Brandon and his crew at Whitney s Collision took excellent care of my insurance claim when I was in an accident in my Ram 3500, all new bed side, rear bumper, fender flares and linex, he even coordinated the repairs with my wheels, tires, axle. We had two vehicle's done by Whitneys. The owner Brandon goes out of his way to provide excellence. His personal touch to be there and get the job done was one of the best we have ever dealt with. Wouldn t recommend after my experience!!They seemed great to work with at first. They Didn t do the best at keeping me updated on when my parts were going to come in. Finally got most of the parts in, They got most of the way done with the repairs, But still had a few parts they needed to order to completely finish. I asked if I could take it because I was building my own front bumper for it and they said no problem. We ll let you know when the parts come in to finish up the job.I got the car home and realized they didn t even recharge my a/c (during the repairs they replace my a/c condenser) I was told they d charge my a/c when I come back to have the last few parts installed once they came in.It s been Two months, I ve called a few times. They talked to me once and said they re still on order. I waited a few weeks and called again no answer. Tried to stop by the shop the gate was closed and doors locked during business hours called again, even texted and got nothing.I have given up on them and ordered the parts my self from the dealer and got them in less than a week!
