. They have extra insurance that they offer. Well worth the price!

Excellent service from Eddie Garza, came in just to look and left with a really great deal on a quality car. From the start we were taken care of and the whole process was pretty easy and stress free. 10/10 would definitely recommend shopping here for your next car!

Just bought my spanking new puppy, she barks like an angel and she is as fast as any other.Eddie was a huge help and if you are looking for a new animal to go on the town with, he is your guy.I should clarify. These dogs got motor power.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. Sold me a car that had been wrecked with power train issue, 1st cylinder miss fire and abs relay was bad too. Will never buy from here or where ever Eddie works, 2nd time he has screwed me. Thought him being away from LA Auto would be different and NOPE. Don't waste your time or money here.!

Wow! Can t say how thankful I was to find a local used car dealership who cares about what you really want in a vehicle.Neeko was an awesome representative of Mega and was great to work with. These guys are FABULOUS!!! Tried Best Buy Auto, but as they were unable to take our cars they reccommended Mega Auto and we are so glad they did! We worked with Niko and Eddie and were in and out in 2 hours, traded two cars and got one for $0!!!! They were extremely helpful and took their time to help us make the best choice. Eddie, Ross and Lilly are absolutely top tier. I bought a gorgeous truck from Mega Auto Moses Lake. I did the transaction from across the country. What an experience it has been trying to buy a car ! I stopped at Mega a little back ago just looking around when I met Eddie Garza. He gave me the run down about how purchasing a car will go since it s been very hard for me. Not going to lie I even went and looked at another car dealerships and even was approved but because of the salesman being pushy I left feeling hustled so I came back to Eddie and without a heartbeat he jumped into action. He was extremely honest with me, explained everything and never made me feel I was being pushed into something that was going to drowned me financially. I will definitely recommend coming down to Mega and working with Eddie Garza, you will not regret it, I PROMISE YOU THAT! He got my approved for a car that I wanted. 10/10 send your mom, send your aunty , send your brother , send the whole family cause this is the place you want to buy your car.

I stopped by because I am STILL INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A RAM PICKUP TRUCK and saw one of extreme interest. Was shown and test drove the truck sealing the deal for me. Had I the ca$h OR credit I could have easily driven off the lot with the RAM pickup and everything else would have been history. It's a great place to get a new (to you) vehicle. Helpful sales Staff and in-house financing. Gladly offer some of the best autos in the AREA. The Sales Staff know what they have & can get you into THAT ONE!!.!.!! IN FACT ASK ABOUT THE PAID ADVERTISING BENEFIT UPON PURCHASE, PLEASE!

We dropped in on a whim to look at trucks we didn't think we were going to get anything with our credit and everything. Eddie worked his magic and we got one hell of a deal on a 2012 Subaru.
