Our experience was great overall. Extremely appreciative of the informed decisions and status relayed by their staff and technicians. They always answered their phone and communication was seamless. As a new customer, we benefited from the initial advice and information provided when we called for help on the repair of our Tesla. The car looks great and we highly recommend Crash Champions Collision Repair to anyone looking for a repair shop.

We took our 2024 Subaru Outback here after getting in an accident and Crash Champions did an amazing job getting our brand new car back to brand new! The General Manager, William, was very communicative and provided us updates along the way. We are so happy to be back in our car and will definitely recommend Crash Champions to our friends and family. Thanks again!

Excellent experience with these guys this week on my brand new Corvette. The car arrived damaged from Patriot Chevrolet in Pennsylvania (review coming soon once all the dust settles). Monroe Collision got me right on the schedule and did a fantastic job making the car perfect again. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I highly recommend them.

We had our dodge durango fixed here recently. There was a holdup with scheduling. Our car was hit in a parking lot but our damage happened when everyone else's did because of the icy conditions. They finished pretty quickly. When we picked it up there was a few things I asked them to fix. Fit &finish type stuff. They got it back in and completed everything I requested. All in all they were great to deal with, the car looks great and I would use them again. They care more about you than the insurance company. I've dealt with other shops in the past and was told the insurance company won't want to do that.....I don't care what the insurance company wants. Again great staff. Happy with the result. Will use them again.

Highly recommend 1st Class Auto. Their name says it all. Superior work done in a reasonable amount of time, reasonable pricing. Easy to work with and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I especially like how they would text me at each stage of the car repair and let me know what they were working on and what was next. I never had to call to find out about the status of my car as they always kept me updated.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

The staff was very nice and professional from the moment I walked through their door. The estimate was very reasonable and the scope of work was clearly understood. The final product was excellent paint and body work on my 2005 Dodge Ram Dually. The whole process was around a week with text updates and phone calls. I felt like my buisness was really appreciated and I was treated like their buisness name says. If you need any body work done I highly recommend this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my truck in to have a fender replaced. Staff were super friendly and kept me informed at all stages of the repair process. Work is warrantied for the life you have the car and I had a small issue that needed attention after the work was complete. Customer service goes a long way and 1st Class Auto Body was amazing from start to finish!!! Their communication was great, Hannah in the office was so helpful and welcoming and they did a great job on my back bumper!! They also cleaned the inside of my car which I am so grateful for!! The customer service has been great. My Honda Ridgeline looks beautiful. Like the damage never happened. The communication from the business was just as great keeping me informed of the progress. If you need a place for this type of work, I highly recommend you check them out.

I just got my car back from 1st Class Auto Body and I am very impressed by the work they did replacing my bumper.They even cleaned the car inside and washed it outside which they should not have to do it.This Body Shop provides great customer service and communication.They are very friendly and professional.I would recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The new manager, Mike, was really kind and fair with us. He kept connected with me and updating me as we went through a bit of a process of breaking down my vehicle to find all the damages not seen by insurance. So happy that we were able to get a thorough review and work with such a great team. We'll definitely be coming back to see them for our vehicle needs

I would advise everyone to avoid using this place for any type of repair for multiple reasons. Using 1st Class Auto Body was by far the worst experience that I have had in my entire life in dealing with any type of auto repair. Here are the details.Geico listed this place as an option for auto body repairs and it was the closest to my residence, so I took the chance. This is what happened during my experience after a deer was hurled into the side of my truck.I dropped my truck off November 8th and the repairs were estimated to take 17 days. I picked up a rental covered by my insurance company and off I went. After 14 days, I received a text stating that it was going to take longer than expected with no real reason given for the delay. This continued for several weeks. After 30 days, I had to return my rental and was without my main vehicle with still no real reason given why my truck was still not completed. On December 28th, I was notified that my truck repairs were completed and was ready for pickup. So this had gone on for 50 days.I paid my deductible and was handed the keys and was informed that the repairs were complete and I was just missing a snap in piece that would come in soon. Immediately, I noticed some issues with the truck. The door would not unlock and needed to be repaired. They were able to fix this while I sat and watched for 45 minutes. The rear bumper was missing a retaining bolt on the cover and the rear radar system was not functional. The most noticeable thing was that MY TRUCK WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY. Either the technicians stole everything out of my truck or they left my truck it in the vehicle storage area unlocked and unmonitored. The inside was also extremely dirty like a homeless person had slept in it.All in all, I had about $300 worth of items stolen out of my truck. Since the windows were not broken, the manager accepted the responsibility and agreed to replace the items. This is where the communication ended. I was ghosted and ignored by the repair shop after this. I do not even know what part is still missing from the truck to replace myself. If you plan on using this place to work on your vehicle, DO NOT LEAVE IT OVERNIGHT.**Update to this review**I was rear ended recently and took my truck to a different repair shop. I was informed that 1st Class Auto Body failed to install the drivers side blind spot sensor. Of course they charged my insurance for this (plus install + calibration fees) so because of this place, I am forced to be without my truck for an additional 14 days while this part is on order. Seriously, avoid this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If we ever need a body shop again this will be the first place we go. I was sent here by my insurance companyfor auto body repair due to a motor vehicle accident. I love his no BS cut to the chase attitude, very kind and willing to explain things in detail so that I had full comprehension of what was damaged and needed repair etc. My car was finished quickly and they were great to work with!

I have complete confidence that Monroe Auto Body will do the work right the first time. We use Monroe Auto Body for both the little stuff and the big stuff. They fixed a "totaled car" years ago that we drove for years (and it looked great). They also helped me restore an old motorcycle by matching the paint perfectly and making it look much better than when it came off the showroom floor in the 70's.Trust is hard for a business to earn but Monroe Auto Body certainly has my trust & confidence.

Made my 68 Firebird better than it was before I crunched the back end, it came back without the flaws from the other body shop, couldn't be happier! I highly recommend them.
