We have used them for more than a few things over the years... Backup camera system, awning replacement, water heater replacement, seals... We have always received excellent service! Our motorhome was finished on time. They were very thorough and professional. I'm confident they know RV's very well! I would highly recommend them.Services: Body & Trim, Battery

Pros: Kind & seemingly knowledgeable owner & employees. Cons: poor scheduling, every time we got repairs done here (which are too many) the rig was at the service center for numerous weeks to months. Little to no customer service when it comes to answering their phones or returning calls. Honestly, well over 8 times we got repairs done here, the same things broke Within day one of next use of rig. We do feel they re knowledgeable, that s what kept us going back but we need & deserve better after literal years of the above never getting better. Years!

We love our trailer, but Baydos is awful on service. We waited a MONTH just to take our trailer in. That was June 19. My husband took a day off to take the trailer in. We still haven t heard a thing about repairs. We have called several times, and no messages are returned. Pretty sure we won t be doing business with them again.

Service here was quick and they were very helpful. Even with how backlogged they are currently still we're able to get me in a lot sooner than expected

I will say that they do the service that they are required to do. Sometime's they do not call back soon enough, but I have always been proactive for things like this so I do not hesitate to call again. They are really busy and I think they could use a little more staff for talking to customers and returning phone calls; but at the end of the day they do good work.

Working with Dixon and Dixon was the only positive experience we had after buying a trailer from Baydos. We had so many serious issues with our trailer, the Manufacturer, NOTBAYDOS , ended up buying our trailer back.The floor was even rotting out and it was a new trailer!! Everyone at Dixon and Dixon was HONEST, kind and easy to work with. I can not say enough about how wonderful this business was to work with.

Everyone here is awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They definitely take care of their customers. We will always take our trailer here for service

Very friendly and great service. They bent over backwards to solve a problem we had on short notice. Too bad I won't buy from their sales ever again....they suck.
