We purchased a new side by side from Premier and couldn t be more stoked. They have a great inventory to choose from. They made the process so easy and enjoyable with zero pressure. The owners took such great care of us and the techs did an awesome job with our upgrades. Very knowledgeable and gave us some great info about our machine. Couldn t recommend this crew enough, they made us feel like family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have visited plenty of Polaris dealers and I can tell you that I am a big fan of this shop.This is a GREAT family run business. Linda, Randy and their son treated me fairly and with the highest level of service.The entire experience was seamless and smooth. This is the way all companies should conduct themselves with great work ethic, honest people, and responsive communication!

If you want some old school customer service and support, that's full of value, trusted recommendations, and respectful interactions, this is the place to go. Jedi Master Luke knows all the ins and outs of Polaris sleds and keeps mine running great, explaining any work and maintenance that is needed. These guys are great and an awesome resource for the Polaris community. I highly recommend giving them your business and supporting family run outfits like this.

DO NOT GET YOUR WORK DONE HERE. If you do make every change in writing. We canceled a huge part of our repair and they would not credit any of the labor off. Told us if we didn't pay they would lien our vehicle.

My husband recently bought a side-by-side here. The price was great and he felt really comfortable with all the staff, that's why we drove 3hrs to buy from them. He was already recommending them to everyone based on the customer service. But then a week after purchase, something went wrong and the whole attitude changed. The owners who were originally super nice became rude and made him feel uncomfortable asking for help. It came with a 1yr warranty but he was charged $500 and no one even called to tell him what was wrong or give an estimate prior. Really dissapointed because we thought we found somewhere that still had customer service and would want to continue to do business with. Great place to purchase if you're not worried about a warranty or any future help with your purchase.

Best customer service and knowledge! Special shout out to Luke for helping me over the phone with an issue I was having. I showed up at the shop with my sled and had them help me fix it. I was so happy that I tried to pay them four times the amount they quoted and they wouldn't take it! I will be giving all my business to Premier moving forward.

Great family owned dealership!! Very fair on prices, excellent service! I got some extras for my fresh new Polaris 850 sled and they just dove right into it. Put it all on with no extra charge. They threw in a free jug of oil gave me a little brake on some items I got. Very satisfied and will definitely be back for future business!! Thanks fellas for making everything happen in such short order!! Happy thanksgiving.

Disrespectful owner. I will never give them my money. Feel free to go and experience it for yourself and make your own decision. That s what I did and was shockingly surprised that the negative reviews and rumors were not fabricated and in fact true.

Disrespectful owner. Laughed at me for asking a question and told me he charges an extra 3% fee for cash paying customers. Despite the ownere reply below, when i asked about using a card on the phone the owner laughed hysterically at me and went on and on about me prooving how i was able to come up with that kind of money, even if using my card, like im some kind of criminal, all while laughing at me. Then his wife treates me with just as much disrespect.... I will never give them my business. You just keep spewing excuses!!! laughing at a customer is NEVER okay, ever. I took my business 4 hours away to avoid the rude and disrespectful owners. in reading other reviews this is common practice at this business and the owners are known for being rude to women specifically.

We purchased a 2020 CF Moto Zforce 800 Trail from Premier Polaris in Monroe. The only positive feedback I have, is that they had a machine in stock at the time. We have owned smaller dirt bikes/quads, but this was our first time purchase of a large UTV for our family. Directly after we bought it, we had to take it back in to get the winch and doors fixed. We are now just a little over 300 miles on it, and already experiencing major acceleration issues due to poor design with the air filter. After calling to ask about warranty, I was immediately dismissed and told there was only a one year warranty. I had done my research prior to calling and understood there was a known issue at the manufacturer level. I then had to advocate for the fix, and pressed about the extended warranty from the maker, but I was told I would need to bring it in to find out if it qualified for maintenance, and warned that wait times would be very lengthy as they are busy. Ultimately, after extensive research, I am going to buy an after market part an install it myself. I do not plan to buy from this shop again, I did not find them to be very helpful at any point in the process.

Just bought my third Polaris Sportsman from Premier. Typically great communication, good pricing, no hassles and easy to work with. I called to 4 other dealers and always find it is worth the drive to Monroe for the best experience. Randy runs a solid business.

UPDATED: Based on the response from this company I went from a 3 star to a 4 star. I feel I was just in at a busy time. If they are busy then that is a good sign. Original review: I went in to buy a snowmobile and they re pretty busy so I didn t get any help , my wife my daughter and I walked out after waiting for 20 minutes . We would ve waited if someone simply said will be with you as soon. Super awkward so we bailed. Will give it another shot soon, I ll update the review depending on my experience

Came in with the family just to browse and compare a few different SxS models. Super friendly staff who engaged in social conversation, but never once made us feel like we were in a "sales" environment. Will definitely be back as we get closer to a purchase.

If you want a tool to fix or maintain your own Polaris do not go to this place. They don't have anything! So glad this wasn't our dealer....we go to the Cycle Barn in Arlington for Pro Dude tools and maintenance help!

I bought a machine from "the other guys" wish I had not. All the issues I am having seem to be from the set up not the machine. brought it to AJ and Randy to clean up the mess and my only regret is that I did not come here first. They would never have put the keys in my hand not have having this machine tip top and ready to roll. I will never buy another cfmoto or Polaris product in northern Washington from anyone else agian. They are the best in this area. The other guys quoted me $840 for my first service. And gave my a quote off of what they charged the last customer 20 hr service. Do not buy from anyone or get dealer service from anyone in the area before coming here

Gave them a call to cancel an order of a rim and they said it was fine. Then when I went in they told me they couldn't return it and I had to buy a rim I have no use for. complete waste of money.

The sales experience was okay but I was disappointed after we bought the UTV I felt like as soon as we spent the money the effort and customer service went out the window. There is one salesman there who is very on top of everything thank god after we bought it who helps fix and make things right but it s too bad owners not more that way.

AJ in service saved my vacation. My throttle was sticking on my Polaris sportsman and I was all the way down in Tillamook Oregon. I called him and within a few minutes he knew exactly what the problem was and I was able to direct me where to look for the problem. Thank you so much AJ!
