Dustin is a good customer sales rep and so chill. Didn t gave us a hard time, it was a smooth process starting from the inquiry, picking the trailer we like and picking up the trailer to bring it home. We are a satisfied customer, Highly recommended!!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Brandon who was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was patient with us while we were discussing our purchase. He was quick and efficient with the paperwork as well as being very thorough. He and his staff were all great! I would stay away from any of the patriots they are poorly made and they fall apart. Mine is 2 years old and this is the 3rd problem iv had with my roof. And they don t cover any of it since they said it was over loaded. How do you over load a 10k trailer with plywood floor You could punch through the floor before you over loaded it. I could stay away. Go to Olympic trailer instead

Stopped by to look at trailers one day and was told I needed an appointment. Looked a bit on my own and made an appt. for the next day.I knew exactly what I wanted so it was quick. When it was time to pay, I found out they do not accept personal checks! I had to use my Visa and pay an extra 2.5%. I have purchased several vehicles in the last 10 years, 3 cars, 1 truck and 2 trailers and have always paid with a personal check, a couple times over $60k. If I had given them a personal check I would have had to wait 10 days for it clear before taking the trailer.They delivered the trailer dirty. When I got it home, I washed it. I thought the roof was a matte finish but it was shiny after washing it twice. I also looked closer (my fault for being used to other dealers) at the invoice and saw a labor charge of $85. That was for checking the tires, lug nuts and lights, basic stuff that pretty much has to be done for liability. A shop fee of $7 was charged for tools used. They also charged for a "Coupler Latch Pin", a little thing that prevents the trailer from unlatching and coming loose. Last item of interest was the documentary service processing fee of $150, of course, the state maximum but a dealer up north charges $85.All in all, I feel the enticing low purchase price was later increased by things most dealers would do simply as part of the delivery. The trailer itself seems to be of decent quality so hopefully there will be no warranty issues to force me back to this dealership. I will likely be upgrading in a couple years and will be going back to the dealer in Lynden WA where I purchased two other trailers. A couple hundred bucks more, but I would rather deal with a company I respect. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

I think they should do a better job of giving you the whole price upfront of what you ll pay out the door. Other than that it was great service. Some minor things with the trailer but nothing I cant handle

TrailersPlus is great! I walked in late morning and they were able to fit me into their schedule and get me the trailer I wanted by closing time that day! I highly recommend TrailersPlus for someone who is looking to buy a quality trailer!

Jacob has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very thorough in explaining every step of the process for my financing as well as walking thru the trailer parts and warranty and how to use the locks we purchased. If we had the bee to purchase a trailer at any point on the future, I would definitely request to work with Jacob Neely!

Jacob was AWESOME. THe minute I got out of my truck with my daughter he was friendly and so willing to answer all of my stupid questions. This is my first trailer. My first truck and I m planning on driving from WA to TN in 2025. He went through all the safety information and gave me some tips on how to drive while towing a trailer. He never made me feel stupid and was so knowledgeable.The manager was also awesome. Included a spare tire with the sale for the future cross county trip just because. Thank you. I will totally recommend you to everyone that I brag to about my new trailer. I ve already named her Night Moves !!!

The team at TrailersPlus Marysville really took care of us! We needed our trailers quickly and they worked hard to get everything ready for us to walk away within two days. Everything went very smoothly. Jacob knows the products really well and presents the different extras that might be needed (spare tire, lock, chocks, etc) without pushing it on the customer. It was worth the 30 minute drive.

the purchasing process was painful. A company check had to be put on hold so we accommodated and got a cashiers check so we could pick the trailer up at the same time, but they still wanted to put a hold on the check. Finally got it resolved the PDI process was painless Jacob took his time and did a great job walking through all the features on the trailer. He torqued down the lug nuts that were all loose which made me happy to actually watch them check what they said they would do.

Buyers beware! We bought a trailer, and the axle was defective and broke after just 6 uses. We did not load it to the maximun ability of the trailer and so they agreed that it was a defect, however, Trailers Plus is charging us 2500 to ship it to the manufacturer to repair it, which is a quarter of the value and unreasonable. Know that if you buy a trailer, while the repair may be under warranty, they will still find a way to charge you an astronomical amount. Not what I would expect from a brand new trailer and a large company. We are highly disappointed.

Went down from Bellingham on Saturday t look at utility trailers, looked around for 20mins expecting someone would come out. Since no one approached us, we went towards the office only to find it locked at noon on Saturday, the door says open Saturdays 9:30-5:30. We called the number to be told they would be back from lunch in an hour, and to come back. We had lunch and came back, someone was there but no one attempted to help, when we again tried to get someone to help they said they were booked all day. Only one customer was there besides us. Lost a sale there, don t recommend wasting money on a discount trailer if you even can!

Dishonest, and fraudulent dealer. My sales person Dustin and I agreed to a price and when the charge was finalized on my card it was higher. They take your card and swipe it for you and just show you the screen where you sign. When I asked Dustin about the different amount he said it was the 2.5 percent card fee, which we agreed would be included in the sale. Very unprofessional. Dustin sold his integrity for only 150 bucks. If you bought a trailer from them before I would recheck to make sure they didn't switch the price on you like they did to me.

Horrible place to buy a trailer, paid the dollar for a reserved trailer with a appointment the next day. I called them that morning to confirm my appointment and they said yes be here as scheduled at 11:15I had to drive from Wenatchee to Marysville to make the purchase as agreed and after over an hour's drive I get a text my appointment is canceled, seriously after an hour on the road I had to go back. I called and got the run around that the internet was down and there was nothing they could do, top it off she was rude!Wouldn't they be able to do the paperwork and enter the transaction later ?Can't even imagine what it would be like if you needed warranty work done.What a joke of a company

The entire process, which in a way I was dreading, was a cake walk! I thought I knew what trailer I wanted by pouring over the website for hours, but when I got to the lot, I ended up changing my mind and saved a few hundred bucks! The pick up went smooth and now it s at home and now is when the stress begins how to outfit it for work?! Trailers Plus made it all stress free!

Above and beyond service. Stopped in twice to look at trailers, as a total trailer newbie. The first time I got a full education on what I needed to know and what I should be looking for. A couple weeks later, I had a better idea what I wanted, but they had so many there that fit my criteria! They very patiently showed me every single one that I could consider, and helped me get the very best one. They truly cared about me getting the right one. Bought it days before I left town for my 6-month trip on the road- and they set me up with the right hitch drop to keep it level and showed me how to connect everything and check everything myself before taking off. Oh and went beyond their scope of service to get my wiring and pigtail figured out and grounded properly. They again went the extra mile to get my license plate to me while I was already on my trip in another state. I love my trailer so much, and the entire experience I had buying it from them was fabulous. Cannot recommend them enough.

Wanted a trailer for side jobs and stuff and I decided to go and get one today. 5x10 high side trailer pulled great from Marysville to up near the Canadian border behind my '98 4.0L 5 speed manual ranger. Can't wait to put it to work

Pretty good sales and service. Back home, when someone says "pretty good" that means "great." Ask a lot of questions and make good decisions. Don't undersize if you can afford something a little bigger. You will appreciate your decision down the road. Thanks Again, Trailerplus, its getting harder to find both good sales and service thats consistent. Keep up the good work.

Ken greeted me and my wife and proved to be an outstanding sales representative. He was happy to discuss our needs and upon inspection was thorough as he made sure the trailer passed, as well as explaining all we need to know to operate. Other retailers need to take notes and copy Trailers Plus business model when it comes to selling,service and how they check the customer out at delivery time. My daughter loves her new utility enclosed 6x12 Interstate with drop down ramp. Great job Marysville crew!
