Caitlin was very quick and helpful in getting my vehicle in for my appointment. The wait was around two hours for a tire rotation, inspection, oil, brake, and transmission fluid change. Probably would have been sooner, but it was a busy day and they were dealing with rude customers. She was also helpful in updating the current state of my vehicle by pointing out which parts were still good and which needed to be looked at after a certain mileage.

I had a great experience with Bud Clary Honda in Moses Lake! Caitlin worked with Ryan to get me a new tire, and get it delivered to their store, and put on my car! Awesome service!!

1 hour diagnostic (explained up front), then I was told it was going to take them about an hour to replace the alternator. After 2 hours (including time for a lunch break) I checked in and they were just starting. Took 3 hours from when they told me 1 hour to do the job. Horrible communication. Wouldn't use unless you can't get to a better dealership.Service: Auto maintenance

No express service but was able to call early and get a same day appointment that was done quickly. Friendly employees too
