Went in for an oil change on a 2010 Mercury Mariner. The staff were nice, friendly, and very welcoming. They immediately greeted me upon walking up. I had a few questions, and they were very patient in listening to them, and then they answered all my questions in a certious manner, giving me all the information they could. After that, there was no wait, so they had me pull up to a bay door and got me checked in. I handed them the keys, and the tech came out right away and put the protective plastic coverings on my floorboard, seat, and steering wheel. He then got in and pulled my vehicle into the bay and immediately started the oil change. During the oil change, another tech checked other fluids on my vehicle and topped off any that were low(windshield wiper fluid was low on my vehicle). He then used their industrial shop vac and vacuumed my whole vehicle. The whole process took about 35 minutes. When they were done, they drove my vehicle out of the bay right away and parked it in a close, convenient parking spot. Then they paged me over the Walmart intercom in case I had decided to go into the store and shop to let me know my vehicle was done and ready to go(I stayed at the auto center and waited.). I went to the register, and someone was already there waiting for me. I paid and was out the door. The price was great! I only paid $70! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family! And I will for sure be a returning customer!

Kurt was very helpful in tire replacement. Fast and has some enthusiasm. He is an asset to the company. Very good experience will be coming back for future parts and will recommend.

Bad. Bad bad! Not only did I leave work early to my first appt and they had canceled that appt and moved to next day with out telling me but then next day I rushed there on bad traffic to get there at 5pm, I sat until after 8pm when they finally pulled my car into the bay. Noone that has an appointment should have to wait for 4 hours after spending alot of money tires. Worst customer service was ignored the whole time.

Bad service! I ll never come back to this location again. Those people don't want to work at all! They have no customers and no cars waiting in line for oil change, and I was only one. They made me wait 1 hour 40 min with no reason. They just wasted my time and waited for the end of the day to make as less job as possible can. Super extremely slow and lazy! So upset! Worst experience!

They were so helpful. They went above and beyond to help me get my flat tire replaced. I would recommend them and no doubt will return if future needs for tires are needed!

Was told there was a 30min wait when I dropped off my car. That turned into 2hr and 45mins!!! I really wish they would have been honest with the wait time, because I had afternoon plans I had to cancel

Got new tires and my light was on when I picked up my car that said my tires were low on air I told the mechanic and he said my light would go off when I drive it got home checked the air in my new tires and they were very low I paid to have it done right and had to do my self not happy

Yes there's a long wait but they have cheaper tires that still come with better warranties than Marysville tire, good year and Midas. Midas told me that they have to order tires because they don't keep them in the store. What?!?! These guys here actually do a good job and you'll get good service if you talk to them like people and not just "the help". But that's true anywhere you go.

At least they re cheap tires, thankful they had trailer tires in stock but WE HAD TO PUT IT ON OURSELVES. because they didn t have the right jack for trailers said they didn t want to touch it. But it wouldn t have surprised us so much if we d not had 3 other shops in the lifetime of owning this trailer be able to quickly change our trailer tires, never in my life have I had to change my own tire after buying a new one.

Waited 4 hours to get our tires changed gave a higher price then what were told. Customer service and management are just as awful. Love the store but they need better customer service and management!Service: TiresService: Tires

The men that were working at 10am this morning were angels. They literally saved my life. I had my tire slashed at the tulalip casino and even tho they couldn t fix my tire and they didn t have my tires these guys changed my spare for free and gave me some really sound advice. These men were so kind to me and will never forget their act of kindness.

I have never come across more incompetent people in a service position in my life. It was time to replace the tires I purchased at Walmart 4 years ago, I went and picked out my tires and the man at the service desk told me where to park and said it would be quick as they were not too busy. I parked outside the tire shop and and the attendant (Mr. Useless #1) came out to look at my 1996 Mitsubishi. He looked under it and said he couldn't see any spots to lift it up with the hoist (???????) He then had the other attendant (Mr. Useless #2) take a look...same thing. I mentioned that 4 years ago they could do it....nope. I then pointed to the manual floor jack and asked what about doing it with that..."No, that would add an hour to the tire change". I am a high school shop teacher, I use floor jacks all the time, it takes about 1 minute per wheel to use. hmmm 1 minute times 4 wheels equals?????? 60 min????? Just pathetic!!!!Service: Tires

Their website doesn t list their new hours closing at 4 so when I got there around 2:30 they couldn t do my oil change. I asked if she, Jen H., could at least check my oil. She did and helped me get the correct oil and added the quart for me. She was amazing and I truly appreciated her assistance! I live closer to Everett but would drive up to Marysville because of her!

Negative:I went there for simple service (oil change and filter replacement). They made a crucial mistake and forgot to properly screw the front cover under the car (that protects the oil tank from road bumps). It got broken just after driving for 2 miles.Positive:They took ownership of their mistake and reimburse the cost of replacing the cover and also refund the price for oil change.I hope they will learn and don't make such crucial mistakes again.

Ok service depending on whose working shorter heavy guy is cool but tires are balanced incorrectly can hear it the faster I go had to take else where and spend more smh

Called in before coming in my car had gotten a screw in the tire, they said they had one left of my tire size. I got there around 7ish and they were amazing. Where going somewhere like good year or les swabs would of cost me more walmart was decently priced and knowledgeable. The guy who checked my car in took his time to talk to me and answer all the questions I had. I was so glad at that point because it was pretty late in the evening that they were open and had my tire. Once they had my car it was a quick and easy process and before I knew it I was back driving again. I would fully recommend this place in a heart beat I just wish all walmarts had a tire center and hours like this (they close at 8pm) because alot of people who work aren't off till 5 or later and by the time they get any sort of time to get stuff like this done its usually later.

Super disappointed with this place. They were under staffed big time. Took them 5 hours just to put a single rubber onto my rim and because it took them so long I told them id go ahead and put the tire back onto my car myself later, and left with a doughnut still on my vehicle, because they were passed closing time. 1 piece of rubber put onto my rims was nearly 100 bucks and it took 5 hours. Ya, I don't recommend this place nor will I ever use them again.

Friendly and pretty fast. Took 2 trips there to get oil change done as short staffed. Charged extra as out of bulk oil and bought oil from store. That is wrong.

Walmart was pretty knowledgeable about my tire , and they replaced one tire . But they did lose my order for a few minutes and didn t know where my tire was that s why they got 4 out of 5

This guys like to spend their time chatting around instead of working on your car. Been here for 2.5 hours an no waiting room due to COVID waiting for them to replace 4 tires and still not done. Could definitely take some improvements

Bought a battery for my car and they took out the old one and put in the new one. They also checked my tire pressure. I just had to pay for the battery. Excellent customer service.

Had 2 tire installed less than 2k miles ago while i waited for 2 for the front (they didn't have in stock) somehow they were discontinued ???? So i finally get 2 for the front, and they dont match, and get this, now they wont put them on, because i didnt buy them all on the same day. I know they have rules about not doing only 2 on a 4x4, but if that was the case, then why did they put the 2 on the back???!!! A lot of people come to me for automotive advice, and you can bet I will be sure to share my experience with them, and obviously I will NEVER use their tire services again!

I ve always gone to this tire center but, my tire needed to be fixed and I tried calling a 15 minutes before heading to the tire center and on the way there I continued to call with not a single answer.I arrived at 6:30 to be turned down, the one tech was nice and tried explaining that it would take awhile and I d have to wait but they just wouldn t have time because they close at 8.Then next, a guy comes out once again after I ve already started to get stressed and emotional about my tire and having to go pick up my son and continues to say they close at 8 ect but he has was so rude about the whole situation.

Went in first thing in the morning to get my tire patched after running over a piece of sharp metal. He looked confused as to how the metal managed to get lodged in the tire due to its shape. But he did take it out and have it completly patched and leak free within 15 minutes. I believe his name was Travis.
