Absolutely helpful quick fast and in a hurry understood a budget line and worked with me got me the correct part that I needed let me verify the part was correct and had no issues absolutely amazing staff and if you're needing anything for a lifted vehicle go their first

Kenny and the guys down there are very friendy (and patient) and make sure that the work you are having done is correct and done well. Customer happiness is also important to them, which is a wonderful quality also. Thank you for the work!

They did the work and the price was competitive. But after waiting over 3 months for an appointment we were told it would take 2 days. At the end of 2 days I called because I hadn't heard anything and they hadn't even started on it. We were down to one vehicle and they didn't even bother to update us. It took over 6 days to get the truck back and they didn't call to update us even once. We had to keep calling and keep rescheduling because they kept saying "maybe today" and then not being ready. As someone who works in maintenance it felt completely unprofessional and put us in a tough situation with making it to work and missing hours we didn't need to miss. If you don't need your vehicle back in a timely manner or an accurate estimate of how long they'll need it then this might be the shop for you.

According to BDS Suspensions. This was the only shop within a 100mi radius that would install a 4 in lift on my 2014 Ram 1500 with air suspension. When I originally called they were completely booked FOUR months out. The date of my appointment came and i dropped of my vehicle with the promise of it being done in two days. Two days later I call to ask when the vehicle can be picked up, I found out they had not even begun work on it.. They said they would begin work that day or the next and it would take them a day/ day and a half. Call again two days later and the truck was still not ready. No reasoning from the shop, no explanation on why it was taking it long. Another two days passed before my vehicle was ready for pickup.Fast forward to six months later. The truck would not stop throwing check engine lights and all sorts of codes. I brought it into the RAM Dealership where they found all sorts of issues with the suspension that was an estimated minimum $3000 to repair.As a mechanic I understand that completion times are subject to change due to multiple factors but the services I received from this shop was unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

I went in for some guidance on how to upgrade my pickup for better offroad capabilities. Brooks helped me out with a variety of options. I liked his advice and made a deposit to schedule an installation. Looking forward to the results. This is a very friendly shop with knowledgeable staff.

This place is awesome!! They are honest, kind, knowledgeable, reasonable and they stand behind their work. They saved me $6,000.00 over the Chevrolet dealer estimate. If they can t get your vehicle in right away, it s because they are in high demand but they are worth the wait. I will never go anywhere else. Tell them Angie sent you.

Thank you Billy Bob s, I was having a difficult time finding my wiper linkage for my 77 CJ7, it s been on back order for over 2 months with another company. You guys got it to me in 2 1/2 weeks. Thanks again I will call you when I need anything else in the future.

These guys have done a ton of work for my on various vehicles and I keep going back, that's because they are awesome and fairly priced! They took care of everything I wanted and helped me make educated purchases rather than just buying what was "Cool"!

I've been going to billy bobs for years now and i haven't had a single issue that didn't get solved the right way. They aren't the fastest shop to take your truck to (how many other offroad shops are left?) but they are honest and they do great work. bottom line is great work, great prices, great people, but do expect it to take about 3 or 4 times longer than they tell you to get major work done. They have done little stuff for free here and there for me and will help you the best they can or refer you to someone that can help you best

Bob and his team are awesome people and have always done the very best to get the RIGHT parts for my jeeps. Great service, some times due to great workmanship, they are booked out a little ways but worth the wait.###great

I call these guys interested in putting a sports bar on my Chevy Colorado in adding some LED light bars on it the guy that I talk to on the phone says we don't have any parts for your truck in if you can find any you give us a call and I'll put them on for you I don't know what kind of customer service at as he and even attempt to look to see if he could find anything so I went to Olympic drive where they were awsome he took the time to find the parts and everything I needed for my truck I spent over $3000 there I guess Billy Bob's off roads loss.

Stopped by to check this place out. They have a-lot of parts in stock and a very helpful staff. The shop is full and cant any new work until spring, ill get on their calendar for my truck lift soon. Thanks for answering all my questions.

For my 92 jeep xj, they installed my rough coutry suspension to perfection! Even when I was stressed and being a complete jerk to the owner, he remained POISED and PROFESSIONAL through the entire process. From the guys at the front being cordial, to the mechanics finishing in record time, awesome experience! !

I have shopped at 4WPs and when I went to the Tacoma location the staff was not friendly or very helpful at all, so I got on line and looked for another off road place to shop and have work done on my Jeep!!!!I came across Billy Bob s Offroad online and we drove the extra miles to see what it was about....Had a great experience, bought some stuff for my Jeep and when they did not have some things I was looking for they offered rt away to order them and have them in by the next day....I will pick up my next 3 purchases in a couple of days and I will update with a new review....I would highly recommend Billy Bobs to others looking to add to their vehicles...

Looked here to get some work done - they were booked out a MONTH for a one hour appointment.Good selection of parts, but a month for work is just too long - no matter how good they are. Hire more people.

I have a lifted '99 Silverado that's been nothing but problems since I bought it. Most of it has been fixed. Except for the vibration... I have taken it to 4 places and been given half answers or no answer as to what has caused this potentially unsafe condition and charged for the privilege of no solutions twice!Then I take it to Billy Bob's. With a 4" lift kit and larger tires it really should have been my first choice. Not only did they find the cause of my latest grief with this rig, they also discovered some nitwit put the wrong u-joints in the rear drive shaft... funny how the other 4 places never caught that as they said they checked the balance and trueness of both shafts!Thank you, folks, for delivering me from lighting the thing on fire and hurtling it through a fireworks stand for effect! The uphill battle will never end but now I don't have to fight the parking brake too!

Got my truck lifted, as well as wheels and tires installed. Great customer service and work. I would definatly recommend it to friends. I plan on going back for all my work from now on.

They have a wealth of knowledge. Anything not in stock can be ordered within a few days. You get what you pay for.

Called for an over the phone estimate. I didn't want them to align my vehicle after install (because i have lifetime alignments at fires stone) and immediately got hung up on. I'll take my money elsewhere after that

Good honest place. Not cheap, but quality work and parts. Takes time to answer any questions. Shop is very busy.
