They are very amazing. I just upgraded my car that I got from them last year and they worked with me. They even go above and beyond with reminder texts. When I went to them last year I was not in the best spot and they helped me out. Amazing staff and not pushy people.

Just signed on my first car. They are very kind and very helpful. I've always bought cars from private sellers because it was easier than going to a dealer and being looked down on because of credit or job history. Neeko at L.A. Auto Rack was very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to do everything he could to get me in a new ride. Thank you Neeko for making it a great experience for me and the wife. Definitely recommend this place.

I purchased a vehicle here on Nov. 1st and while the price was higher than most places I've seen, the customer service has been fantastic! Something was off with the windshield wiper fluid hosing when I purchased the car, so they had me drop the car off at the shop to get it fixed. Well, upon driving my car to the shop, they noticed that my alignment was also bad. Without me having to say anything, they had the alignment done and the tires rotated. I was fully prepared to have to take it to a shop and pay to have that done, but they did it all at no cost to me. They also loaned me a car to use while working on my car. I would recommend them to anyone!

Needed a reliable vehicle paid 6 grand for a 3 month car that ended with no oil even tho i keep up with my oil changes and never got any help or options to fix my situation and ended up carless for a minute I would not recommend to anyone.

Great friendly people, willing to go above and beyond for the first time I bought a car from a used car dealership. I got a great deal on my jeep from here, and I recommend that if you are looking for a quality used car, stop in and see the friendly people here!

Worst customer service ever. The new owner Jeff is a complete jerk and doesn't stand by his business, very rude and his attitude towards people is awful. Les and Deb would never let this happen ever. Please be aware of this place if you ever plan on making a purchase with this new clown, his word means nothing and he wont stand behind his business ever hes to worried about being Mr. Big Head then taking care of his customers. F- ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Needed a reliable vehicle with four wheel drive so I found one here, so I thought, vehicle looked as if it where leaking oil, salesman entrusted me to believe they simply just serviced the vehicle and it was just spillage, oil leak turned out to be valve cover gaskets, intank manifold gaskets both upper and lower, and on top of that has multiple coolant leaks, none of which where major but small so of course I bought the vehicle to find all this out later, I wanted a reliable used vehicle, not another project car

Eddie is great! Years ago he helped my husband and I into our truck, and just recently helped our grandma get into something more reliable and affordable. He helped get a payment she could afford, very personable and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Worst rated lot for good reasons! Stay away! I used to detail their vehicles under my company, and the owners would make me spray paint their rust and hide defects. Also, I strongly suspect they had mechanical issues hidden, or temporarily fixed and would put it on the lot.

Its always an excellent experience working with this dealership! I have purchased at least 10 vehicles from them, and just purchased my first motorcycle from them! I will always go to them first!

NOT A GOOD REVIEW AT ALL WHAT SO EVER!!!! WE WERE STRUNG ALONG THE WHOLE WAY!!!! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO LA AUTO FOR ANY TYPE OF AUTO BUSINESS WHAT SO EVER IN THE FUTURE!!!! IF WE COULD WE WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM A SINGLE STAR, WE WOULD GIVE THEM SEVERAL MINUSES ON THE STARS!!!!!!

Crappy michanic Cuz they don't tell you nothing till you call and you complain about it doing the same thing.NEVER BUYING A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN they are untrustworthy an I barley had my car for a year. With the first yr I replace the spark plugs battery an all 4 tires an the tape player didn't work. Will not put a good word down to anyone.

Unworthy people that are willing to rip you off in any form they can stating that they are there to help you. Very rude customer service once you can't make a deal with them. Wouldn't recommend anyone going there to buy a car.

personally i wouldnt buy a car here there not truthful an there cars that they post they say different things about them like thegll pos f 6 cyclender tell you its 4 and if you didnt see it was on sale theyll tell you a higher price an a couple of there cars have problems which they wont tell you about stay clear.
