These folks here are amazing. They were slammed like everyone else in town but I was flexible and so were they. I left my car here for a week and they fixed EVERYTHING!!! And Addy reasonably priced. I had my auto gurus (my big brother and sister) review things and even they were impressed. Service was epic. Pricing was perfect. My car Stella is purring like a kitten. Thank you thank you!!

My Fianc� had her 2002 Ram 1500 worked on 9/25/2018, they deemed the transmission bad. After having them replace the transmission for $3,410.97 the problems still exist the driving characteristics are identical to when the transmission was initially taken in to be looked at. Due to charging issues, the pickup didn t have 3,000 miles put on it, I realize we re getting close to 3 years since the work was done but you would think a small business, where reputation is everything, would stand by their work.Service: Transmission

Shop wanted $4800 for a Tcase swap.I did it myself for $320 total. Most of that was diesel, angrily driving 400 miles to pick it up. 12 hour labor quote swapping input splines, a job that took me 20 minutes.This company survives by targeting the inexperienced and overcharging insurance companies.*Smh*

Thank you, Basin Transmission!!!!We finally made it back from our vacation, which should have been terrible considering that our transmission went kaput in Moses Lake... a long way from Lake Cour d'Alene. Thanks to Jim, Brandon and the crew we were able to launch our boat, camp and enjoy Moses Lake in style while our Ford Superduty was nurtured back to health.Exceptional service, honesty, hard work and a personal touch truly set your business above the rest. The rebuild on the transmission not only stayed within the quoted price but was completed FAST and is now better than ever!Thanks again for everything that you did for our family ;) Without such a great business we would have missed the Fourth of July with our family in Montana. You are now responsible for the single greatest "breakdown" story in history: We were forced to spend a few hot days enjoying Moses Lake while camping at the wonderful Pier 4 RV park... swimming pool and all :)

Over priced . Guy dose not know how to rebuild a transmission. He just buys a rebuild or remand transmission and put it in . If you go anywhere take are care or truck to Brent's transmission down the street from this place . Don't want your time being husseld by this over priced and under qualifyed business . My transmission in my truck was good I just needed it rebuild cause I could tell revirse was starting to go . I called Brent's and 2200$ to rebuild it . Over 3000$ for basin automatic transmission to just pull old one out and put in new one .

The staff here is very knowledgeable and then they give you a great value for your money and they are super dependable. I wouldn't trust to take my vehicle anywhere else.
