Very Honest hard working people who are passionate about their business they have built up. Will not buy from other shady businesses and inspects every vehicle they purchase so you know when buying from them your getting a quality vehicle for the price. If your looking for something specific, hit them up they will go above and beyond to find you the perfect vehicle for you and your family that will also be reliable.

Chris and his crew did very good work and in a timely manner. The truck was dropped off Wednesday afternoon and picked up Friday morn with six new injectors and a pressure pump.The work and the parts (Bosch) are top shelf quality and really appreciated. Chris gave a good explanation of the problem and the solution.SDNW has my diesel work from here on out!

Chris runs a professional shop that has always done professional work with clearly quoted prices,expectations, and goals(i.e. a proper quote and time frame). He goes the extra mile and communicates if there are any issues. I have complete confidence recommending SDNW to my customers and friends for their diesel truck service needs. My only regret is that I sold the truck he fixed and I miss it daily.

I am a repeat customer. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I don't usually take my vehicles in, but Chris is very responsive, informative and did a great job for a great price. He gave me great feedback about what maintenance I could be doing, what I should think about for later and what I didn't need to do.

Had a very pleasant experience with SDNW. I brought my dodge pickup in for some much needed repairs. The owner Chris pointed out some mechanical problems that I wasn t aware of. Him and his team fixed everything so my vehicle was safe and reliable for me and my family. I would highly recommend SDNW to anyone needing diesel repairs or performance upgrades.

SDNW is by far the best diesel shop in NWEST. They are honest and knowledgeable and would back up anything they do. Just a bunch of diesel loving guys that like to work on trucks and race cars! The are definitely a five star one stop shop.

Chris is an absolute expert and professional. He repaired my 2004 F350, 6.0 when the high pressure oil pump failed. Before we started he was very transparent with me laying out all of the potential issues he might find along the way and prepared me for the potential costs associated. I've had it back for over a year now and its never ran better! Thank you Chris!!!

Horrible customer service. Sold me a brand new motor that blew up inrun 10 months and it's not coming good on their warranty. $11,000 down the drain. This is the truck that I run my business with. It has been down since June. And I'm still making $600 a month payments.. so basically I've been screwed out of almost $20,000 as of right now I would not recommend them to anybody

I took my Dodge 3500 into Specialized Diesel NW after stopping by a few days before to get an idea of what was going on with some irregularities in my transmission. Both occasions I spoke with Chris, told him what the truck was doing and then left it with him today so he could scan for codes and test drive it at his convenience. He called roughly 3 hrs later and told me that the trany fluid was burnt and dirty and I needed a new transmission for $4250. He didn't find any codes or find the problem that I had described to him. I went to pick the truck up about 30 minutes later and he printed out a bill for $108.70 for me. First off I wasn't told about a charge at anytime for getting the truck checked out. That is my whole complaint with Specialized Diesel NW. If your going to charge somebody a fee for something tell them first and if you THINK you told me then I guess you should have an agreement signed to prove it. None of the other shops I took my truck to charged me a fee to get an idea of what my problem was with the truck. They both came up with the same diagnosis which was a torque converter. Eventually the owner refunded the my money, thank you.

They were busy so I dropped my truck off. They documented all work so I know exactly what they were thinking and the process, the price was more than fair and unlike the other shop I took my truck to they found the issue, and fixed it the first time. Another shop changed the wrong part then told my wife it was probably something really wrong. They were setting her up to be a $5000 job.
