5 star review but that does not do this place justice. The most helpful guys work here with the best customer service. Went to a couple of other places to get tire size checked and no one helped. We instead came here and found out in 3 minutes went back inside was able to get the correct size then was able to purchase the right size chains for our car. Thank you Jim for your help and your partner ,you guys truly know how to keep your customers happy and we will certainly be back. You guys rock!

Got a truck at auction, Chris tested the battery to find it was nearly dead. He put in a new one and it wasn t straightforward at all. Had to remove several parts to get to it. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Greatly appreciated his efforts. Great customer service skills as well.

So I go in and ask for a oil filter. I show the parts number and I trust them to know what they're doing. Turns out they don't. Guess I'll be taking the extra hour trip into town to get my parts from now on.

I was just at the store yesterday. Was doing an event out at Packwood autocross. Not only did they have the part that I needed, but I could tell that I was talking to somebody who was trying to take care of their customer. They had the part that I needed, and I rushed over there to get there at the end of their work day. They even unlocked the door for me after I showed up 7 minutes late. Now I don't recommend doing this to people. But I was extremely surprised at how well I was taking care of despite the circumstances. Just wanted to say thanks, and let anybody else know that they should be in good hands here.. Oh and Jim, is known far and wide, because some guys down at the track had a lot of nice things to say, too. And they were from put of town, and have been through this before.

Friendly staff and service with a smile! You can tell this is a locally owned, staff are extremely helpful, and they are willing to match prices, or give you a better deal.

These people are awesome! I've been going here off and on for at least 20 years and everytime they are the most helpful and pleasant people. They go out of their way to help a person. I highly recommend them if you're in the area and need parts

This store and staff are the best! The Eatonville NAPA didn't have enough material to make my hydraulic hoses, so they sent me here. These guys were incredibly helpful in getting my hoses made right on the spot. Everyone at this store is super friendly and helpful. One of the high lights of my experience was having them show, and tell me the history of their old cash register from the early 1900's.

Usually no issues but had some issues returning items I bought from another napa,. In the end I returned them and everything was fine, just had to go thru some hoops to donut. Wasn't the best visit. Son3 stars since usually it's better but the 1 star service this time left a bad taste in my mouth.

My battery warning light came on 15 miles from Morton, and I made it to Napa and broke down in front of the store. Michael changed out the battery for me, but I told him it was still making a weird noise, and the voltage wasn t showing right. He checked under the hood again, and smoke was coming from the alternator. Woohoo! So I start calling auto shops, and no one could get me in until the end of August at least. I m from the south, on vacation, so I don t have a month to wait around. Michael comes up to me and tells me he can change out the alternator the next morning. I don t know if that s common for them to do, but either way he saved me loads of time and stress, and the price was very fair. So so so grateful this was the place I broke down.

Very helpful and friendly staff, and quite knowledgeable, as well. Pretty much everything I've come looking for, they had in stock.prices aren't bad, either. Couldn't ask for better, really.

I can always count on Morton Napa, no matter what automotive need I may have. They are always ready to assist and always love the country town feel. Always have very fair prices too.

This is a great store! The staff are great, and they carry well Ed's legacy of home town service. Morton is very blessed to have Ed's NAPA auto!

Horrible service! Wife went in to refill co2 bottles and did not even get any help putting the full bottles in the car! Dude saw her struggling and stood there and snickered about how heavy the bottles were filled! If you are of any ethnic background and a female you might want to think twice about going here. If I could rate this place a zero I would.

Old run-down place. People are friendly enough if you know what you're looking for. Definitely a good-ol-boy's place. Out of towners might not get the warmest welcome.

I was happy with them, lots of employees to get you in and out. Prices are so so. But they have a shop in the back to do minor repairs.
