Just wanted to thank Ellis for his help and effort. I stop by to get headlights for my Mini. He also helped me to install them. The spot of headlights was tricky to find and change but he didn t give up. With constant trying he was able to replace them both. I really liked the kindness of the staff. Will definitely go back there if I ever need something.

Paul, who works at the Mill Creek AutoZone was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to assist me with an issue involving my vehicle. He took the time to ensure I was safe and my car was ok. I always receive great, helpful service from AutoZone employees. However, Paul from Mill Creek is stellar and provided outstanding service while assisting me. Thank you to Paul and the entire AutoZone team. I highly recommend AutoZone!

Don t have them do a battery test. They said it was my starter so I took it in to Ford because I m under warranty for the starter and it was my batteries. One was pretty much dead and the other one was very close. It cost me $670 west as if I would have bought the batteries there it would have been half the price. I d be suspicious of the other tests that they offer.

Very helpful with returning the old batteries and when the truck wouldn't start when we went to leave. Staff was happy, polite, kind . Would recommend and will return as needed

It should be a ZERO star not 1 !!!!!!You have the worst Manger ever [Red S]He is So rude !!!! Not professional at all !!! Refund to help and didn't let any other coworkers help me !!!!I called them before travel 34 minutes to reach them to pick up some parts and they assured they have it !! When I reach he refused to help at all and I was so quiet and polite .. also he didn't respect any other employee at all , they offered to help but he used his negative power!!! What a disappointment !!!!! You [Autozone] should teach him how to deal with customersI will write a big complaint to Autozone managementThx

I want to thank David for his great job. I was at auto zone on Friday and David K who always available and has a great customer service help me out. He changed my car windshield wiper and it s working perfectly. I know him since last year when I changed my car battery. He is very skilled, patient, and precise.

Paul B at Autozone in Mill Creek was a life saver today!!! My day started with my car wouldn t start, my insurance company sent out a professional to jump start my battery which was unsuccessful, to then a tow truck that never showed up after 8 hours of waiting, to phone call after phone call with roadside assistance with zero luck and a ton of frustration! I called my local Autozone and talked to a VERY knowledgeable and kind gentleman Paul who offered guidance, advice, and direction. He went above and beyond in trying to help me with my car and get it working. He was able to identify it was my battery, replaced it quickly, and got me back on the road in no time! I super appreciated his kindness! Autozone earned a new customer today and it was because of Paul! Thank you!

I would like to thank Paul and David who went above and beyond to help me fix a huge issue I was having with the battery and replacing it with a new one. They educated me about things to look out for when checking the battery as it was corroded and in a bad shape. They were beyond helpful and I appreciated their excellent customer service!

I would like to give a shout out to Paul B who went above and beyond to help me today. The splashguard under my front bumper was hanging. Paul helped me find the correct zip ties and then came outside the store with me and attached them! It seemed like a small job for him but meant the world to me as I am not a handy person. Thanks Paul!

Philip went the extra mile went above and beyond and helped me fixed certain things on my vehicle, Philip was attentive and very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Well not good! I went there expecting to exchange this starter I recently bought. This would be the second I got this. But of course they can't find it in my history it was there the last time I returned it. This was not cheap $300.00 so it was a total of $600.00 for one starter and yes it does have a warranty. With someone with a very small income it is a devastating.

Amanda T was awesome! Very efficient & friendly, helped me right away with new wiper blades and gave me her personal experience with one brand vs another. She also helped me install the new ones right away since I hadn't ever changed them out myself. Definitely will go back in future when I need anything!

A few weeks ago, I was preparing to drive to Vancouver and needed to change my air filter. That's when Phillip offered his top-notch customer service. When I went to the store, I was still determining what was needed and how to change it. He went above and beyond, checked my car's make and model, and found a way to change the filter for me. He asked questions but didn't push me to buy anything I didn't need.I had the most excellent customer service experience with him at AutoZone and elsewhere in a long time!

David is a phenomenal store manager. Helpful, friendly and pretty dang funny. He had my battery tested and diagnosed within minutes of pulling in. Vasyl did the replacement and is very knowledgeable with great advice, an absolute rock star. I m lucky to live so close to a great store and team!

After having visiting this store many times over the last several years I can honestly say it is worth going out of your way to shop here. They are helpful, friendly, and courteous. They ask you questions, but don't badger. Perhaps best, when you admit you've done something stupid with your car, they try to laugh with you.
