I ordered a V6 engine for a Toyota Tacoma and couldn't be happier. They were very professional along every step of the process. They verified my VIN to make sure the engine was compatible, and they were in constant communication with delivery etc. The delivery was quick and exactly when they said, without delay. The engine was not cheap, but I got a beautiful engine in like-new condition. I would definitely recommend Best Use Auto Parts for their quality, communication, and follow-through. Five Stars all the way around!

As the owner of Quik Lane Automotive in Fresno CA, I can vouch for BUAP. Good communication, good customer service. If there is a problem they will make sure it is resolved. They have a wide selection of automotive parts, engines, transmissions, turbos, differentials, etc. Used them multiple times! Highly recommended

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the engine I ordered for my Ford Ranger. It was higher mileage than what I paid for, had components of the timing chain guard in the oil pan, and was obviously not well-taken care of by its first owner (it was dirtier than my old engine with 220k miles on it!).The positive is the company did warrantee my timing chain components and were very on top of getting me the refund. Tia was very communicative with me during the process.

My mechanic is in the process of testing the engine I got from Best Use Auto Parts. Suzanne was so helpful along the way when I was ordering it until the tracking number.It's too expensive to buy a new car when my engine died, so I got a replacement engine. Thank you!!

Fast Response and shipping and good price. Excellent follow up and attention to detail finding a very hard to source component and part arrived as described and undamaged. Will definitely work with Best Use Auto Parts again.

Best Use Auto Parts was awesome. Pricing was fantastic and the shipping cost very reasonable.Frank was super helpful in locating my part and providing information I wanted (mileage, etc.) before I made the purchase. I needed fast shipping and they delivered. 1.5 business days. Veronica was great in the sanitation and shipping department keeping me informed through the process. I definitely will utilize if I need to in the future.

Somehow BUAP are able to take down bad reviews. Our church posted a negative review and it has been erased.BUAP sold the church a lemon transmission for our church van and told us basically to "go away".Bad business BUAP!

I was involved only in the paying and shipping end of the purchase. Once the transmission was ordered and approved by the end user, it shipped immediately. It was in my garage before I had time to track it.
