Best boat buying experience ever !!!! Bought my new Bayliner VR5 sight unseen. Did all the details before hand and scheduled my pick up appointment. Bob and the entire staff greeted me, they all knew I had drive 2hours to get the boat. I m a sales manager for a new car dealership. I wish my sales team and my entire staff treated every customer the way I was treated at Union Marion. They gained a customer for life. Winston is excited for summer, so he can go on the new boat.Thank you Bob and team !!!!!!

Couldn't be more disappointed in the service department since the transfer of hands from Pacific Nautique to Union Marine. They have "1" tech to work on all Nautique products and never have availability to service $200K+ boats they sell. If there was any other option to go buy a nautique from another dealer or service your nautique from another dealer, I would do so. Communication is non-existent, constant change in scheudle/failure to complete work on time. Honestly, would go buy another brand strictly based on having to deal with Union Marine.

Buying a boat from Union Marine was a great experience. Nick B. Was super helpful, knowledgeable and overall just a great person to work with. Definitely recommending them to friends and family and will be back when it s time to upgrade!

Bought a 2021 Sea Ray SPX from Union Marine last spring. From the first outing the boat has had problems, just shuts off and won't restart. Boat has been in and out of their service department multiple times throughout last summer and this winter. This past winter it was supposedly "fixed". Pictures below are from today the first day back on the water since the "fix". In the first 30 minutes on the water the boat shut off just cruising. We were able to accumulate a grand total of around 12 hours on it last summer, but those were break in hours. It now has a grand total of 22. Thank God our 2006 Maxum has never let us down and was available to tow me in. Extremely disappointed, to say the least. We only hope Union Marine or Sea Ray step up and resolve this ongoing issue.

Union Marine Fife was amazing. This was our first major new boat purchase and we had a million questions. Billy was great and answered our questions, communicated very well with us. Billy even made a "How to" video for us when we had a question about our electronics. Above and beyond service and professionalism.

The customer service is beyond top notch. I had a broken down boat that was not affordable for me to repair. Bill got the broken boat sold and put me in a brand new boat. Everything went amazingly smooth. With this place, you re a partner in boating, not a customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Worthless service department. Called to get some help on my mercury 350 outboard motor. Didn't even get past the name of the boat before being told to take it somewhere else. Brand new boat and outboard just has a bad sensor. Didn't even expect free. Just wanted help... Wont ever call again.

Greg Hines did a great job of showing me all of the pontoon boat options! Had a great experience and he even delivered the boat on the lake and spent the morning making sure I knew how the boat worked and all its features! Highly recommend Greg Hines!

Called and asked for parts 3 times and got voicemail .never called back. Drove to the store & parts Dept.not only did he say he didn t have it in stock and didn t know the PT#, he couldn t even look it up to order it.Union Marine your paying a parts guy who can t pick up a phone or look up a part# Id of felt more satisfied if your Parts Dept was closed on Saturdays.

Bob Higbee sold our 2016 Whaler for us. He was fabulous!! First he drove 60 miles out to Poulsbo in the rain on his day off to help me get the boat out of the water then took it to their shop for us. He guided us through every step in getting the boat into tip top shape and then got us everything we wanted for it. His easygoing way and expertise were the key. I would super highly recommend him. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would give Bob one million.

Worst service ever. Josh has no idea what he is doing and has little knowledge of anything. That place is a joke, I have also heard they under pay their staff as well thats a darn shame and they over charge for parts, will never go back

Took boat in for service May 16, just picked it up today July 1. Tasks: annual, fix steering and starves at high speed. Initial estimate 940 which included annual plus $290/ 145 each to diagnose steering and high speed issue. Fix steering they called with estimate of 1500, charged 2900. Starves need carb rebuild (most of us have done it) charged 740, oh need a tuneup another 400, guess my bad for not asking estimate for that issue but assumed it won t cost over 1140 on top of other work. Total gouged cost $5323 to repair a 95 sea ray. Called weekly left message no call back. Only one call to me with estimate on steering (1500 est) talked about carb but never offered a estimate. Many other shops available.

Bought a new boat from them in 2019. Initially the tah was reading off and I took it in 3 times. I could never get it fixed right so eventually I did it myself. It took 3 visits to get a broken seat fixed properly. This year in 2020 I made an appointment for the yearly service and winterize and the boat has been in there for 7 week days and they still haven't touched it so why make an appointment? So it has been my experience with them over the last couple years that their service is very sub par.

My wife and I bought a boat through Union Marine at the Boat show. I cannot speak highly enough about the experience we had. Josh went way above and beyond, delivered straight to our door and was on top of minor little changes that needed to be done. He was a great communicator and patient with my family as we dealt with the logistics of the COVID-19 shut downs. Sandy too was very professional and responsive and helped us find a financial plan that works well with us. I would recommend everyone to purchase through them! You can trust that they follow through with their word and operate with integrity. We love the new boat too! :)

Great Sales, Terrible Service. We were told our boat would be done "this week" when we dropped it off. We're on week 3 now and we're still waiting. This was all for minor warranty work on a new boat (loose fittings and disconnected speaker). To make things worse, calling the service department has a very low response rate. Nobody knows anything except for 1 lady who is NEVER available and you always get transferred to her voicemail. She's returned our calls 3 out of 7 times. I still don't have my boat back and we're still waiting. Again, sales experience was good. Edit: Took 4 weeks to get the boat back during the off season (February, and they got held up by the boat show a bit) still too long, but they got everything fixed.

It took over 1 year to get the warranty work approved. Then 6 months for parts. When I finally dropped the boat off, I also asked for a Price to have the boat detailed and to replace the selenoid on the trailer. 2 weeks later, well it was 80 outside, I called for an update on the progress in time line only to find out the warranty work was complete. Again I asked about a price for detail and trailer work, still no call back for several days. Finally when I called again, they apologized and stated they would get me a better price for detail. However, they never called to tell me what that was and never did the detail. I left multiple messages, usually the call was never returned, or they said they would check into it and get back, agsin with no follow up. I would definitely never bring my boat back here again and I would also never purchase a boat from this facility out of the fear that I would need to have warranty work completed at the shop.

Let me tell you that nothing comes close to the knowledge, professionalism, and top notch service you will get when dealing with Josh Judge! He has been an outstanding representative for the company and always been there to help me with any questions, needs, and goes above and beyond his required duties! Union Marine had my MasterCraft X-Star on consignment since September (June now). Josh in sales told my wife and I that if it wasn t sold by November 1st that the boat would be serviced, winterized and wrapped and he would call us to come pick it up. As November came and went we did not get any calls from Josh or Union Marine. In fact when I called them, they didn t even know they still had our boat. At that point I asked them if any of the services were done and they said no. So I asked them to get the services done again as we were going into the winter months. Once again, no follow up from anyone at Union Marine. I call a again to see what is going on and they said no we haven t touched it. This third time calling they assured me that the services would be done. This time I did get confirmation that the boat was wrapped but they also sent me a notice that I needed to pay for the storage while they had my boat on their lot. (Keep in mind, this was not part of the consignment agreement and half the time they didn t even know they had my boat)Fast forward to today. I take my boat out and the service light comes on and the boat is running abnormal. I call them and they tell me all they did was wrap it and they have no other service records. Also we have 50 other boats ahead of you so we can t tell you when we can get to your boat.We bought this boat from Mastercraft of Seattle, my suggestion would be to go there and let them take care of your boat.

Went in to look at a specific boat got told it wasn't available only to find out it was and they were just trying to upsell me on a newer bigger boat. When confronted with this info they immediately tried to cover their a$$ and made up a story on the spot and magically that boat would be available later that same day. The salesman drove around the lot on a golf cart with me and my wife driving through mud puddles which drenched my wife's leg . Not only did they not acknowledge it but he also didn't apologize. We decided to take our business to a competitor who has a a few locations. one of which was in Bonney Lake, and were treated amazing and ultimately bought a great boat for less money and way better service. Union marine may want to work on their customer service skills everyone we encountered seemed disinterested or even downright rude. Buying a boat is a luxury as such the experience should also feel that way your competitor did that and that's why they got our $$$.
