I needed to transport my Corvette. I emailed and called local towing companies and only one replied; Daniel replied right away. I am very impressed with the whole experience. Daniel sets the bar for all others and they all were found wanting. The level of professionalism, customer service and care for my Corvette took me back to the good ole days when people cared about more than self. They are by far the most respectable polite and helpful towing/transportation company I have ever dealt with you ever need any road services I highly and strongly Redmond them. My bike went down on me and within an hr they where there had all the right equipment for towing my bike and kept it safe till I could come back since I'm from out of town to pick it up.

Hit a curb and messed up two wheels and tires. Called Daniel, he promptly returned my call, said he could tow my car out of town to the dealership for me. He showed up when he said he would, delivered my car to the dealership, dropped keys in the lockbox, and sent me a picture. Quick, professional, highly recommend!

This is who I will always call from this point on for any roadside assistance. He rescued us from our Tesla that we just picked up from the shop and sadly the battery which was not messed up before now said we had a 200 mile range down to 0 and he saw us on the side of the road and said let me drop off my load I have now and I will come right back and get you guys. He saved us and for him taking the initiative at the end of his day like that was so incredibly appreciated.

Daniel was so knowledgeable and compassionate in a scary situation. His priority was to make sure my daughter and I arrived somewhere safe off the busy freeway. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a tow in the Moses Lake area. They were fabulous and I'm so appreciative!

Huge shoutout to Daniel and his team. They helped me tow and place a 40 ft. 5th wheel trailer and they did awesome work. It was a super tight spot where it needed to be placed and they were able to figure it out. In addition, they were quick to respond and easy to get a hold of. Would recommend and would definitely contact them again if I needed their service.

Nice guy, but BEWARE!! $271 for his hammer assistance to help change a tire on I90 is INSANITY!!! He said his base service fee is $195. I'm an Insurance Agent and see roadside claims day in and out. This was three times what it should have been.

We needed an old car towed out of the garage that had been up on blocks, Daniel and his coworker came out, and took the car off blocks without making a scratch on my carport floor, awesome people and precise with their work. Thanks again for all the help. Would reccommend

I came across Daniel's Towing in the parking lot of a Love's in Ritzville WA. I had a flat I changed myself about 10 miles prior and was concerned that my spare would not get me all the way back to Coeur d'Alene. The drivers I talked to from Daniel's were so helpful easing my mind. They stopped what they were doing and checked my spare, then quickly responded to my request for a card, just in case. I was so grateful to come across them. They were working on something else, did not act put out when I interrupted. I am so impressed by their customer service for a "noncustomer", that whenever I am in need they will be the first company I think of. My vehicle broke down, it was dark, very cold and wet. It wasn't in the most secure spot. Stress level was extremely high as I tried to secure other tow services and paid for one. I had to cancel the one I paid for through Ford Roadside services bc it would've taken them 4 to 5 hours to get to me. I learned the hard way that the money paid wouldn't be returned into my account for 24 hours. I called Daniel's Towing and Daniel himself handled my request. He made sure I understood my vehicle would be towed and taken to where it needed to be taken even though i wouldnt be able to pay for the service until my my bank cleared my money the next day. He was professional and courteous. He went out of his way to turn around and come back to where I was to let me get things I forgot out of my vehicle. I felt like I was in good hands and that was very much needed with the stress I was facing.

It was a breakdown on the 4th of July, when you'd expect to be gouged, but not Daniel's. He actually took pity on us and gave us a huge discount on an 88 mile tow. I had a pickup that was broke down at a rental house that I needed towed, when I called Dan (the owner) was out loading another vehicle but still took the time while he worked to get me on the schedule. He showed up the next day and did a very good job. This company has respect for their work and their customers, I recommend this company to anyone who needs a towing service.

My FIL needed a tow from Othello to Moses lake then from the shop to the dealership and Daniel worked around our time and places without hesitation. Super nice and respectful. Not to mention very efficient. Wouldn t go with any other company. Amazing service.

I had a flat tire on I-90 in the middle of the day in a car that I had just purchased. Fortunately, Daniel happened to see me on the side of the road and pulled up behind me. I called AAA, but they would have taken 4 to 5 hours to get a tow truck to me. Daniel correctly assessed the situation, carefully put my car on his flatbed tow truck, and secured it well. The tire could not be fixed and I had no spare. Daniel worked with his contacts in the local area to find the closest tire shop that stocked the specialty sized tire that my car required. Daniel then drove me to that shop (about 40 miles away) and made sure I was being taken care of before he left.I cannot recommend Daniel's transport highly enough.Service: Car towing

Amazing service, they should be the first people you call if you need roadside service, very professional and nice.I totaled my car in a wreck, they were there in 20 minutes and got everything towed and moved quickly, despite the significant downpour we were in. They were willing to wait nearby for my ride to arrive as well.I needed some additional photos of my vehicle for the insurance claim, and since I live out of town, they were willing to send me the pictures I needed after I asked.Amazing people who just want to do their best help people in difficult situations.Service: Car towing

Cannot even begin to express my appreciation for Daniel. Coworker and I were stranded out in George, WA after another roadside assistant group told us they weren't able to find anyone within their network to get us so we would have to wait until morning. Daniel answered the phone at 12:30AM and came to our rescue within an hour. By 1:45AM we were hooked up and on our way back to Spokane. That's right, Daniel drove us all the way back to Spokane that night. He made polite and fun conversation with us on the way back. So deeply grateful for Daniel coming to our rescue that night and being more than willing to get us back home. THANK YOU DANIEL!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

We were on our way home from a family trip with our 5 month old when our tire popped. We realized we did not have the tools in our vehicle to replace the tire and began calling places around Ritzville that could help us change our tire. Everyone we called was not available or were over charging because it was a Sunday. Thankfully we came across Daniel and he was amazing! He was quick to respond and provide us with a fair quote. When he arrived he was professional, respectful and kind. He had us back on the road fairly quickly. If you are ever around Ritzville or Moses Lake area we highly recommend Daniel's Transport & 24hr Towing.Service: Tire change

Got my car stuck in the mud on a washed out road north of Winthrop. Hose was able to expertly wench it out and then help get my spare on after we discovered a slashed sidewall. He was warm, professional, reassuring and knowledgeable. I had a tire blow out on my RV just outside of Moses Lake Washington. After several hours of trying to arrange a tow for repairs, Daniels was contacted by my insurance carrier and I was advised I would have service in 60-90 minutes. 10 minutes after that notification, Daniels contact me, discussed my location and what was needed. He said he was on his way and would arrive in 15 minutes-and he did! He towed my RV back to his shop. He replaced the damaged tire, repaired some minor damage to the wheel well, and sent me on my way in a very short time. On learning I have grandsons, he offered a couple of small toy tow trucks for their amusement. A very satisfied customer here and I would strongly encourage anyone with towing or tire needs to contact them.Services: Special vehicle towing, Tire change

Daniel is the man! I was 20 miles outside Moses Lake when I popped a tire on my boat trailer. It was a small sized tired and not my first pop on my trip so I needed a whole new set with rims. Daniel showed up with a truck bed full of tires within 90 minutes along with another flag truck to park infront of the vehicles to help direct traffic to the other lane. He even ran to his house and pulled the wheels off his boat trailer to make sure he had enough of the right kind of tires when he arrived. All of this at 10pm at night! There's nothing more you can ask from a 24/7 service, they will get you back on the road asap.

Stuck in the middle of nowhere, out of cell service, things were looking bleak. After hiking to the top of a nearby hill, the first option that popped up on Google was Daniel's Transport. I called and Daniel himself answered right away and immediately sent himself out to pick up myself and my vehicle. Incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. I hope to never need a tow again, but if I do, I'll call Daniel!Service: Car towing
