The only place I bring any of my cars to. They are caring, mindful, thorough, and fair. I've never had any issues, and always got treated like family. Definitely recommend it!

They did tow my vehicle to the shop and back to my house. It cost us over $500 to have it towed and checked out which was not bad. Normal towing cost almost $300 one way. Only issue was that when they delivered my vehicle back, they did not tell me where the key was and they couldn't remember where they put it when I called and asked about it. Their prices are fair but accountability needs some work. I called them twice. First call they said they would stop by to help look for it but they never showed. The second call they said they would look for it and call me back, they never called. I had to find where they put it.

These guys are amazing!! I was about to be either in an accident or broke down but these guys saved the day! I didn't even have an appt.and they didn't hesitate to lift my car up and fix the problem !! I was nervous because advanced auto repair wouldn't even look at my car for atleast 1 month-even though it would have only taken a half hour of their time! I would recommend Columbia Basin Auto Repair to anybody searching for an AFFORDABLE,FRIENDLY,HONEST car repairshop.GREAT JOB GUYS!!

Excellent customer service and they do excellent work. The mechanics get along really well with each other and are pretty comical also, which is a welcome relief from this " Politically Correct " world.If you DON'T LIKE a good old fashioned friendly shop, that does good work and offers great customer service, then this is NOT the place for you.

Bryce took care of my family twice now. The first time for a transmission. That great experience lead to another vehicle being brought in in which Bryce went out of his way to get my vehicle in and diagnose a problem that had me stumped. Great service. Great price. Great small business to support.

An hour before my trip to Seattle, I noticed coolant pouring out from underneath my vehicle. Under a huge time frame to get to Seattle the team here was able to resolve and replace my faulty water pump and was done within a few hours and get my vehicle back on the road. Five star team and service.

We had a great experience with them! We broke down at the Gorge Amphitheater and arranged with them to get towed to their shop. They were very responsive and straightforward with the repairs we needed. The owner (Billy) and his team went above and beyond to help us out, including picking up/dropping us off at our hotel when we realized the repairs would take a few days. Customer service skills on point. They found the problem and were honest and upfront about pricing. Fair prices and got my vehicle back on the road fast!! Definitely appreciate their honesty. It's hard to come by these days! I will definitely be bringing my car back when needed and will recommend their business!!

Took my Lexus in for a water pump replacement on 9/20/21. Considering the location of the water pump, it's a bit of a handful but Columbia Basin Auto did a great job. Had my SUV back that day in amazing working order. Not only satisfied with the work but more importantly their very affordable rates as well. Good customer service too. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this to anyone. Bryce and Rachel have the best customer service and communication. My car has had 2 different issues and the service gas been great along with the price.

I have known Rich for several years and he is extremely reliable, and fair.So although unfortunate , my vehicle has been very sick.More than once I have required services that he and his team provided , and kept promise for a full recovery. I'm am beyond happy with this Shop. I came in with a bad Master Cylinder and they had me in and out fast. They provided me a warranty on their work which brings me confidence. They went above and beyond and made sure I approved the work before I drove off the lot. They even bled my brakes again to get them just right. I highly recommend this Shop you will be in professional hands. I'm so grateful

After dealing with the terrible land rover shop in spokane, dealing with Bryce was a breath of fresh air! He got my car diagnosed as soon as it hit the lot, and had the starter in place within hours of the part arriving. Would definitely recommend this shop. If needed I know where I'll be taking my car to be repaired.

Highly recommended! My family was stranded due to a breakdown, and the folks here took very good care of us. Offered water and popsicles to my daughter, who was a bit overwhelmed. Very communicative, knowledgeable, and helpful with a tricky diagnostic issue.

Called last minute stressed about an issue with our suburban. We were leaving the following morning for a long trip. He had no time to help us, but Ron did anyway. Nice man. Did us a solid. Would recommend to anyone.

I broke down in Moses Lake on my way home to Montana. I called a few places and they wouldn't even look at it for me because they were too busy. When I called Columbia Basin Auto repair, he was also very busy, but he said he will always try to help! He looked at my vehicle the same day and found out the issue. Unfortunately he couldn't get a part for a few days and I couldn't stay in town that long so had a friend come and haul my vehicle home for me. I am so grateful for the professionalism and kindness I was shown at this Auto shop and I would 100% have trusted them to take care of my vehicle if I had been able to stay in town for the repairs.

Nick and his crew have worked on my vehicles several times now. Timely and complete repairs with no need to go back. Fair prices as well. I will definitely go back when I need more work on a vehicle.

Rich is awesome! We hit something in the road on our way to Spokane. Got a tow to Moses Lake because the car was rattling. Rich found the problem and fixed it very quickly. He was friendly, knowledgable and extremely fair. Could have cost A LOT more than he charged. We were back on the road quickly. Thank you!!

Rich is amazing! We have a 2000 F250 4x4 that has never had any work done on it, low mileage. We were dreading what it was going cost for the updates and he was very reasonable, and above and beyond making the vehicle safe for our SNOWY drives to Canada! Thanks Rich!

I have taken my car to Rich multiple times and every time he has been quick and very helpful! He always gives me a rundown on what is going on and explains the problem instead of just telling me how much it's going to cost to get fixed. I highly recommend!

Completely unprofessional. I called and made an appointment for a week and half out for 2 pm to have my thermostat done. I asked if it was something he could do while I waited and he said yeah, book said it would take two hours but that he could get it done in probably under 1 hour. Day comes I bring my car in and he says he will call me when it's done. I decide to walk down the road to the local watering hole and get dinner. After two and a half hours I walk back and ask him if it's done and he says, "hpff no. I had to order parts" and I said to him "you said you would have it done in an hour while I waited" he said, "I had to order a part, I must have forgot that conversation" I told him that's not very impressive and he says "that's your opinion" then he gave me my keys back and I left. When I scheduled the appointment I clarified that I could wait for it to be completed. Why in the world would you not order the part then? It's not a diagnostic, I told him exactly what I wanted done. Change the thermostat. Probably should order the thermostat so you have it. Completely unprofessional and I guess I'll just go look for another mechanic now.

Rich at Columbia Basin Auto Repair helped me out with my car and it was fast and very affordable. He's very knowledgeable with repairing what's wrong with automobiles. He has always been friendly and understanding.Thanks Rich, you'll always be highly recommended.

Twice Nick and his crew went out of their way to help out our daughter who was attending school in Moses Lake and we lived states away. He treated us like it was his daughter far away, was able to squeeze us in, and took care of the problems quickly. Thank you!
