I have used Windshield etc twice now and they are great to work with. Super kind and helpful. They explain the process when using insurance and worked with the car dealership.

I highly recommend Mike and Windshields Etc. to repair or replace your windshield. He was very accommodating - came to my place of business - quick, personable, professional, efficient, and it looks great! Two very polite technicians came to our home and did an excellent job replacing our windshield. This is the second time we have used this company .The first time we had a rock chip repaired. My husband and I will recommend this company to all our friends and family. My experience with this family-owned company was so delightfully positive I had to leave a review. Needed a chip repaired in my windshield, they were willing to come to my office quickly and fix it there. Several of my coworkers noticed the employee working in the parking garage and asked if they would be willing to fix their windshields as well! She was so great and ended up getting several last minute repairs done flawlessly! The whole staff made it such an easy and lovely experience, can t recommend them enough! 48 hours before I scheduled to leave for vacation, my car fell victim to a smash and grab. I needed new glass, fast. I called around to a number of shops before getting in touch with Windshields Etc, who had come recommended by both my dealership and my auto repair shop. They calmed me down, got me on the schedule in a rush and had my new windows installed in time for my trip. Professional, personable service all the way around. I work in the automotive industry and Windshields Etc's service was some of the best I've seen. I've brought two cars to Mike's shop and both times he got them done well ahead of the promised time and is priced incredibly well. Communication was excellent through both repairs. If you need auto glass work done, these are the guys to go to

I was referred to Windshields by Carter Subaru in Ballard and from the minute I called them, Nicole was amazing and was extremely customer service oriented, professional and kind. I needed a same day windshield repair and between Nicole and the owner who drove back down to Seattle to do the install, they made it happen the day before Christmas Eve! Customer service this good hardly exists anymore, but it is alive and well at Windshields, Etc.. I recommend them 1000%!Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

I was in a pinch to get my rear window replaced over the weekend. Mike and his son (also Mike) are shining examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond for a client. Mike Sr. was able to find a window nearby and within an hour or so Mike Jr. was on his way to pick it up. I met him at their shop and he had me road ready in about an hour and a half. It s hard to find great auto glass care these days, the replacement price was more than fair and you will not be disappointed coming here.If I could give 6 stars I would-thanks guys!Service: Auto rear window replacement

I had a loaner from CARTER VW, had a huge rock crash into the windshield. The windshield had to be a factory, VW, windshield to replace the factory original. They got it in a day and installed it the same day, no clean up for me in the inside of the car, and the tech took the car to a car wash to finalize the install. How can you go wrong with that? Service technician came out Same day that I called. I think he came out after hours. I called on Friday, They had my windshield ordered and replaced by Monday. Could not have gone smoother, I was extremely satisfied.
