I had a great experience at Auto Zone. I got my battery exchanged with no hassle. It had a 2 year warranty and they took care of it right away. And when my battery died the next day, they helped me figure out that it was my alternator that was the problem. I ordered the part and it came in the same day! Excellent service!

Caden was an huge help. Super knowledgeable about their products and was an absolute delight of an interaction. Been to other locations and everyone seems so uninterested in their job but Caden makes shopping enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this location to others and personally think Caden deserves a raise . Good help is hard to find so it would be well deserved!

The female closing clerk was amazing and so helpful. My friends car is having issues with the inside of his car window fogging up...very knowledgeable staff. Thanks for helping us out

01/17/2024 I took my battery that got 3 years ago. it was dead because a light in my truck was left on. They tested the battery and tell me it was a bad battery. i ask to please check again they did it was still coming back bad. i ask to please put to charge they did but told me that won t work. i come back after an hour and sure enough did not charge so again it s a bad battery. They try selling me another one i said no i ll wait on that. I go to another auto parts store didn t tell them about autozone they check it guy tell me nothing takes back puts it on the charger tells me to come back in an hour i did and i ask did it charge is it a good battery? YES ITS GOOD TO GO! I wonder how many times have they scam people like this!

We called to make sure that they had the part we needed. They assured us they had it. We're from out of town... we arrived. Then suddenly they didn't have it in store. Of course we were able to go get it in Ephrata

Had an incident in the parking lot trying to deal with an oil leak on a long distance trip (spilled oil everywhere). Staff was really helpful and understanding as we stayed to clean up. I m sure they were less than happy but the kindness made a disaster during a stressful trip a little more manageable.

I was trying to change part of my headlight, and the cashier would not listen to understand the part I needed. Instead he gave me a different bulb and insisted that it was the right one. I had to make another trip and waste gas once I figured out I was right all along. Should ve stuck to my own knowledge and research, bought the one I had in my hand in the first place, and saved myself some gas. SMH Got 2 stars instead of 1 because at least what I needed was in stock.

Dirty entryway. Filthy parking lot. Low energy sales staff. No greeting when entering. Delivery vehicles taking prime parking spots right in front of the store. Just overall a terrible experience. What benefit from some adult supervision or someone with parts store management experience. More oversight from corporate would also be beneficial to ensure that they are following all protocols.

Always good but this time, I had to wait a long time for the worker to come and help from the back with a mouthful of food. Then I heard another lady talking on the phone again in the back and didn't see her at all. Sounds like 3 people were in the store and only a man was helping but could not help me because he was helping another customer.

Staff were great. Helpful. Friendly. Went as fast as they needed to, depending on the interaction presented to them by the next person in line. In and out in an acceptable amount of time for a patient person.

I'm out of town traveling my wife is in Moses Lake. She had a problem with her car called Heidi over the phone gave credit card payment. She helped out my wife awesome work.

My bf ordered a part yesterday they said it would be there on the 5pm shuttle, was great paid for it any everything. He went in about 530 was never ordered. Someone ordered it was told it'd be in at 930 the next morning. Get there was informed there is only 1 truck on Sundays and it'd be there at noon. Called at 1pm was told no it could be here anytime between 12-2. My boyfriend called and got put on hold for 10+ minutes I was able to call and get right through. They need to figure out the truck times and up their customer service. Only reason we went there instead of Lake Auto Parts is because Auto Zone could get it before Tuesday. Definitely won't be doing business with Autozone again.

They wouldn't swap out my car battery even if I purchased one from them. I was traveling and didn't have any tools, so I headed over to O'Reilly, where the staff was more than happy to replace my battery

I went into this autozone Friday evening half hour before closing to get my car battery replaced. They would sell me a battery, they would sell me the tools to replace the battery but any other assistance was flat out rudely denied. I asked if I couldn't get my car started again if I could leave my car in the parking lot overnight they very begrudgingly and rudely said I could but I shouldn't be doing that. I did buy my battery, and I was able to get my car started thankfully however I will be going somewhere else to get a new battery installed and I will be returning the one I purchase from this store I will not support this store With their complete lack of customer service.

The staff definitely tried to help me out but in the end, they were out of stock in what I needed and I found the part at a nearby competitor for about one third the price. They also had thrown out their box of discount spares that was expected to have what I needed.

This AutoZone rarely answers their phones. I tried to place an order and the kid was taking my card and personal info, then was talking with someone else at the sametime completely ignoring me, then asking for all my info multiple times. I called back later about 20 times. Some woman only answered one of those times just to place me on hold for 30 min. and never returned to the phone. They always leave me waiting on hold and never come back. They've order me the wrong parts multiple times, on kid told me "this is the only kit we sale." I told him to scroll down, and the idiot kept scrolling up. Sure enough they had the exact part I was telling him they carried. Cheap parts = cheap/poor service. Idk what it is with AutoZone and the incompetent people they hire, but I will asure you AutoZone will get none of my business any more.

I like to get online before going here, and look for my own part. Simply cause I wrench on my own cars, and not sure if the staff does. But generally they come up with the same as I do. Friendly staff, good amount of merch.I watched as a lady stole something today. Unfortunately they couldnt tell what it was, and they didnt stop her. Pretty sad that stores have to deal with petty thieves and cant do anything but watch.

Went in for help with getting a certain size serpentine belt and I believe she was the parts manager that helped me. And she went through so many belts to find the perfect length. Great service!

Stop in because truck was running rough said number 7 plug and wire failure. Call a friends repair shop said they would take care of us. They tried to rip off by expensive pricing know we were from our of town watch for there recommendations.

The chubby guy there Jose D. is very rude. The dude behaves as if he is doing you a favor. To get the hell out of there asap when he assists me is I show him EXACTLY what I need. Pretty much show him with pears and apples, you kind of have to do the job for the poor miserable guy. You'd think he is just having a bad day but this has happened more than once, this is just his attitude, as if he is forced to be there.

Jesse helped me out when my battery told me to get lost. He's a true hero to those who need him. The store is clean, the prices are very reasonable for most anything and his people are great.Phr�Xhow approval 11/10 will always recommend!

we were trying to replace the serp belt on my friends car, the worker helped us find the one we needed and tried to help us put it on. he was extremely unknowlegable and said the car was overheating because it was hot outside but the serp belt was completely gone. he tried to help us put it on and had no idea what he was doing. he said his boss was sending him on break and he could no longer help us. we had to call an auto shop and ask someone to come and help us. i m disappointed in the lack of service we received from autozone.

Been in a few times. Staff is always attentive and polite!! Had battery issues sometime back. They charged my battery for free and got me back on the road! The gentleman who helped me even took the time to take my battery out and put it back in without making me feel incompetent, which I most definitely am when it comes to cars. It was very busy when I needed to charge it, and they were happy to help!!

If you want help with parts don t go here. The young man that was working on June 16, 2020 doesn t know anything. He was tall, slender with black curly long hair. I had the old parts and he wouldn t even look at them to see if they had any. Then he wouldn t get me spark plugs or wires either. I will be calling the manager on this one. I have shopped there from the beginning. Never again!!!! Bad bad bad customer service!!!!
