Okay, they do good service yes but when I went in and said Full service and was charged for Synthetic Full service without being asked, (at a $37 increase) I wasn't a happy customer. Should've gone to the dealership where it was cheaper and they would've vacuumed my car like good service used to do

Speedy, reliable, and well-priced! The only place I like to take my car for an oil change. My family has been coming here basically since they opened and they've been able to change the oil on all of our cars with the model years ranging from 1970-2021 with no issues.

Honest, fair and so polite! Nice change from the "other place" in town. Found out I don't have an oil leak I have a differential fluid leak and the awesome team at Smileys not only told me about it they filled it without changing me extra!New customer for LIFE!

Take my Chevy Diesel to Smiley s for an oil change when in the Seattle area after a long trip from the east coast.Price is very fair for 10 quarts of oil, they even check / top off fluid levels including the differential fluid levels underneath for my 4x4 equipped vehicle. In and out quickly and super friendly staff!

We are 1st time Full-time RVing and our F350 needed an oil change. We called an auto shop first and they referred us to Smiley's. We are so glad we did! They did a terrific, professional job at an affordable price! We also got to discover that Smiley played for the Patriots in the super bowl against the Chicago Bears in '86. We're originally from Chicago and lived there at that time. Loved Smiley's! GO BEARS!

My experience with this place was great! Fast, professional and friendly. Its also nice to work with a family run business. Success relies heavily on customer service and they liked it. First time coming here but they have my business from here on out.

I show up with a 2015 BMW X3 and get told they don t have the tools to take off a skid plate. That indicates to me the place is Ill equipped to handle anything other than your basic oil change and if you have a skid plate don t bother going there.Picture of special skid plate bolts below

Honest small family owned business, they are quick and do the job right the guys there will do the job right. I ve been in the towing business for years and never towed a car because this business you are safe to go here support them not a big corporation like J lube. Such great Service! Employees are helpful and personable.Good prices, plus they change my Wipers and check the Tire pressure if you ask, and tell you if your air filter is dirty,and they spotted a few leaks on my old truck I did not know about.There is a clean Restroom, too.Plus,back in 2000, Smiley himself was my Son's assistant Football coach at Monroe High School and he still remembers my Son! Awesome!

Have used smiley s for years, but no more. Terrible service. Guys didn t seem to know what they were doing. They had to check the level several times and were openly debating if they needed to add more oil or not. My car is brand new and it was very disheartening. Not to mention the price was as much as the dealership who actually knows what they re doing. Poor service combined with no masks and conservative talk radio they ve lost a customer of ten years.Service: Oil change

I have been taking both my car and truck to smileys for over 20 years. They let me know right away if they see an issue that I should be aware of and how soon I should get on lt. I go to smiley s for a consistent result and that always changes for my benefit, so today I got my heat problems fixed because they simplified it to where I just show up and express my problems and they take care of it 200%. Not only did I get the help I need, I get the care of asking how I feel meanwhile there reassuring me. My Buddy And I Took Our Mustangs To Smiley's Pro Lube For Oil Changes And They Were Awesome Watching Closely As We Drove Our Lowered Cars Over Their Pits And Making Sure They Had Enough Clearance To Get Over The Pits! They Also Took Exceptional Care In Servicing Our Show Cars! So If You Have Hot Rods Or Any Other Cars That Need Oil Changes I Highly Recommend Smiley's Pro Lube! It's My Only Oil Change Facility! Very Nice Crew That Works There As Well! Thanks For The Awesome Job You Did On Our Hot Rods!

I will say up front the service was good and timely. However my gripe is with the price. I called the day before to get a quote. I told them the make, model, and year of my car. I said I wanted a firm price, with no hidden fees. Brandon quoted me $92. But when I showed up it is was now $120. He said he thought I said it was a Honda. I did not, why would I, I don't own one. I paid the extra but I'm steamed. I wish I could say this is the only time this has happened, I've been had by other oil change places, so beware of the gouge. Even a hard fast quote means nothing at Smiley's, no smile on my face

Leaps and bounds better than most 'quick lube' places. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick and convenient service, competitive prices. And best of all? They didn't try to upsell me on anything!
