Personally, I think the customer service in the service department at Bud Clary Ford may be the worst of any business that I have ever dealt with. They don t know the meaning of the phrase customer service and they do nothing to keep you informed or updated while your vehicle is in the shop. You can be sure that if they say they will call you back if you call with a question that you will never get that call back. The first time I took my truck in for a repair, I dropped it off first thing on a Monday morning and was told it would take about 2 1/2 hours but their shuttle driver would take me home and then pick me back up to pick up my truck. I expected it to be done and I would have it back that afternoon but no call and they sent a text saying it needed a part and would be there the next day. They had my truck for four days and not one call to me during that time, I had to call them to find out what was going on.Second visit the same thing. Brought the truck in for repairs and the diagnostics were done and they didn t call me once and a week later they said it was going to need this done and had it 8 days with a text message on day 7.I have had many jobs dealing with customer service in my 69 years and was constantly commended by my customers and supervisor for the outstanding service I provided so I know what customers deserve and expect. You won t find it here!

While the staff at Bud Clary are nice, I was very disappointed in the care I received. My coolant was low and they didn't ask if I wanted them to fill it or even tell me that they didn't offer that as part of the oil change service. I purchased my vehicle from this very dealership and unfortunately since I purchased this vehicle the level of care has gone down every year. It's very disheartening.

Well its been a year but bud clary jeeps new mechanic that trashed the clutch recall repair on the jeep i traded my mustang for reminded me to write this review on my mustang gt. Back in jan 23 i took it in for warranty work on a loud ticking noise drivers side valve cover in the engine with cam camshaft codes and cam phaser codes that i had cleared and changed the battery. Was first told it was the battery i had read that also and just replaced it they said it needed to be a motorcraft battery lol that did not fix it . so they then it was an alternator causing the codes i told them i.m not paying if it still has codes and it did after the alternator was relaced . Then it was cam phaser sensors nope not it either now its month 2 and really never get any calls on it they are saying its not under warranty. so i call corp and start a ticket still no rental or loaner but they did find out it had a bad roller follower that also ate the cam and metal in the phaser filters all under warranty now but still no loaner available. so i get it back at a full 3 months later. new cam and follower in driver side headno mention of a warranty extension on the engine phasers bearings etc that all had metal go through them in the oil so i traded it for a jeep not trusting new fords anymore. so if the sign out front says bud clary its a no go for me.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Bud Clary Ford of Moses Lake. Vincent was very helpful and pleasant to work with! We felt no pressure to purchase our 2020 Jeep Gladiator from them. I would highly recommend Bud Clary of Moses Lake. Thank you.

Never in my entire life have I had to wait so long for a full service oil change. The people were nice, but you should expect to wait a long time. Was here four hours. If I would have known I would have made a different appointment. After all that still have a blinker bulb out.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very unhappy with the service from my local ford dealer.I dropped of my truck to have warranty work and wheel alignment done. Before I left I asked the service writer if I was going to get any paperwork, no was the answer. This should have triggered a red flag, let it go tho first time at this dealer maybe they do things just a little bit different. When I picked up my truck once again no paperwork for repairs except for the ones I paid for, Wheel alignment. Drove the truck over the weekend and still had a the same problem with the steering wheel shaking when going over bumps in the road (warranty work/recall) scheduled an appointment for the next business day and after sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours the service writer told me the parts weren t available and they didn t fix anything.Once again disappointed, I specifically told and asked if all the parts were available before I dropped off the truck the first time only to come back and wait in person the second time to have nothing accomplished. Talked with the service manager and he seemed like his give a @$/! Was gone, didn t even seem to care.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement

The service rep was great to work with and courteous. The service on the other hand was subpar. It took almost 2 hours for my service and the tires were not rotated even though it s included in the Clary care package. Also, when the cabin filter was replaced they shoved the paper work from my glove box back in and left it a disaster and left the floorboard and driver door dirty.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I would like to thank Matt and the entire team! They saved my fishing trip! Called 60 miles out with a check engine light. I stopped in, they had the part in stock and changed it quickly so I could continue on. Extremely professional and efficient. Thank you!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Bud Clary Ford service department went beyond any expectations I could have hoped for. Driving from Seattle Fri at 4am I had a sudden increase in engine temp, pulled off I-90 and limped 2miles to the dealership at 0700. While waiting for them to open I saw a coolant waterfall from underneath. Service advisor David V. listened and understood my situation and said although they were completely booked until Tue, he said he would get it looked at and do what he could. The shop is closed on the weekends and the only rental place was out of cars. The waiting room was full of others waiting for service. I was limited in options to get anywhere. Tech Manuel M. did a thorough search to find a pump seal failure that only came out above idle rpm. David explained my options and found the only remaining water pump in town. Tech Alexander M. finished a project ahead of schedule and started on my Excursion diesel. These guys pulled off what I consider a small miracle and had me on the road ahead of their estimate in both time and cost. I drove the remaining 350 miles to my destination without incident, all thanks to David, Manuel, and Alexander. My sincere thanks.Service: Auto water leak repair

Matt from the service department was the only positive thing about my whole situation. Went to pick my car up from my oil change. Trash and the seat cover were left in my car. Since the paperwork wasn't gone over with me I sat and read it in my car. .to my yutter surprise they rotated my brand new tires (mine you not even 2 weeks old). I had a bad experience with another dealership and my tires so I took it back to the store I got them from. . Come to find out that all of my lug nuts were torqued correctly but three. . Very scary and concerning. If they don't have the staff or the man power to fix the cars they make appointments for then they need to make some changes.Edit.(2/22/23) . Had to take my car in for transmission service ( because it's a sealed system they are the only ones who can do it). Got a car back with a bolt in the tire and a horrible sounding transmission. Stay far away.

Had oil changed as part of the purchase, did not even know it was part of deal till they called me and asked me to come in. I made the mistake of asking them to verify the issue with the TPMS and they confirmed my issue $80 plus taxes later. Quotes me a ridiculous price for parts and again for labor and I said no. A week later after issues with the heater in the car I found the coolant expansion tank empty, weird how that would happen inside a week since that is part of the checks they make during the routine oil change service. I like driving fords always have, however I plan on finishing out the paid services I have on other vehicles and never returning to either buy vehicles or service again.Services: Tires, Oil change

Fast getting in. But having a DRW they don't do the rotation with the Clary Care that I paid for. Last time they detailed to replace the rotation I paid for with the plan. This time asked if I could have a mud flad put back on instead of tire rotation. Manager said no I was told, and didn't recieve anything in replacement for the tire rotation, sadly.Service: Auto maintenance

This is by far the most dishonest and sketchy dealerships I have ever dealt with and I know why everyone Inknow in Moses Lake buys their cars and services them anywhere but Bud Clary. I m in the process of making an appeal with Corporate Ford about the lies and shoddy repairs the service department made. I need a warranty claim filed but I will not under any conditions be taking my vehicles back to Bud Clary, I will going to the Ford dealers in Spokane, Wenatchee or Seattle to have the repairs done correctly as stated in the invoices/email records and dash cam data recorded. If Bud Clary is literally your only option, be sure to do your research with the ford factory service manuals that the mechanics use. I had the service manager tell me that the body had to be removed and lifted off the frame to do the repairs which is a huge red flag as this is not part of sequence of events in the factory service manual if you ask any diesel Mechanic or read the manual yourself. But the service manager claimed this was part of the reason the bill was 50% higher to almost double (~$8000 total) what other ford dealers quoted me. I ve never dealt with such a dishonest service manager and service department and I m surprised Corporate Ford is allowing Todd to run his department like this, unless he s been fired by now. For all I know the mechanics did what the factory manual stated as there was no evidence that the body had been removed and the service manager later admitted that the body was not removed. However, my engine which has never leaked oil, is now leaking at a rate of several ounces of oil in the driveway every time the engine is started. This is completely unacceptable according to Ford and will be covered under the warranty but will need to be repaired at a different dealership.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Their technicians and service advisors do a great job. They are working through a challenging environment with parts shortages and full work loads. This leads to response times that aren t always the best, but the work quality is great.Services: Engine repair, Oil changeServices: Engine repair, Oil change

Traveling through Moses Lake and had a transmission shift issue. Stopped a Bud Cleary and the service department went above and beyond to try to help us. Flushed transmission and refilled. Seems to have solved issue. No more hard shifting. You have a great team. I will definitely give you a call upon our next Ford purchase.Craig PorterServices: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

Outrageous, had a oil change, door recall issue and mirror issue. Informed them of all. 3 days after a set appointment they completed my oil change, damaged a part while accessing the recall and did not work it. Then to make it "right" did not charge me 50 dollars for the mirror inspection they did to tell me what I told them was wrong.

They did replace the starter and got the truck running for $1200, and I greatly appreciate that but my check engine light is still on and I asked if they could check that also since the truck was already in the shop. I was told that I d have to pay the diagnostic fee ($150) just to see why the light is on. This is the world we live in now.Service: Engine repair

Took my truck in for an oil leak and the AC was not blowing cold. Supposed to be done Friday but called and they didn t order parts. Called Monday they said they forgot to order parts. Finally got truck on Wednesday, left for Phoenix for Bud Clary s and noticed at around 5 hours from leaving still had oil leak and AC stopped blowing cold. All that for over $3,000.00.Services: Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

Took a long time, while I waited. 1.5 hours+. It was, however, done before they told me. I had to ask how it was going. I m still not sure if they rotated the tires. The paperwork says if needed . Service was friendly.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
