2006 Dodge Ram 2500 CTD SRW Auto 349,000 miles 1 owner1 year ago. Cummins was crapping out so I asked around and everyone suggested DJ's. Made an appointment but before I took it in I fixed the problem myself (Edge Juice I installed in '06).I called DJ with a list of other items he could do for me instead which he accepted.Replace original 48RE with upgrade, replace original injectors with upgrades, various small issues. seals, hoses, tank heater, etc..A no-nonsense business, does a good job. Price was more than fair. Satisfied with everything. Hauls my trailer better than ever!Thanks DJ If I have any more work that needs done, you will be my first call.

Scheduled since January, it s now April. But definitely worth the wait! He got me in as scheduled, was straight forward about the issue and got right to it! Truck runs great!

Well what I can say is only my opinion and perception about this person. He's a friendly enough guy but you can tell he's pretty full of himself feeling that he's the best Moses Lake has to offer as far as diesel mechanics. Aloof would be a good term. It was like I had to coax answers out of him about my trucks issues. As far as my driveline problem he pointed me to companies in Portland and Everett not knowing there is a driveline shop in Spokane. Needless to say, way out of the way and not worth the drive...Well dandy you just proved my point with your response. What would a person have to pay for "advice". Every decent mechanic I've dealt with ( and they are just as good ) have given me free advice and have gotten thousands of dollars worth of business.

Our Duramax got a little warm going over the pass towing our travel trailer. Quick diagnostic clutch fan failed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely let this shop work on my trucks.

It would be hard to give a high enough review. A well regarded diesel shop in Western Washington wanted $10k to repair my Ford 6.0 (already bullet proofed) saying I had a blown head gasket, etc. DJ's immediately questioned that diagnosis on the phone, then did a test drive and really doubted it. They got the truck in quickly, did the work they felt was required - a new oil cooler and cooling flush - and added an additional coolant filter at my request. For about $8000 less, the truck has towed my 8500# trailer across the South, in temps regularly 100 degrees, without issue and with coolant and oil temperatures, and temps delta, dramatically lower.An honest shop that really knows what they are doing and doesn't take months to get into.

DJ had our truck's issue basically diagnosed over the phone, and after confirming the problem in person, had it fixed the next day. Really fast service at a really great price by a very knowledgeable mechanic. Got us back on our RV trip in no time.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Even though it is faraway in the wild wild west , we had a great service for a very fair price compared to the garages in Moses Lake and Ephrata. My hubby truck needed a clutch changed, we called a month before so the garagist could order the new clutch, got in and got the car back in 3 days!

Our motor blew on a recent trip. DJs was highly recommended by the tow driver. Although, for us it was an inconvenient location (out of our state), we are very pleased with the wonderful service we got. Our new rebuilt motor seems to be better than factory original!

If your in Moses lake or passing through and having diesel issues DJ's diesel is hands down the best, there is not a better diesel mechanic in Washington. Quick, efficient and won't throttle you on price, one of the last trustworthy mechanic shop out there.

From the first time i talked to dj on the phone he was honest and very helpful answered all my questions. He did an amazing job on my Duramax. I could not be happier he is extremely knowledgeable about diesels and got my truck done exactly when he said it was going to be done. Nothing but great things to say about him and his business. I will for sure be a repeat customer to Djs diesel. 10 star rating not 5!!

Great work, DJ has kept my trucks on the road for many years, repairs are always completed on time.Very knowledgeable about any powerstroke, Duramax, and Cummins engine!

I can only speak for the work he did on my mom's truck. It runs like a dream now. Wow. What a difference...no joke. We don't own a diesel, but if we did, this is where we'd bring it.

DJ has taken care of everything that I need for my diesel trucks. I just took in my 2008 F350 and now I'm getting up to 4 miles a gallon more. Someone you can trust.
