Brought in my ford and keep. They were very friendly and the new GM is fantastic. The team thought the day seems new however they were polite and got the job done fast. This will be my new oil change location. Price is better then dealer

The gentleman at my local Monroe Jiffy Lube were all so kind, professional, courteous, and efficient. They interacted with me, my young daughter and each other (other employees) with respect and good humor, in other words I appreciate the teamwork and friendly nature they display :)They explained the services, options, pricing, and coupons clearly, cheerfully, patiently and quickly.I redeemed 5 gift cards I had recently purchased for my services, and they were patient, helpful and knowledgeable as I got those ready for them from my phone.Nathan, Austin and Shaf are the best! It s a blessing experience for us today (same day we left a review on)! We have been trying to pay their services for our brake lights, but they kept refusing! Although that doesn t stop us from leaving a positive review on there, we appreciate them greatly for their hard work! Would gladly recommend this place in Monroe! We ll be back! :)

I came in for an oil change and they did end up finding more things that needed to be fixed on my car. mind you my car is at 103k miles and i never really had a lot done before that. Everyone at jiffy lube was so friendly and answered all the questions i had. They even fixed my heat cover that was loose for awhile, free of cost. they genuinely care about making sure your car is 100%! my car runs so smooth and sounds so much better.

I always go to this place to get my oil change done. Everyone is really nice and respectful. It s clean and neat. Everyone is hardworking. When I pull up and pull out of the service area, they always greet me Hi, how s your day going? And always greet me Have a great rest of your day! Will always be my go-to Jiffy Lube.

Speedy service, communication was on point; asked me if I wanted my tire pressure changed which I appreciate them not just doing it because I have it set where I want it.Respectful team of mechanics that work here. I would highly recommend coming to get an oil change for this jiffy lube.

I am a single female and I was by myself and My car broke down on a very busy street right next to the Jiffy Lube. The manager of Jiffy Lube came out with one of his employees and they pushed my car off the road and tried to help me get it started. What a wonderful Manager. I am very grateful and wanted to give a ahout out to them.

Super fast and friendly experience! I was pulled into the bay as soon as i arrived and was able to sit in my car and listen to my own tunes.All staff were knowledgeable and made sure to check all the boxes for fluids, lights, and wiper needs! Price is way cheaper and more reasonable than visiting a BMW dealership. Definitely my new oil change home.Thank you guys!! See you in 5k miles

Got right in. Great reception upon arrival. I like the automation of the order - what you want, what vehicle, etc...Very quick but complete. I watched while in the car during the oil change. I downloaded an online coupon just before arriving. Price was reasonable especially in my situation (should have change oil a couple weeks ago). They checked for leaks when finished, reset the oil change indicator, and sent me on my way. Great work. Great customer service.

The guys were amazing! No wait at all, Dylan was very helpful and informative! Didn t end up actually needing an oil change and they were very honest about it. Directed me to a different location Jiffy Lube for the best multi inspection services. Definitely recommend!

The workers got me in very fast. Assisted me and ask what kind of oil I liked to use. I applied a coupon and they used it. I left the dentist and they understood that I had a hard time talking. They are nice and friendly and I recommend them for an oil change or what needs you got.

Always a smooth, reliable experience. And friendly! This visit was an oil change but I ve also stopped by for fluid & tire check before a road trip. This is my regular spot, will be back again and continue to recommend. Keep up the good work team!

My father works for Jiffy Lube but I was unable to make it to his location. I went to the location in Monroe and Chris was extremely helpful. Customer service was excellent. He's definitely in the right line of work. It's a breath of fresh air knowing there is still hard workers out there that care about there customers.Thank you Chris. Jiffy lube has a new scam when you go in for an oil change they tell you they don't have any regular oil only synthetic which is about 70% more. Beware Jiffy lubes all over are doing the same scam.

I went by for a quick oil change and would definitely go back for future services. I was treated very kindly and the job was done at the exact time estimated. John (new general manager) took the time to go through services and make sure I understood what I was paying for. He created an overall great customer experience and I felt well taken care of! They did not have standard oil, so had to go with high mileage oil with $20 off. They no longer stock very many items (2nd time at this place) so a 10-15 minute oil change can take up to 40 + minutes, while we waited for an air filter to be delivered. Air filter at auto store or even Amazon (11.99) they changed me $39.99. Total bill was around $130 The same car at Jiffy Lube with air filter change in 2019 was $44.99 There were at least 4 folks working I think I saw a 5 person in the officeRecommend pre buy (bulk discount) air and oil filters and pass on the savings to your customers. Why are you out of standard oil? might be poor planning. Bring back exceptional service and a service that should never take that long.

First visit and quite satisfied.All the crew were friendly and had a good disposition. No one was rude or woke.Along with oil change I took suggestion to have old headlights polished. They look crystal clear and service is guaranteed for life of car!Fluids topped off, windows cleaned- this is how oil changes worked back when the world was normal.
