You all are awesome! I found out I had a headlight out and was in a hurry to get bulbs changed. Karla offered to change them out for me, and changed them out in about 5 min (decided to upgrade and replace both.) You were super helpful! I also go hear whenever a new battery is needed and they always install for me. Thanks!

Every time I go there, they always help me find items that I look for easily and fast. I appreciate their service. A great store for auto parts.11-26-22Today I went there to get a few items and wanted to ask them to check the condition of my alternator. Andrew was helping me, and not only checked the condition of the alternator, but helped me fix the battery terminal and saved me some money. Another employee also helped me with replacing the running light. I was extremely impressed with the service.

I usually dnt mess with O'Reilly's cuz of a couple bad experiences in Lynnwood and Everett. But this particular one actually knows how to treat their customers with respect and I commend this store for such a great job that they do there. All the employees are pretty nice even the grumpy old lady. She has her says but we will just blame that on her age hehe dnt tell her I said that lol.

I went to buy brake lights. Simple replacement job. Can you believe that they do not carry a simple set of screwdrivers for customers to use. Instead I was asked to buy a set. Never again I m going to autozone up the street from now on. David was quick to accommodate me.

I just so appreciate this O Reilly s. We have stopped by a few times over the last few months for urgent car needs and they always effectively and efficiently help us with our needs. First time we stopped in, my car battery had died and the wonderful weekday AM employee quickly found us a great battery for a decent price and recycled the old one (which we were allowed to bring back days later). Most recently I stopped in because my rear turn signal light went out. The same employee helped me find a new bulb (for under $10), then kindly CHANGED it for me for FREE outside their store in under 10 min saving me probably an hour or more trying to figure out how to change it at home via YouTube. I will absolutely continue to shop here in the future for my basic car needs.

I've never been happier walking out of an auto parts store. Car battery crapped out on me before I had to drive 400 miles back home, on top of the horrible day I was already having this brought me to tears. The money I had saved for gas would have to be used for a new battery and I would have no way to get gas to get back home. Thank God I walked into this store. The person who helped me, I think her name was Lindsey (maybe leslie? I'm so sorry I'm horrible with names) was able to make it super affordable which left me with enough money to get home. Before I was crying because I felt hopeless, now I'm crying cuz I don't think I've ever been more grateful. I know she knows she made my day better, but I don't think she truly understands how much she helped me. She saved my a**. If more people were like her, the world would be a much better place.Thank you. So, so, so much. You deserve all the good things in life.-The Girl who couldn't stop crying.

Billy the store manager was awesome! He saw me struggling to replace a bulb in my tail light and immediately helped me and even let me know I had the wrong bulb! He exchanged the wrong one for the right one and he even helped me with a recommendation as to where to get a new casing for my tail light for cheap. Made conversation and made it feel like not just a transaction but a personal experience. I will definitely come back if I ever need anything. Thanks again Billy and the team at this location!

Michael A. The store manager is the best. He used to work at a different location and he would help me find all the things I needed for various projects. I m glad to find him at his new store. James, a wonderful, kind, conscientious and humble Man replaced a headlight, a tail light and helped me install my dome light! I am an elderly, low-income single woman with no one to help me... Four nights ago i drove across the trestle with a Sheriff behind me all the way to Machias, Carlson Rd. with my heart in my throat!!! Now I can drive safely see where I'm going at night and not worry about getting a ticket come here and going! God bless you James!!!

So auto parts stores are pretty much the same. This one stands out in that the people here do know more than the average parts store employee. They definitely care more and are friendly and how above and beyond. I like this place so much That's why I've moved away from the area I only do business with this one and travel the extra miles.

When i went there, there were 3 employees standing at the counter talking... Not one of them greeted me and when it took me 20min to find 1 thing i needed not one of them asked if i needed help and when i checked out he didn't ask for my phone #:he continued to talk 2 his co workers while ringing me up. Never made eye contact just handed me my receipt and walked away. I know not to go back to that location. Thank god there's more stores close by.

Good place to buy auto parts. They are always helpful and I've used their code scan tool for free with no issues. I recycle my motor oil here. They'll install some items for free like batteries and wiper blades. They also will check your alternator/battery for free. I really like this place because they don't "pressure" you to buy stuff like the other parts store down the street. If they don't have the part in stock, they usually can have it in the store within a day or two. I'm sure they realize parts can be purchased online for less, so they've really upped there service. Good friendly service is important to me.

So I came in and told the guy up front that I didn t know what I was doing. Both of my USB ports weren t working and I told him the model and year of my car and he said to just search up a tutorial and I tried and I just couldn t understand. Anyways if this helps I was there Feb 8th around 10:15am. He was very unhelpful. I went to the Everett location and the lady there just put it on her computer and just got me the right part I needed.

Went to O'Reilly's this morning for a new cabin air filter. Sang, an available customer service associate, promptly asked me how I was and what I needed. He looked up the options to fit my vehicle, explained the cost and benefits of each, and then proceeded to find and bring back the filter I chose. After paying he was kind enough to install the filter and then dispose of the old filter and all packaging! I was in and out with the replaced filter in less than ten minutes. Super professional and service oriented. Thank you!

Although this place is really convenient its really hit or miss with the amount of knowledge some have about automotive. Most recent visit the associate charged me $10 a foot for bulk heater hose! Problem was fixed quickly. Friendly staff for the most part. Will continue to get my parts from them!

Fair prices for most parts. They seem to not have in stock very common parts however they are able to get the parts delivered usually within a few hours of ordering. They always call right away when the parts arrive. As for the staff, very polite and quick to help. Most of the time they have the tools you need available as rentals for a returnable deposit to save some money.

Went to get my battery checked and Blake was so nice to help me out with figuring out what I needed to do to my car in order to have it stop dying. Blake then proceeded to get a battery for me, checked me out, and then followed through to even install it for me. I was thrilled since I had NO IDEA what to do. Thank you so much Blake for everything you did! You da best!

Samantha helped me replace my headlights when my driver's side burnt out. I have a 2015 Hyundai Elantra and the fuse box was flush against my headlight capsule so we had to take off my whole light to replace the headlight bulb. She was awesome, helped me with tools, helped me find the right replacement bulbs as I decided to change both at the same time, and helped with installation. Because of Sam, I don't have to drive on the 405 home with my highbeams just to be able to see when I work nights. Thank you so much Sam!

I order parts for next day at 9am. Went there and it wasn't there; Called at noon it still haven't showed up; Recalled 3pm to ask if it was there and they tell me they called me and didn't answered when I been sitting waiting for that phone call. I'm a repetitive customer that spends thousands of dollars a year with the store and this is unacceptable. What's going on with the store lately?
