Victor is great. Straight shooter easy to work with, honest and does amazing work on both auto body and mechanical issues. He made my Mercedes look brand new again after being rear-ended. Great people!

My car looks good, but they never bothered to keep me updated along the way or even tell me how long the repairs would take. They called me two hours before they were going to close for the day to tell me my car is ready. It was a Friday and I was about to leave for a trip the next morning. I was informed that I would be charged a storage fee everyday I did not pick up my car after three days. I assumed it would not be done for at least a week because that is what I was told when I called a few days prior, although the woman did not really know how far along the repairs were. The work seems good so far, but the lack of communication was extremely frustrating.

I dropped a vehicle off for an estimate the person who helped me at the desk spoke limited English he told me the owner Victor would be in the next day to perform the estimate. I wrote down my information and left my keys. The next day I called and Victor told me that he did not have my car. Then he said that he hadn t been to the shop and would be in an a few days. I was patient and understanding with the situation. In 4 days I received a text that I was going to be charged a daily storage fee. I called immediately he told me that I needed to pick up the car immediately and threatened me with the storage fee. He kept calling my number multiple times taunting me as I rushed to get my vehicle. When I arrived he refused to give me the keys and told me that the tow truck was already called. Apparently when the person that took my information put it into the computer he entered my email address incorrectly so when I didn t answer the email he immediately started charging me storage fees. My car had been there a total of 6 days. Anyways it took calling the police to get my car keys. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Please do not go there they are not honest no customer service he never asked me if I was willing to move forward with the repairs. It traumatized me and made me lost trust in anyone in the automotive repair business.

Asked for a quote. Quote was $52k to fix my car. I told them it should be totalled and not to do anything. They ordered parts then held car hostage until they were paid. Buyer beware. Avoid this place like the flu! Very shaddy. I should have know better when I was told I would have to follow up with them and they would not be following up with me . I had to pay $4500 just to get my car to a reputable shop. #buyerbeware #shaddy #charlatan #scammers #predatoryThe good news is I have a great rating. Claiming a consumer is scamming does not make it so. Check out all there responses to people that called them a bad business. Very shaddy. My car is now being fixed.

I recently had Victor and his guys do a full paint job on my truck. These guys did exactly what I was asking and let me tell you this thing had many areas that were damaged. It turned out excellent!! The cost at the end was exactly what was promised and they finished a week early! I wish this company the best and hope to do work with them again!

Do not take your car HERE AT ALL!!! they are not professional at all . When I came back to get my car it was leaking oil and they left the rear bumper off for days while it s raining and ruined my whole stereo for the car. Save your money and find someone else

Very great people and staff. Had an Escalade in an accident the vehicle was totaled but they made it run like new. Replaced the frame and cut out and welded in a new quarter panel along with painting and door replacement, all within a week. Very professional and communicative. Prices were very clear and every dollar accounted for in the invoice.After being back a couple times they even offered some some services at no cost.Very thankful to have this shop.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Vehicle Inspection, Welding, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

VC Collision & Repair is a great company! From the front office to people working in the back. I recieved an amazing service. I was able to bring my car in for an estimate and had availability to bring my car in the next day. VC Collision and repair returned my car to me in great shape, in a timely manner. I had drove my car to this company for a diagnostic on what was wrong with my car. They told me it'll be $125.00. I said ok. They said the engine is too bad and they can't tell me what's wrong. They also did not advice me that they don't do mechanical work on cars , AFTER I had already paid the $125.00I woul not of even brought my car their let alone had them lift it up if I had known they don't do mechanical work. They told me I can't start my car on their property as it was leaking transmission fluid (it did not leak when I drove it) so I needed to get it towed. This all happened about 4pm. I couldn't get a tow till the next day about 4pm. VC called me that morning said I ow them 85$ for leaving my car over night and they will tow it off their property at noon if I don't tow it before then. They did not advise me of an over night fee. They did not advise me they don't do mechanical work they also did not advise me their limit of knowledge for a diagnostic. Rate this company-0. Will never return nor refer anyone there. I will warn ppl about this terrible, money hungry, taking advantage of women company. They also left oil hand prints ALLLLL over my car. Thanks for nothingYour comment is incorrect. My car DID NOT over heat and I DO NOT need a new transmission. Your shop DID NOT give a diagnostic. Your shop said they couldn't give a full diagnostic due to lack of knowledge. Your shops lack of knowledge, will cost some one thousands of dollars that is not necessary. Terrible.

I've had some rough experiences trying to contact body shops in the past, but this place was great. I called two other places first who didn't even pick up the phone. This place did, and they were 5 minutes from my house and offered walk-in estimates. I came in and was immediately greeted and taken care of. The young woman who helped me was very quick, professional, courteous. The entire process of taking photos, preparing two estimates and paying took maybe 5-10 minutes tops. I was given an eta on parts arrival and how long the labor and had all of my other questions answered. I was able to pay for the parts upfront and made aware of a rewards program they offer. They are conveniently located off of the highway and next to a gas station so easy to navigate to. A+ service and clear pricing

The work was very nicely done! Victor and his team did a really good job. They were very easy to work with and the work was professional and on time. I had rear work done on my Toyota Sienna. We brought the body of our race car to this shop and they did a fantastic job of painting it. Beautiful smooth finish and great color that turned out just as we wanted. They even helped us load all the pieces of the body into our truck when we picked it up. Great friendly place! Quality work for a reasonable price that beat other bids we had received. We will be using them again in the future!

Excellent service. Went there for an estimate after a fender bender and got a great and quick estimate. Victor was very professional and seemed honest. So I decided to use them for the job and I'm so glad I did. The whole process was quite hassle free. My car was fixed faster than expected and looks as perfect as new. VC for a job well done

Went in to replace a taillight on my 04 Hyundai. Old design made it difficult to reach the wiring. Victor had it done in minutes! He tested other lights and showed me where another was failing. Got that fixed right then. I made an appointment because I was short on time. Victor was ready for me as I arrived and the job(s) done well within my appt. Time. He charged me less than he quoted! I'm so glad I tried this shop. You won't be disappointed.

VC Collision did an amazing job restoring the front end of my BMW after a collision. I brought the car to them and they figured everything out with the insurance hassle-free. I bring BMW M3 to this shop to get paint work done and Viktor did a great job. The paint matched perfectly and can't even tell the difference in comparison to the original. VC Quality Service was extremely honest, professional and very a nice guy to deal with. His price was very reasonable, that I drove all the way from Brier to get the car fix and painted This shop does quality work and I will definitely come back if I ever need anything done in the future. Highly recommend:)

I had my car worked on here recently. The staff gave me a quick estimate. Couple days later I dropped off the car they finished it really quick for me ive had a lot of problems in the past with shops were. I had to wait for several weeks for my car to be done. Here the got it done within a week witch was really quick. The quality of the work is really good I was satisfied with what I saw would definitely come here again with my auto body needs in the future.

I brought in my BMW 330i. To get my front and sprayed, Victor did an amazing job on the paint job!! I am very well impressed! And would recommend anyone who needs a paint job to come here! They do very good work!!

Took in my Scion FR-S, had quarter panel, fender, and door replaced as well as bonding the bumpers. Whole side was repainted. The fender is slightly higher than the other side, but other than that, everything looks pretty good. The paint matches pretty good as well, just hope it lasts long. Only downside is that it was a bit pricey to fix up, but still cheaper than a lot of other places, so thats good. I would recommend.

Me and my wife took our Ford Mustang to this shop last month and we experienced the best customer service as well as exceptional quality of work. The owner made whole thing for us easy to understand and transparent with pricing and timeline. we recommend this place to all our friends and family.

I got front ended and took my car in to get a new bumper. He was so helpful, he quoted me on the spot for the damage and handled all the information with the insurance company, as well as getting me a rental car. There was an issue about the insurance covering the rental car but he dealt with all the calling back and forth. He seriously did all the stressful work for me. I feel so grateful to not have to call back the insurance company over and over again myself.I would definitely go here again for future auto body work, and I would recommend it to everyone. Completely stress free experience!

My experience with VC Collision Repair/owner Victor was unprofessional. I wrote him a detailed email of the repairs I was requesting then we agreed upon a rate. This is after getting the vehicle there from my home which is 3+ hours away. He seems to have selective hearing. I spoke with owner/victor that i work during his bussiness hours and would have to take days off to come down. He then scheduled me on labor day, which he said he would be open and never showed up. so i had to drop my vehicle off and all the parts for the repairs. Then the next day drive back down to Marysville to explain what was needed. A rest of my time!!!! Then rate ended up being 3 times the intial quote. The quality of the work ended up being mediocre but beyond the budget we had spoke about. I just caution anyone to make sure the quotes are fair and honest.P.s karma is real.
