Excellent people I come today black Friday and I asked if I can buy a use tire of if they can fix it . They fixed with out any questions and was FREE. The office lady was very friendly and the guy who repaired did faster and Excellent job . Thank you we are coming back for more bussines with you.

Least painful experience I have ever had with a car shop. They went above and beyond any expectations I had, and really helped me out. Had a flat, they were booked, but they still squeezed me in so that I could at least get the one tire and be able to drive, and get the rest done the next day.

Their service and attitude is excellent. They are extremely honest about what repairs that you need. My engine light came on and indicated a sensor needed to be replaced they checked the car and felt that an oil change would take care of it The oil change did take care of the problem saving me at least $400. I trust them and take my car to them for repairs and maintenance needs.

This was my first time going to Purcell tire in Monroe. Came in with my dump truck. Had a nail on a inside back tire. They had me in/out and ready to go in 45 minutes. That was great! I will recommend using this tire shop to others.

Aug. 2019 - I brought three of my vehicles here for oil changes and tire rotations last week. They are friendly, professional, they know what they're doing, and they get things done in a reasonable time frame. Their prices are fair and since I live a few blocks away I can drop off any of my vehicles and just walk home from there. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for sure.Dec. 2022 - Purcell is the best. I was just in for standard maintenance yesterday which they handled swiftly as always. Their customer service is top notch and they always let you know if they find anything on your vehicle worth keeping an eye on. I live close by but even if I didn't I would drive past other shops to bring my vehicles to Purcell.

Purcell Tire in Monroe performs the maintenance on both my 2017 Camry & 1970 C10 and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism, quality of work, & their prices. I recently needed the master cylinder replaced on my C10, & being simply too lazy to perform the work myself, and knowing they are far more competent than me, I had Bob order the parts and he had it fixed before I even finished reading 1 story in the yacht magazine in their waiting room. Most yachts are out of my price range, but if I had one I would have this shop keep it maintained. Their expertise, cleanliness of the shop and lobby, as well as appointment scheduling are second to none.

The staff here is super friendly and incredibly honest! I had to get my water pump replaced because it seized up and was quoted for it beforehand. They worked hard and diligently to get it done in a timely manner. I have definitely found my new car shop! Thank you all so much for taking care of my baby!

I'm editing this review(below) after taking my truck to the actual Ford dealer for servicing. I got my brakes changed here now 9 months ago..ever since I pulled out the front driver side had a squeak to it but I thought it would go away once the pads wore in. Here I am 9 months later and find out I have to replace my rotor, caliper and get new brakes because the driver side was put on wrong and has already worn through the pad and dug into the rotor..so a $600 brake change is now costing me major loot. My last set of brakes lasted me just over 5 years(done at the dealership). I would bypass getting anything more then an oil change at this place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and for 9 months people saw my positive review but I feel ultra ripped off..in my original review where they forgot to take the nail out my tire I stayed positive and gave the benefit of the doubt it was an oversight but seems they just do shotty biz

After first discovering Purcell, we went there to get new tires for our sons car. Since then, we have gone there for various reasons. The last was to have the alignment checked on my truck. Each time was very pleasurable experience. The staff there is very friendly and courteous and customer service and customer satisfaction always seems to be their top priority. We will definitely be taking our business there and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service went above and beyond to help me diagnose a AC wiring issue last month after I had a stereo installed somewhere else ( stereo installation shop cut wires to ac clutch) . Yesterday I took my truck in for break service expecting to pay over 1k for new breaks, they found an issue from the previous owner that was a fast easy and cost friendly fix ($100). They have proven to be honest and trustworthy.I will continue to use them for any service needs!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We never new Purcell was there, now we will do all our tire business at Purcell!Very friendly and professional, great pricingFast and efficient.Second visit, we just spent another $1600Dually tires, oil change and oil change on our car as well. Just can't say enough about this place. The customer service is outstanding every time, our attendant has been Bob both times and he goes above and beyond everytime with a smile and a very pleasant personality. Thank you Purcell, we will be back!!!

Super happy with our service! I brought in an estimate from someone else and from that they were able to give me their estimate. Which was less. Bonus. When the car was finished, the total was under the estimate!! Even better. Love supporting a local business with quality work, friendly staff and beating the other guys prices!! Thank you!

I just have to say after about 6 months of dealing with the team at Purcell I have nothing but good things to say. Between my work vehicles and my personal vehicle, any work done has been satisfactory. Not only am I happy with the prices I pay for new tires, but I have had 4 flat tire repairs all for free, which is why I will always deal with these people. They also offer the best rates I can find for oil changes and other maintenance services. Thank you guys, for real!

My first time there, nice to find a garage that can handle any size wheel and Tire issues, from passenger cars 2 semi trucks and everything in between. The employees we're very friendly and I could tell dedicated to what they were doing. A big thanks to J.R. for cutting me a little slack on the bill as I am on social Security and to Rob I hope I got his name right, for doing such a great job and answering all my questions, my only concern, was a brand new employee Manny, that didn't understand when you want 95 lb of tire pressure in all four tires, and one was at a hundred, and he was going to leave it at that tire pressure? I had to respectfully demand that I wanted the tire pressure equal in all of my tires? I'm sure it's just that he is new, but overall I had a great experience, Thank You Purcell Tires!

Made a big mess last oil change. Not going back. Used the wrong filter again and didn't put in bolts right. Was on purpose since the last times were fine.

These folks were awesome! They took me in on short notice for a much-needed oil change before I RV d cross country. Because I needed a specialized oil filter, it was a longer wait (they kept making unnecessary apologies), but they got ahold of the needed filter, and gave me $10 off the price because of the long wait. I even got a free mug. THANK YOU so much!!! I will be back!

Took my car in because Purcell in Finley, NV replaced my harmonic balancer to help a fuel problem. Complete scam. Trent in the Monroe store showed me exactly what was wrong. Honest knowledgeable and informative. Renewed my faith in Purcell!

Wow, this is what a small town shop is supposed to be. Called in at 3pm after realizing I had a giant screw in my tire and it was losing air at home. Stephanie told me to swing by and they'd take a look. 20 min later and I had a patched up tire and they refused to charge me a dime, even after I insisted. That's how you make customers for life.

The Monroe Purcell tire is our go to for all of our cars. They are honest, they don't try to up sell you on things and they are truly there for the customer. I definitely recommend Purcell tire in Monroe.

Needed a alignment done heard good things about Purcell they performed the alignment noticed it was pulling to the left now so I called they scheduled to have it checked out dropped it off and later picked up and headed out of town noticed when driving if you were on uneven roads it would dart left and right so finally got back home and noticed the new tires were edging the edge was worn down I never had a edging problem the only reason I brought it in was because of the new tires I had put on terrible service go somewhere else for alignments

Yo this spot is lit I got top of the line Michelin tires on my dump truck for a steal! Caleb did the install and answered all my questions and went the full 9 yards in service. And the chick Lindsey is cool to talk with too while they're installing the new rubbers. 10/10 would recommend

I had a great experience with Bob . He was extremely honest and being a woman I find honesty is rare in a automotive shop. After Les Schwab told me I needed to buy brand new rotors. I went to Purcell and Bob said you can totally turn these rotors. Saved me a ton of Money!!!Wish there was a Purcell Tire in Fresno California where I live. Was here visiting.

Good customer service. I purchased tires here and had a positive experience. Staff go out of their way to help you pick the right products and meet your budget. I had a problem with my TPMS sensor as well, and stopped in without an appointment, they fixed it quickly and to my satisfaction.

We had a blowout on our trailer on our way out of town. Purcell got us in very quickly. Put new tires on right away and we were on our way. Definitely recommend them!

They did what they said they would do. I can t ask for anything better from a company. Cheerful, quick and trustworthy service. Great job and I will gladly use them again for a wheel alignment and four Michelin Agilis Crossclimates on the dualies on my RV. Thank you Purcell Tires!

Percell took the time to do the job right, they did everything to help me with the cost by checking with other sources to get me the parts needed to repair my vehicle at a reasonable price. They were very knowledgeable and showed me the parts they replaced to prove they were bad. There staff were very friendly and kept me informed of everything I will continue to use them for my vehicle repairs.

Very happy with our experience at Purcell Tire they performed the agreed on work, perfectly, on time and at a fair price. Bob also helped us out with a quote for maintenance work on our diesel motorhome along with the tires installed, we very likely will be returning.
