I went to the Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The gentleman that assisted me made me aware of some other things I needed. I'm so happy I was told I would have never known. I want to thank the crew for helping me keep my car maintenance current. Lastly I got all services done with a very affordable price and a short wait time.

Great experience! Showed up with no line ahead of us for an oil change around 3:15 pm today (Wednesday). The staff was super friendly and the service was fast, being done in 6 minutes and 35 seconds. Thanks again!

Driving a vehicle down to AZ that has been sitting for a month and needed an oil change. Before I even got into the bay Hayden noticed one tire was low and proceeded to check and inflate all four to the correct pressure. My oil change was done quickly and professionally. They did a check of my other systems and kept me informed throughout the process. Great crew here.

I found one of my headlights was out. The crew there replaced the bulb and I was able to get on my way. Very courteous and professional group of young men. I've never had a bad experience at this location.

Just had an oil change and spark plugs and ignition coil replaced today. It was much faster than expected. All staff were super nice! They explained clearly before and after the work done.

Showed up 10 minutes after they opened and didn't have to wait a single minute. They were quick, professional and answered all my silly questions about my car and they even honored my coupon. Oil changes are not cheap so making this experience somehwat painless was exactly what I was looking for.

These guys are awesome! My car was misfiring and had the engine light on. They replaced the spark plugs and one of the coils. They were super quick and very friendly! Thank you so much!

Mike and Henry are an amazing team. They obviously respect each other and they both treated me with kindness and respect. Even in the bitter cold they got my oil changed and all systems checked in a timely matter. Best Jiffy Lube ever!

Our car was recently brought in for a simple oil change. I don't know what was done to mess it up, but now, when driving in stop and go traffic, the temperature gauge goes to hot, and it smells like burning oil. In addition, the change oil light will not go off. It was changed a week ago. We have taken it back, and the guy working seemed to have no idea how to make the light go away. He was doing this inside the car and messing up some of my other settings. Ugg!Update:I have had nothing but problems with my car since the oil change. I just got it back from the mechanic. Apparently, during the oil change, a hose was broken, causing the car to lose power randomly. In addition, there is damage to the water pump. Now I have to decide if I need to refinance the house to repair the car or get a new one. All in all, I am done with Jiffy Lube!

I am a 75 year old woman who doesn't get out much. My husband, who used to do all the automobile maintenance, recently passed away so now I am in charge of taking care of it. I was extremely nervous about where to go and how to do this. I've driven past Jiffy Lube for years so I figured it must be a good place to go. I can't even find all the words to tell you how WONDERFUL Jason T. and Mark W. were to me and to my car. They were so thorough and kind and caring and kept me informed as to what they were doing at all times. My family and friends will hear about this loud & clear. I hope Jiffy Lube never changes. Thank you for making this not only a safe place for me to go but a place I can trust. Thank you Jason and Mark.

I really like this location, is my neighbohood jiffy lube , the guys are very professional, polite, efficient and knowledgeble. Great customer service in person and over the phone as well. Shout out to Mike, Jason, Mark and Henry!

I need to speak with the manager.The staff were nice but despite me asking for checking the oil leak and despite they told me that there is an excessive damage and I need to change my oil tank; they changed the oil without telling me that for replacement they will empty the tank and they didn t confirm with me. They simply told me we are sorry; we assumed you like all other customers want to change; they charged me $130 just for oil and they told me you can changed it with next oil change ( despite having a severe damage) and the oil is free . The other Jeffy lube told mw the oil is not free and they will charge me.I am requesting the manager to contact me .Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

We normally take our Chevy to the dealership for oil changes, but realized we were low while visiting from Spokane. My husband was in and out in 20 minutes which is great, but since when is an oil change $130!? We had a $15 off coupon which they failed to apply, and the mechanics were also overheard complaining about only receiving a $20 tip from a previous customer. Receiving ANY tip when the service charge is that high is generous!It should be noted that my husband also heard the vacuum, but there is no evidence of this actually being done.

Went there for oil change but they didn t have the filter for my car . I am disappointed. I had to look for another place . Full synthetic oil change will cost around 120.

Great staff. I was greeted promptly and sat in the lobby. As well as an oil change they cleaned window on the outside and vacuumed. Easy and quick in & out which I definitely appreciate. Didn t vacuum the interior with a full service though ($120 synthetic oil change) - is that not a thing anymore? Also, said the bolts were double threaded on my skid plate and that I d need to go to the dealer for repair. (It s a new truck, I ve only had it about 6 months). They zip-tied the skid plate back on. Left the store not feeling the greatest about the experience, but they said the double threading was probably done by the dealer, who knows. First time I d heard of it as an issue. :(

Went to this location on a Wednesday mid-day, and was behind a car that was currently being serviced. I was promptly checked in and told that there were only three workers that day and that it may be a little bit of a wait to be serviced. The wait was around 20 minutes and then they asked me to get behind the other stall since that vehicle would be done first and they wanted to make sure I was next to be serviced. The workers were efficient and thorough, clearly communicating to one another as to make sure they did not forget anything and to assist one another in servicing two vehicles at once. All of the workers were very nice and seemed competent. They forgot to apply a coupon to my bill and were very accommodating to provide a refund even when I said it was all good and that I didn t want to hold them up any longer.
