Absolutely disgusting place of business. I'm taking my complaints up with the b.b.b the business Is to embarrassed to put their name on the building because it's udder filth. I was recommended there by mega auto after buying a used car with a few issues. Anyways guy comes out to greet me. He knew I was coming. Took my keys threw them on the desk with garbage. Asked if I was waiting. I said yes he said it will be a few hrs. OK I'll wait with my car. The exterior is filthy as is what you would think would be the waiting lobby. First impressions are everything and ill tell you what. I was comfortable nor happy with the customers service. Relations. What have you so. Hrs went by keys still on desk. No service i grabbed my keys and left! He had no idea I even left. But yeah that place is a joke.

Fantastic Service. Very quick to respond and pick up my Honda which broke down on a cross state trip. The mechanic was extremely friendly and funny. Once we had arrived back at his shop he was very prompt and had a diagnosis within half an hour of arriving. Though it wasn t great news he was extremely generous with his time and offered any help as far as what direction to take with my situation. Highly recommend these guys if you ever need any automotive help around the Moses Lake AreaServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

We were on a road trip and right before Moses Lake all the lights on the dash came on. They stayed after hours to run the diagnostic and helped us figure out what was wrong. Thankyou we really appreciate it.

Found out the hard way that I needed a new clutch in my Subaru. Found these guys on a Friday night- they did an excellent job and were very good at communicating with me about the details of everything.EDIT: they made some errors with clutch installation, but when I let them know, they worked closely with my local mechanic in Montana and agreed to pay fully for their mistakes. We found ourselves in Moses Lake on our way across the state when suddenly our car started overheating. We called ahead of arriving to ensure they could get to us and they were able to get us in and out same day. I d highly recommend using their service!

Alfredo, Miguel and the owner Javier are awesome! My air conditioner was only blowing hot air and I was told by someone else, that the compressor was not working and had to be replaced (to the tune of $1000). Yikes, will genius mechanic Alfredo, diagnosed it, simplified it and I got my A/C back, With just a minimal cost. I cannot sing their praises enough. Thank you guys!They sure could use an expanded location and a waiting room...with this level of talent, Their present location, doesn't have a waiting room! My Mercedes' sprinter...that most (average mechanics) won't work on, was simply diagnosed by Alfredo! Please if you can help these guys out, with any amount of help...please do! Javier was so service-oriented! He turned an incredibly frustrating situation around.My 2001 Honda Civic broke down on my way from Seattle about 30 miles outside of Moses Lake on Saturday afternoon (7/3 - Holiday weekend). The mechanics who were recommended by the friends I was visiting weren't available, so I "took a chance" on KC. I'm so glad I did!Not only did Javier finish the job on Saturday (best customer service EVER). But also, he also took time to explain to me what went wrong (we originally assumed alternator, but it was the air compressor and belt). Plus, he was willing to give the car a second check before I did the drive back to Seattle.I'm grateful for his service and absolute commitment to follow the job through to completion. Great service! Outstanding actually, went in and as soon as I got off my car I was asked, how can we help you. Told them I was having an issue with the car, didn t know what it really was so they helped me diagnose it and turns out it was a sensor that went bad, they got the job one quick and for an affordable price too! Needed an emergency rotor and brake pad replacement and Javier and his team were able to do this last minute and was very affordable. I highly recommend coming here!

The gentlemen at this establishment were incredibly professional and went out of their way to address the issues we were having with our car when all other shops in town were closed. They helped us to make the correct decisions moving forward as far as repairs.The generosity they showed was above and beyond anything I've come across when attempting to figure out car troubles. I personally wouldn t go here again. I had them change my engine oil. The foreman or owner, a short guy told me they would pick up a Wix filter for my car from Napa. When I arrived they didn t even have the filter in hand which had me waiting an additional 15 to 20 minutes. I recently had an oil change done and the filter wasn t a Wix it was a cheap $2.00 Fram oil filter they put on, in other words they were being dishonest with me. This is makes me wonder if they even used my own oil I brought or they just used some cheap oil and took mine

On 11/21/2021 around 5:30pm, I was diving through Moses Lake on I-90 when my lights started to flicker, power steering went out and my radio cut out. I was able to get to an exit and pull into a parking lot. After calling my uncle who was a mechanic, it sounded like an alternator. I searched the area for auto shops, but all were closed except one.I called Javi and let him know what happened. He was there 15 minutes later to tow me to his shop and in just a few more minutes had diagnosed to confirm the alternator was the problem and had a brand new one that he was ready to pick up. I was anticipating needing a rental or getting family or friends to help get me back to Wenatchee for the work week and wait for my car to get fixed later that week!45 minutes later, Javi and his fellow mechanic had the new alternator installed and I was back on the road for a very fair price. I was blown away by his level of service and professionalism. I've been stranded on the road several times before and it had never gone as smooth as this. Thanks Javi, you're a life saver!

My wife alternator belt got shredded couldn't find a single mechanic that didn't want to charge me a arm and leg since it was 6pm on a Friday called kc right before they closed let me come it got the belt installed, I am very grateful for them and 100% recommend them to everyone

Working out of town you have a lot of auto repair shop that up the prices on you only cause u have no choice to get you vehicle repair d. Kc automotive totally different my truck axle ujoints blew apart I happened to just call on a Sunday to see if someone would answer and kc was actually working on a Sunday. I explained my situation to him over the phone he told me no worries bring it in I ll take care of you and that s exactly what he did.! When I pulled in the shop he already had the part for the truck ready to go. I drop dot off at 11am he had it done by 4:30 when I got off work. If your looking for auto repair DO NOT HESITATE to hit up KC AUTOMOTIVE I m very lucky to meet KC and chat with him after the truck was done. Super nice guy.! So again if ur ever in Moses lake and need any auto repair work done KC AUTOMOTIVE is the place to go.!

Son's truck blew a radiator coming from Seattle to CDA. Not a planned event, by far, but finding KC Automotive was a blessing for sure! Employees stayed late to replace the radiator and get him back on the road to head home. Great group of guys, super work ethic! Thank you so much!

Excellent mechanics, made time for an emergency inspection needed for a job! On a Sunday, last minute and didn't charge for just inspection!

Was recommended by auto zone what a joke. Auto zone diagnosed the problem already they wanted another 120.00 to due the same thing then another 163.00 to fix the problem. It was a bad plug. We just had a tune up. They thought we were easy because we were out of town NOT. Becareful if you go there. I gave them 1 star only because I had to

Manager there was great, likes to help you find what your looking for in a vehicle, but I would watch yourself when I got a car there price was 19,500, the minute they want me to sign a bunch of paper, the interest shot the price way up to 26,000 be very careful ask everything for info here.

Literally had my car for an entire day for something they said would 9nly have taken 20 mins to look at! Then wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for a used part! Never even looked at the issue I was having! Just down right terrible!

Terrible service. Misdiagnosed our problem, had our truck for over a month and did not fix it. Forced us to sign a waiver excluding them for any responsibility. $4000 to not fix truck!!!!!!!
