These guys were freaking awesome. They fixed the front of my toy hauler. They did the work faster for less than originally quoted. Then when I thought something was accidentally done to short out the battery behind it he front and asked him to take another look at it. When they did they spent at least a half an hour looking at it. After they found the problem, and it was some hing I did they fixed it. Plus even though they were super busy they didn t charge me to fix it. Way better group of people and fair prices than the other place in town .

The owner Dave is a real salt of the earth guy. If you haven't met him yet you should give him an opportunity on your next auto, home, or RV repair. I do, actually Dave I have an electrical gremlin on my RV maybe you could stop by sometime soon?

Had to get a few thing done on our 2019 tent trailer. 1) Water pump went out. He seemed to fix that just fine, however, he lost the screen that goes to the cover and he bought a new one which I pick up and got home was the wrong piece. 2) The front of our tent trailer was separating and so he had to add some pieces that were missing, he seem to fix that. Now for some reason the door does not want to match up correctly and the topper doesn't want to stay up. We sent it in for repair and got it back worse then how he got it. We will never use this company again not worth the time or money be careful going here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had wind damage to my RV awning arm which left me stranded, unable to travel 250 miles from home.The owner not only had a complete assembly on hand, but was able to come out to the campground and replace the entire assembly within 4 hours of my initial contact!The cost of repairs was less than the loss of reservation deposits for the remainder of the trip, let alone the relief from an agonizing situation. FABULOUS customer service!

We were just on the road with our new 5th wheel, several hours away from home, 100 degree day.. Noticed the refrigerator was not converting to gas, no matter what we did. We were close to Moses Lk, Wa, so we called several places, and Basin was said come on in . They were amazing. They did a complete assessment, and found our slide in had pinched the tubing. They taught us several other things to watch for with slide ins. It took less than 30 minutes, the information learned was well above the cost of the bill, $50. It got us back on the road in no time. Thank you so much for the fantastic service, everyone was amazing.
