I don't need car parts often, but when I do, I turn to Caspian and the Jerry's Napa team. That guy is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, and the store always has what I need in stock. I don't go anywhere else!

Don't bother coming here better off going to autozone.Big thanks to the guy who carried out my battery to my car but big thumbs down to the girl who on the phone said it would be installed.Hire better staff

OK, so I lost the receipt for a $250 battery. Jerry's was nice enough to order it for me, but then I needed my Ram before its arrival so off to the Warden NAPA I went to buy another battery that was in stock. I forgot about it for a couple of weeks and then I remembered that I owned another battery! No receipt to be found! Expensive lesson to learn...so then I call Cole at Jerry's and told the whole sob story. He researched it and got back to me, "no problem, have a great rest of your day..." he says after refunding me the full amount! Now that's the way to make customers fall in love with your business! Thanks Cole and Thank you Jerry's NAPA! I'll be back.

DO NOT!!!! Order online here . . . Go to auto zone or O Reillys. They actually get your part next day. I ordered Friday and was told be here sat . But nope went sat and was told they messed up and to come back sunday . I m ok it happens. Came back Sunday and was told the same thing lol. Come back Monday and for sure my part will be here . And guess what lol. Nope that part for sure be here Tuesday. I just crossed the street and went to auto zone and got my part. I mean if you going advertise NEXT DAY But meant next week that s mess up . Amazon or the other auto parts actually mean next day .

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We live in Seattle area. On our way to Yellowstone, our windshield was hit by a little stone on the highway. It caused a crack. This is the first time we encountered this problem. We were worried, not knowing whether it is safe to continue driving or we should give up our whole Yellowstone trip or not. We searched on Google and found this store that had the kit to repair. We stopped by. You can imagine how helpless we were at that time, under a temperature of 100F, stuck in a place that is nowhere to us. A nice man listened to us and offered us iced cokes to cool down. My younger boy doesn't like coke. This gentleman even took extra effort to find him an iced water bottle. I should have asked for this gentleman's name. They gave us valuable suggestions (saying no need to buy their repair kit as the windshield needs a replace instead of a repair). They didn't sell anything to us. But they showed us how warm-hearted people they are. We felt very lucky that we were able to meet these nice guys.

Yeah Incredibly helpful, super nice. We called late, he came out and stayed past closing, didn't try to sell us the battery we thought we needed but didn't, and gave us a ride back to our hotel with recommendation for a repair shop after exhausting other options. And after all that time spent didn't even charge us (but we made sure to tip him anyway. Name was Jared I think?).

I want to say thank you to Rick and Santiago for the excellent customer service. I am imprese of the knowkedge Rick has when it comes to dealing with fuel cells. It was a blessing.

Well if it was my business I wouldn't hire people that only act like they know what they're talking about... that waste people's time and fuel coming back to fix their employees mistake. Because that's just bad business. Maybe only hire knowledgeable people that actually know car parts.

Went in for oil, when being rung up the prices were almost double the marked price, they wouldn't honor any of the tags on the shelf as they claimed the sale ended last month (that was three weeks ago) last time I go in there for anything. Seems like a bait and switch

Awful service, walked out after 10 minutes of not getting any help. This was my go to in Wenatchee but they need to learn some customer service from the parent company.
