MAJOR hassle to even get services started with WM. Their website is buggy and an endless loop when trying to setup services, their phone support is the exact same endless loop.Finally managed to get services setup (Apparently you need to email them) but have still not received my trash bins. They said they dropped off and "Serviced" my trash bins, but I don't have them. I'm definitely looking forward to the hours I will be spending on their website and/or phone endless loops to get ahold of somebody to figure out where my cans are.For the alleged "service" they did to my non existent cans they provided a photo of my neighbors overflowing cans and with a message saying "images will be audited and fines assessed per your service contract". Funny thing is I never signed a service contract and I can't find this supposed "service contract" or a detail of their fines ANYWHERE on their website.

Just read some other bad reviews & learned they are many frustrated customers like us when stop the services. Owner or management guys, stop response with useless or pretty words but doing nothing.***********************************We have called to stop the service last Dec & found they keep on charging us. We found it on Late Jan & called. A gentlemen answered the phone go check the truck driver s note shown we have nothing for them to collect, so he said will reverse the Jan payment from our credit card. Nothing happened & saw another charge shown on Feb. I tried to called & were hold in waiting, but can t reach anyone & was hung up for many times. So I decide to call my credit card to dispute the Jan payment.Do you think it s done now? Noop! They sent us a notice of couple hundred dollar bill though our monthly service only cost $24 something. I called again was told that s a bin withdraw cost. I told them we don t have a bin from them, we just have a traditional household cylinder bin. They checked & agreed that s a mistake & want us to ignore it. Also i told them we are still being charged for Jan & Feb service cost. She said they will send us a check fro Feb cost since Jan cost was reversed through credit card dispute.No check. Called credit card on Feb to dispute & deleted all the payment methods in account.It should be good now since I deleted the credit card info. But NO . I noticed they charged the service on credit card for Mar AGAIN!!!! Unbelievable That means my credit card info is still saved in their system that I can not delete! This is steeling! Luckily when I again called the credit card to dispute, the agent helped to block this merchant from charging on the card for certain period of time. I will still have to keep an eye on my card statement in case there s something wrong.All I can say is, we see WM trucks on the road all the time & kind of believe they are a big company should have pretty organized system . We are all WRONG!

While their pick up service is solid and pretty steady, the inability to speak with a live person on the phone and the lack of a phone number on the website makes it near impossible to get a desired result. Virtual assistant is great if your 20 years young. Most seniors prefer a phone to a computer. An hour through the virtual experience is enough to burn my own trash.

Commercial dumpster services were atrocious. Dumpsters never showed up, wrong container taken when they did. Billing incorrect, due to their lack of drivers, we were double charged. Couldn t reach anywho who could fix it. Residential service, requested suspended due to not occupying the home, continued to receive bills, more than 8 months and 15 or more phone calls, issue never resolved. When services renewed, couldn t get a can, still billed for no service. Broken can excuse given , still billed. Smaller can brought, still billed for larger can. Still battling but no time to sit in hold during working hours.

Pick ups are very good. However, our yard waste bin was taken but WM did not email to let us know. I looked for phone to call. Web site, billing did not have phone number. Old number did not work. My husband found a number on garbage can and called. They told us can was damaged and they were replacing. I think WM should have emailed us

Unfortunately if you want mass, commercial waste collection you're probably stuck with WM.In fairness, as long as you get everything setup and running, it's mostly fine. Over 5 years I had a few missed pickups that were never explained, and a couple of announced missed pickups that didn't get makeup days or credit customers accounts.Just know going in that customer services may as well not exist (actually may not exist). In the only instance I had to call them regarding service, they were unwilling to credit or refund me for services they were not providing but charging me for. They admitted fault, and said they would credit my account, but never did.That was frustrating, but the borderline criminal activity didn't popup until I had to terminate my service. I was unable to terminate online and had to call. I called 4 numbers dozens of times. 1 of the numbers (the one listed on my invoice) wasn't even an active number. 1 of the numbers was for a different state (I knew it was but thought I'd give it a shot), and they were unable to help me. The other 2 numbers lead to hours of being on hold and a lot of requested callbacks that never happened. I eventually sent a certified letter and never heard back from that.I haven't received any new invoices and haven't received any communication from creditors, so I assume they've cancelled my service, but I genuinely do not know.If you're willing to look at a smaller local collection service, it honestly might be worth it.

We get charged for our neighbor's contaminated recycling. We also had our lid off an extra trash container we use occasionally taken by WM, and they never made it right by replacing it.Even using cameras to photograph people's waste is intrusive and a violation of privacy. There are other ways to teach people about what belongs where.

My recycle bin lid is open 2 inches and they charge me $5 for overfilled bin although nothing could have come out. A week later when the recycle pick-up is done i have one beer can and 3 pieces of paper on the ground around the bin. Who do i contact at WM to get my $5 from ypu?

Waste Management is a great company! The new trucks leave little behind and don't make a mess on the street. They ARE worth what they charge.

I would do zero star if I could. This company is one of the worst with customer service. So many instances to share, but suffice to say, I'm very nearly to a point of cancelling service altogether. Have already stopped recycle service. Way less frustration to haul my own garbage to the dump a few times a month than to deal with WM.

It would be nice if recycling was every week instead of every other week. We are always full in 1 week and that is the largest bin. But the yard waste comes every week and we can hardly fill it weekly. Seems kind of backwards.

We have been trying to pause our service until we return in May.Your recorded voice and computer options aren't working and we can't get through to a representative.You billed us full bill for November and we haven't been there since mid October.Is there a way we can talk w an actual person?

More than three weeks after requesting a new trash bin after the first one was removed by WM I am still waiting. How difficult is it to provide a container to a customer who is being charged for WM s collection services?

Last week 11/20 they didn't pick up our garbage apparently because someone or an animal knocked the garbage can over and it couldn't be picked up automatically so the driver needed to get out of the truck and put it upright - address 8304 Wayne Ave, Stanwood, WA. The lid hadn't come off when my husband wentto get it and found it full. Maybe it is a requirement that drivers don't get out of the truck.

I used to enjoy talking with our drivers and getting to know them on a first name basis. One driver even put the bins back up by our house when I was injured. But I guess drivers are relocated at times and or move on. We really miss a driver named Jeff.

I used to be able to call WM locally, now you have to sit on hold for an hour or wait a day for a call back. They tell you to go to the website, but you can't get much done there even though it says you can,

WM team has been very helpful & kind, except for the item of importance. My account was paid in full, & I expressed, I needed the dumpsters ASAP, only to return from my 2 week absence, & garbage units, still have not arrived.

Most of the time the service is excellent. But if weather prevents trash pickup, they appear to have no spare capacity to pickup later in the week, and we wait for the next weekly or biweekly pickup.

Customer service is not important to waste management. In my experience if you have another option I would choose that provider over waste management.

Multiple times garbage has been left on the street address fill out from garbage being dumped into the track. Last week my garbage was not picked up due to icy conditions when there was no ice on the road I understand safety and see if he should be first but this is a little ridiculous. My recycling also was not taken two weeks ago, due to a recyclable bag full of paper being next to it so the driver decided not to take any of my Recycling. My neighbors have also had issues

Was pretty upset when they could not make it because of the weather and all They could do say ad double next week. I am disabled and have to put my containers in my truck to get them to the street. So they have sat out there for 2 weeks.

Love WM. Our drivers are always so nice and drive respectfully. Office is always easy to deal with, only had to call once when payment was rejected, and it was because we had so much credit. Called for large bins (construction clean up) and schedule pick up. Super easy. Website is easy to navigate as well.We have an extra long driveway and our drivers have carried our bins down and they always set to the side.Overall, very pleased.Services: House & garage cleanouts, Yard debris removal, Construction debris removal, Dumpster rental, Trash removal & disposal

Waste Management does what they say on schedule - they do quality work and are VERY easy to work with. They take great care putting carts down away from traffic on road - never had a problem with a cart being damaged.Service: Trash removal & disposalService: Trash removal & disposal

The garbage men work so hard and 99 percent of the time do a great job which is fantastic. Customer service is easy to get in contact with and has always happy to answer any questions that arises.
