Took close to a year to get my bed side replaced ( not my reason for one star) I understand the process of getting the correct parts. I respect that a lot. What I didn t like about this shop was the lake of updates to me saying we are looking and are having a hard finding the right parts. I had to call to get any of the info. Soon as I call to say I m going to cancel and go somewhere else that day a part is ordered. After getting the truck done I ve noticed loose bolts on the panel that was replaced so I have now gone through and retightened bolts that were loose and also found broken plastic tabs that is on my back bumper that wasn t in that condition when I took it in to get fixed. I strongly do not recommend this body shop.

I will not recommend them to anyone I will recommend staying away from them. They don't keep their word with you.And they will have you bring your vehicle in two weeks in advance and still not have it worked on. Instead I will recommend Inland body and paint just down the road from them.

Absolutely amazing experience. They got my car in and out and my car looks amazing and it s done right! They also went above and beyond by cleaning/detailing my SUV that is used by 5 kids who don t mind making messes. The staff was friendly and made everything easy! I went in to get scrapes from one of the yellow drive thru poles fixed. Dante(?) suggested several options up to a full insurance approved repair. Thanks to his suggestions I believe the car looks like new again at a very reasonable cost below my deductible so I won't even contact insurance. THANKS! I'll take any body repairs to Bill's in the future.Service: Body & Trim

This place is a hack shop disguised as a professional business. You'll get your car back with panels misaligned, crud all in your clear coat and false promises to get it fixed..... Again. You'll get one price then when you pick it up there's magically thousands of dollars worth of parts they forgot to order you need to pay for.. BBB needs to get involved with these clowns.EDIT: 9/7/23 Not sure how they deleted my review. Yet another shady move by bills management.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the worst place I've ever dealt with in my entire 54 years of life I would not suggest anyone to go to this establishment unless you want your vehicle to look worse than when it was taken there they don't care about quality nor does it appear as though they care about what they are doing or who they are doing it for. The gentleman that work there are extremely rude and unprofessional. Also it appears as though they have no clue what they're doing... When we got called to go pick up our vehicle and went there our vehicle was horrible there were damages that were not there prior the paint did not match nothing lined up not only that they put 31 miles on our vehicle when their bullpen is only two hundred feet from the building and wanted over $8,000 for their poor work.

After my car got hit last fall, I needed to get the exterior body damage fixed. Bills Auto Body and Paint is right down the street from my office, so I set up an appointment to have it looked at. They gave me an estimate for the damage and we set up a time to drop off my car and have it fixed. I can not say enough good things about the process! Everyone was incredibly friendly and informative the entire time. I received several calls updating me on what stage of repair my car was in, and when I picked it up it looked perfect! It was really refreshing to receive such great service when more and more it seems like it s becoming a thing of the past. If you need any body work done, I highly recommend Bills!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Stopped by to get an estimate which was very minor, the nicest guy did it on the spot !!!! Took him a few minutes to buff out some paint. What a bunch of nice guys who work there. I'll definitely take my car there in the future if I ever need repairs.OMG !!!! I went again, for the same thing, same person that helped me on the spot again !!!! This was the first shop I stopped at for a estimate & I ended up getting my whip fixed here and I am SOO happy I did. The new owner is a real down to earth guy who is all about quality and stands strong by work done here in his shop. I will not seek help elsewhere when it comes to body or paint repair for my vehicle. Thank you Bills Body & Paint Shop Staff for taking such good care of me and my car.

My mother had her door fixed here. When she was about to bring the car in they told her we didn t know if you were coming in so we haven t ordered the door yet, we called and left a message . So the appointment she had was then pushed further out. They took forever once they did finally get her car in. Shouldn t take 4 days for something that simple. Ive had a car in and out in a day because that particular repair shop didn t suck. Turned out they had the wrong phone number in the first place so who knows who s voicemail they left a message on. Totally incompetent. I doubt they even put a new door on. Probably charged for one then just fixed up the old door. Never do business with the incompetent.

Had my 2011 Rav4 worked on here. Beginning to end, the process was less than professional.I went in for the quote, and that went well. Was in and out quickly with the quote even sent on to the people I needed it sent to. After several months with the insurance companies arguing over who is paying for it, I had an appointment for repair. Drop off for repair and the shop has no file for me, no record that I am coming in that day other than my last name on the calendar, and has not ordered any parts. I leave the car with a promise from some very nice lady at the front desk that they would get it figured out.Next day, I get a call from the other driver's insurance saying they will get it taken care of, and authorize the shop to start work. The day after that, the shop orders the parts. I ask the shop what's the timeline we are looking at, and they are unsure. They have record that the work should take 10 hours, but as I wasn't in the schedule, they would be squeezing my car in.... But I should have been on their schedule, the appointment for repair had been made 7 weeks prior!I ask them to call me along the way to keep me informed. The ladies that I worked with at the front desk were the only staff that ever seemed to show genuine customer service and concern.A week into waiting for the repairs to get done, I realize there is something in the car I need and call the shop to ask them if I can drop by in the morning. They said no problem. I drop by the shop not long after they open and stop in the office to get my car key. I go out to my car in their fenced off area and find my car unlocked, battery dead from someone leaving the dome light on, and my car had been prowled. My center console was open and empty, the glove box was the same way, the contents of them strewn about the car. Luckily, only some spare change was missing.I reported my concern to the office, and the staff had me talk with Wayne, the owner. It was clear he had little concern for the prowling and said they never lock the cars. He was dismissive and uncaring, and while I was there, he didn't even look to check on other cars in his fenced in area. I asked him to get my battery charged and keep it locked, then proceeded to take out any remaining items that I had concern for leaving in the car.Finally, a week after that, I get a call that they are done with it. I let them know that I cannot come get it till the next morning as I would be at work till they closed. The person on the phone seemed annoyed by this, but understood.I go this morning to get the car, find it parked at the very end of their lot by the road, unlocked... I sign the paperwork, get my keys, check my car for anything else that might be missing, look over the work that was done, and leave as I had places to be. Everything I had left is still in the car, but in all the wrong places. Either their staff decided to go through my center console and glove box, or it was prowled again and they didn't know where to put things back at. My bet is on the second.The work itself was done, but attention to detail was definitely lacking. There is buffing compound or car wax smeared across my taillight that was not cleaned off. My bumper cover is painted but the paint is WAY off color. I want to see it in proper lighting to get pictures before I report back to them.I get that fresh paint will never match existing paint, but the fresh paint looks like it is not even Toyota's color. It looks oxidized and dull compared to the existing bright blue of the car.TL;DR - Poor customer service, your car will be prowled, the business owner won't care, the work is lazy, go out of your way to find a different place.

Great service for my first car, needed to know what it was gonna cost and they figured it out. Told me when parts would come in and they did the work as they said they would and called me with updates! Would recommend and use again!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I recently had my 2013 Toyota Tundra repaired. The body body work is good. However, the overall work is sub-standard level. There was heavy over spray in the fender wells, including the spare tire. My Line X bed liner also has over spray on the side. They failed to properly reinstall the hard folding Tonneau cover, ruining the seal and now it doesn't close correctly allowing much water through the side. The cover is less than 90 days old and was installed by a qualified installer. The running board mounting bolts were not tightened, not to mention one bolt was missing. Yes, they guarantee there work and corrected the over spray, by painting the fender well with black spray paint and tighten the running boards, but they failed to clean the over spray on the Line X bed liner and left my Tonneau cover as is. The attempt to clean the tire, but did a poor job. In closing this will be the last time I use Bill's, if I need body work in the future. I will take my business elsewhere.

I know the owner Wayne. He is a really good guy. He cares about his customers. He has done several repairs for us over the years and their attention to detail is amazing. I highly recommend him!

They have always repaired my cars back to look like nothing has ever happened. True professionals. I highly recommend them over any other body shop in Moses Lake.

They seem to do do good work however I had them fix one of my vehicles and when I noticed they installed a chipped brake light I asked if it could be replaced.... I have called multiple times to try and get this resolved and have never even got a phone call back!!!

Had a dog scratch my black car, and wasn t sure if it needed repainted. Took it in to them for an opinion and estimate, they spent a few minutes buffing our what they could. Took that scratch out, and when I showed them the only other scratch in my car, they took it out too for no charge.
