Al's Glass Shop is wonderful! I just had them replace a bedroom window that had lost it's seal. Two wonderfully competent young men came and installed the new window and I am very pleased! I thought they only did auto glass until I called them for an estimate. Their prices are VERY FAIR! Call them next time you are looking for windows of any kind!! You will be happy!

Potential Customers Be Advised: Scheduled an appointment with them days in advance to have my work vehicle s windshield replaced. Was told I d be contacted the day of my appointment before their arrival to confirm. Appointment day arrived with no communication from anyone. After the first hour I contacted them first to find out if they were still coming. I received no explanation as to why their installer(s) were a no show. 30 mins later I was finally contacted by Joy who informed me their people were still running behind and would be another half hour. Joy attempted to take the blame by telling me her phone was having problems and she forgot to communicate with her employees the day prior. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. As a contracted business partner, I m highly disappointed. Definitely will not be recommending their services to any of my fellow employees or others.

If you want your rock chips to look WORSE then when they came in, then go here! Don't pay attention to their overall score, that's what I did and paid the price for it. Recently, it seems they've reverted to the old way of fixing windshields using cheap tools to LITERALLY drill holes where your rock chips are. Talk about an eyesore. They don't tell you they DRILL HOLES to "repair" your rock chips. The end result is having your original chips, PLUS uniformed holes over the top of it. Not even a 5 percent visibility improvement more like negative 50 percent. I've gotten chips repaired in the past through safelite, and I've never heard of someone using a drill on a rock chip and the others that I've asked haven't heard of it either. I wouldn't be writing this review as they said they canceled my claim, but lo and behold I get a letter from my insurance agency saying they've paid out the supposed claim to these people a week later! In short, these people gave me a worse looking windshield, told me they would cancel my claim when I told them about how garbage it looked, and THEN proceeded to charge my insurance agency a week after telling me they canceled it! The old Al's is gone, this is the New one! Youve been warned. Doesn't matter what yall say, billing my insurance agency after telling me you canceled my claim is barnacle-level scummy, so enjoy this review for all to see! Thanks guys!

Took a huge rock from a passing truck on HWY 17 today. It broke my windshield pretty badly. Al's Glass Service not only had the part in stock, they happily got my car in for a replacement SAME DAY. It took the crew 2.5 hours to replace and they left my car cleaner than it was when they received it. I'm so pleased, I would leave ten stars if I could! Their pricing was the Icing on the cake... affordable and lowest in the area with lifetime warranty. Services: Window installation, Glass installation, Window repair

Called and spoke with a man .[ didn't get his name.] Told him i have a rock chip that needs fixed. asked about getting my truck in within the next 2 days. he said bring it in today we will fixed it. went in and the lady at the desk was real nice and help full. Called insurance and they paid the bill. I would recommend this place . fast work and great service. Service: Window repair

Al's Glass replaced my windows and exterior doors last year. They were amazing and when I had trouble with a door this year when it rained, they came back and added flashing above it for free! They truly go above and beyond. Justin (owner) and Charles are the BEST! And huge shoutout to Jay who got my appointment on the books very quickly! Thanks!

I would like to share that I had a sliding glass door window replaced, it was broken by an unnamed alarm company. Anyways they did a fantastic job, quick, well-done, cleaned up after themselves even the stuff I missed cleaning up. They did such a good job that I am looking at hiring them for changing all my windows to double pain. Windows. I just wanted to take a moment to let the world know how amazing this company was to me and my family. In a situation where we were left almost stranded, the owner and staff went above and beyond. Office staff was empathetic and really made us feel comfortable while we waited for our vehicle to get the windshield replaced after a bird flew through the window. We're driving through the area and thankfully this company had our windshield for our vehicle in stock and they dropped everything they were doing to make sure we were taken care of. Same day service, replacement was cheaper than any other facility around this town, they happily worked with our insurance company.. gosh.. they are a blessing. Highly recommend Al's Glass Service, you won't be disappointed!!First time I had them install new windows was back in 2017, I was selling, and did sell my house.They did such a great job that I have had them install new windows on my new house just last month.I'm very glad I called Al's Glass... Als Glass went above and beyond. I called about a glass repair and door panel. They said glass only. After my glass repair, they offered to do the door panel as well. Already, im surprised and thankful! When I went in for my door panel repair, they offered a ride where I needed to go and to drop my car off if I needed. I feel like they're going out of their way to help me out. I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone with glass needs. This place is undeniably awesome! I spent two days trying to find a place to put a front windshield in my Peterbilt. Dealers were 3-5 days wait. I don't have time for that. Called Al's from halfway across the state and got in thesame day. Done in short order too. Can't recommend them more. I can see again and don't have to worry about getting my roll interupted by enforcement types. Thanks Al's!!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had a broken pass anger window, went to them 8 a.m. Monday morning as Owner was opening door, had quote and window ordered in 10 minutes. Appointment the next day at 8 a.m. picked up car by 9:30 Justin was amazing felt pricing was good. Would highly recommend for any Glass repair car or home.

I came to this place to get an estimate on my window that was broken out by tweekers while my camper was stored in Moses Lake.I came for an estimate and was told the guy who does the repair was out of town and would have to call me with an estimate. No problem as I understand they are busy. The lady in the office took photos and measurements for the guy that was supposed to call me.Well that was in the beginning of April and I still have yet to get a call.I ended going to a place up the street called Skaug Brothers. They got me in for a quick estimate and a great price.I would not waste my time here at all and head over to Skaug's.

Thought they were good to brgin with but, we've had a window ordered for over a year, the first 1 broke so they couldn't put it in, now we can't get it in because they say they're too busy.
