Yuri responded quickly and helped us out big time when we lost a wheel bearing on i90 by Moses lake with a fully loaded truck full of granite counter tops! Towed us all the way to Idaho with no problems. Very experienced tow truck driver.

I shall nonstop sing Basin towing praises as literally felt it was the only luck we had on breaking down on a Sunday on Labor Day weekend. AAA s efforts didn t work. We sat 7 hours on the interstate and Basin towing by serendipity stopped to save us while we were on the phone with another competitor who was saying he would have to make us wait for 4 more hours, was going to charge double the cost, and take out the drive line before towing. Basin had a truck that held our truck with camper on top. He loaded and delivered it to the repair shop plus took us to hotel, dog and all. We felt Basin towing was professional, reasonably priced, efficient and above all caring! We are thankful for him literally saving us!Service: Special vehicle towing

Excellent service didn t quite catch the drivers name but a man with a mullet. He did such a great job getting my car from my house to the shop. I drive a low car and he made sure i didn t scrape getting on or off the truck he did an amazing job!

This morning I found that I had developed a flat tire over night. We contacted Basin Towing & Repair. Uri came right out! He was fast, friendly, and very personable. He changed my tire and had me back on the road in no time. I strongly recommend Basin Towing.

Can't beat trustworthy people and good prices. Popped a flat on the highway headed to work and after calling 3 different places that tried to overcharge me I was blessed with Yuriy. He was on the scene in twenty minutes and managed to get the job done in less time than it took me run and get cash and return. Dude went the extra mile literally

Truly a godsend. On Sunday evening, we were stuck in the middle of nowhere, on a gravel road in Eastern Washington. Didn't see any other car or person for hours. Most towing companies don't go to gravel roads, let alone on Sunday evening. Incredibly grateful Yuriy drove 2 hours to dig us out, otherwise we would have had to spend the night in the car...

Have nothing but high praises. Even after we told him we had someone else on their way when he had stopped to see if we needed assistance, he returned immediately when we had to call him back. He even gave us a guided tour as he towed us through Soap Lake and Moses Lake. Basin was very efficient with getting my car on the truck and delivering my vehicle. The driver was very kind and knowledgeable of his service. His pricing was significantly better than several other tow companies in the Moses Lake area. I would highly recommend his service and would use Basin Towing again if in the Central Washington area.

I'm pretty sure our driver sped the entire way to pick us up. We told them we needed to get to the tire shop before it closed, and that we were going to cut it close. Not only did he get to us quicker than expected, the driver was very courteous and friendly.

Yuriy was great! We broke down in Ritzville and while my kids and I got a ride home with a family friend, he came and picked up our car and my husband within a hour and drove them back to our home in Wenatchee on a Sunday evening. This is the place to call if you need a tow!!!!! Called at 7pm mind you!! and they had my vehicle which was two hours away picked up and dropped off at the location I needed it at that very night!! Hard working people!! Great business!! From now on anything I need towed I'm calling these guys!!!!! Worth every penny when you're in a pinch!!!!
