Been going there for years and always been satisfied with their service and the people that work there. Prices are good and they are willing to help you out. Great place to go. My opinion, a lot better then the Federal Way store

Super nice and helpful! I am so grateful they did the removal and install! I couldn t do it without their help and my battery was 6 years old so it was time for a new one! Thanks Budget Batteries crew, you re awesome!

These guys really are the best. I ve been coming here for years from my various batteries and they re generally very honest and open about the new verses. Other battery options testing is free. The installation is free and generally very welcoming.I wish there were more places around that were this honest and forward and knowledgeable. I ve never gone wrong with their products and services always been great. I wish other types of automotive services work the way they do such as brakes or other things.

Best place to get your battery checked and replaced . They are honest and friendly . I've been going there for many years . It's the only place I go to when I have car , truck and boat battery problems . Want to save the go see them .

I ve always gone to this shop every time I need my batteries replaced or checked. They are very professional and kind people. One time, I went to get a battery replaced and they replaced it for free no questions asked.Today, I had Shaneah(?) helped me. She went to work right away; checked everything to make sure it was the battery; cleaned the surroundings. This place hasn t failed me yet. Keep up the good and professional work.

Would leave zero stars if I could. I tried to buy a new battery here and was told it would be a week or two. I came back for it and was told it was never ordered and now it would take a month. I didn t want to wait for a new one so didn t order the new battery but asked for my original (old) battery back that they were hanging onto. Then I was told it was thrown away without telling me or asking me. The employee couldn t explain why my old battery was thrown away without asking or telling me and never offered up an apology. The lack of customer service alone here will not have me coming back or referring this place to others. Very disappointing.

This is absolutely the best place to get batteries in the Puget Sound area. The staff at this particular store are always wonderful and accommodating. I bought lots of batteries from them for my various Vehicles over the years and they always treat me great. And the prices are very good.

Great Service!! My GM has an in-car battery that was missing a 90� connector for the vent hose and no parts store could help me. Not only did Budget know what I was talking about, they installed the piece for me and put the floor back together, no charge!

Cary was probably the most legit, friendly, cool guys I've ever had to deal with getting a battery. someone had popped my hood and had cut my terminals and stole my battery. Went to budget battery in fife , the store manager not only was friendly and honest guy but saved me from having to tow my car and taking it to a shop to get fixed. Cary (store manager)when he got off work came to my house with the battery that I had bought earlier from his store that day and fixed the cut wires and installed the the battery for me making so I had transportation once again. Highly recommend budget battery especially the one in fife. Made a stressed out day a whole let better. Very thankful that there is still people out there that are willing to help someone out and not expect something in return. Very thankful to Cary and budget battery

My check engine light came on after starting my car. First thing I thought was to go to my nearest auto part store. I went to the closest one to run the codes. Turns out my battery was bad and needed a new one. Unfortunately they couldn t help with the installation and suggested I go to Budget Batteries.Budget Batteries far exceeded my expectations! From the beginning they were happy to answer my questions and concerns that I had! I never got the feeling they were just trying to make a sale. I feel bad I never got names but one guy even showed me the difference between my bad battery and the new one!The price for a new battery is very reasonable and the warranty makes it even better!!!I hope I don t need another battery for years to come but if I do I will absolutely go back to Budget Batteries!!!!!

In and out in less than 8 min....impressive...new guy was friendly and professional....will return in 5-7 yrs when by battery goes juiceless...lol, clean office area also.

I cannot express enough how impressed and pleased I am with the above and beyond customer service from budget batteries. My boyfriend already wrote a review, but I wanted to give my thanks and gratitude as well. We woke up to a battery stolen out of our vehicle and the terminals being cut. Cary drove out to our house after he got off work to bring us a battery and fix the terminals. We are so thankful and grateful for his act of pure kindness and we will do what we can to pay it forward to someone in need, somehow someday. Thank you for helping our family! We appreciate you!

Great customer service. Cary answered all questions I needed to know. He replaced my battery even cleaned and used special corrosion fighting paint. Great prices and free installation and removal.

Quick service, run out to greet ya . Battery was acting up, was purchased 1.5 years ago. Assessed problem, determined needed to be replaced. Under warranty so all taken care of for free. And warranty starts over again! Highly recommend them. Best place we ve ever taken a car for service!!

Budget Battery in Fife WA. Is amazing! The Manager Cary & all of his staff answered phone call question's. They say "come on down we will take care of you" They did just that! Everything quoted over phone was exactly that. No gimmicks!!Who would have known our Family would need 3 batteries with a 10 day period for 3 different vehicles. Budget Battery in Fife will be the place we go & or highly recommend!

Always very friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help make sure you are driving a save car. They even loaned me a bettery till we figured out the problem! This is the only place I will go! Great customer service and you never have to wait!

Traded some batteries 6 months ago to upgrade for my commuter car now I'm buying a new one as it failed. What a waste of money. Don't buy there refurbished batteries there not much better than an old used one. Garbage
