Joe, in the service department was really great! He kept me informed throughout the process when having a new set of tires installed on my Ram. He made sure his shuttle driver drove me where I needed to go so I could be productive while my truck was in his shop, and he texted me as soon as it was completed. He let me know that his driver was on the way to bring me back to the dealership. The parts department ordered the tires I requested and let me know as soon as they arrived. The tire pricing was very competitive with the local tire shops. I felt that they really wanted my business and were willing to put in the work to get it, and they did! When I got back to the dealership, Joe had the paperwork prepared, prices were exactly what he quoted, and I was out the door in just a few minutes & able to get on with my busy day.I had tires installed on my wife's truck as well and received the same level of service.I'll be back to this dealership for sure. Joseph was great. He kept me informed of issues related to my routine maintenance through text. I got a complimentary shuttle service back to work and got picked up once everything was finished. Joe also gave me a detailed list of items I should prep for on my next visit. I was happy with my service this time. Keep up the great job Joseph.

Edgar Godoy (service desk technician) is always welcoming and eager to assist with all service needs. He is knowledgeable of all content areas and is superb in communicating with the customer and shop personnel so that the service appointment runs smoothly!He wears a smile even at the despair of a stressful day. His attitude and personality is unmatched!

It was such a pleasant experience, from scheduling the appointment to picking up my car. They had the part my car needed in stock and were able to fix it the same day. I definitely recommend.

I went in for an appt. For oil change. We have a pre paid plan. The man who initially helped me listed three items that showed needing attention. The estimate was about $348. I gave the go ahead. A bit later he showed me a filter which needed replacement, again I gave go ahead. 2 1/2 hrs. later I was told they were finished & I could come pay. The original man who helped me had left. A woman took over & showed my total- just over $1000. I was stunned as they did much more than I had agreed to, but I paid it with credit card since the work was done. Needless to say, my spouse was enraged when I returned home with the news & paperwork!!! I doubt we will feel confident to ever return . Pretty sure he will be contacting The Better Business Bureau. Very upset!!!

This dealerships service department has given me the run around multiple times. My vehicle has been there for 5 weeks now. Hasn t been fixed or hardly looked at. Everytime they have called to update us they have a new excuse as to why it hasn t been fixed. First it was not enough employees then it was the air tools weren t working and then they haven t had time 5 weeks seems like enough time to get a diagnostic report done to me.

I spent almost $500.00 for an air filter and for them to clear the check engine light. I got on the Highway and almost caused an accident because the vehicle went into safety mode and didn't accelerate. Just another dealer taking advantage of hard working people's money.

Fairly quick service! My ONLY complaint is the tech destroyed my carpet with their dirty/muddy work boots. There was no barrier put down and that was not nice coming back to my car to.

I was traveling/camping when my 2019 Ram 3500 check engine light came on. I call Bud Clary Moses Lake. They got me in the next morning, identified the problem told me I was safe to haul my trailer home, and gave me a print out of exactly the problem. They also took care of 2 recalls that my local dealer had been waiting to fix for almost a year.I will be back for service and buying future trucks from them!They treated me great! Were VERY Helpful and extremely friendly!!!Thank you again!!

Have you ever called a friend when you needed help and hoped they were your salvation? I called Bud Clary and they were that friend. The minute we connected I had a partner walking through it all with me. There were times they pulled more of the weight and they never complained. I now have not just a car, but the exact one I wanted, thank you!

Motor problem not corrected first time in. Service Mgr. kindly waived second diagnostic fee which was very much appreciated. The motor problem was then fixed the second time in and the car now runs properly.

The young lady in the service department was very nice and efficient. She does a great job and deserves five stars.I feel like this oil change "deal" is a way to find things to fix that might not need fixing as badly as they would like you to believe. They suggested over $500 worth of services in addition to the oil change and this is not the first time it's happened. It really makes me not trust them very much. Not sure we will be returning.

Quick and easy appointment, shuttle driver wasn't available on day of appointment but Joe made sure I was taken care of and had a ride for me to work and picked me up when my vehicle was done! They also were able to fit me in to check my open recalls

Had a Def issue with my dodge and they got me in the same day. A couple days later is was all fixed and ready to go. They informed me by text about the progress and about the problems related to the Def. Filters were expensive but in Washington these days; everything is unfortunately. Great experience!!!

Super friendly service! Luis Smith in Parts Department was super helpful in answering the many questions I had and was able to get everything done with his help to leave content and satisfied with my car. Definitely recommend not all the time you find honest, Friendly, get the job done quick but do it right People.
