First time at Randy s and just going in to get some leaf springs installed. They had issues with the truck but Rob was really good with the updates on what they were doing. I was a little worried but rest assured that they would dialed it in so it will be near perfect. They had the truck longer than expected but when I pick it up it look amazing! These guys are masters of there craft. I do get a little vibration at low low mph but it s manageable. Will definitely come back in the future!

I ve been chasing steering wander on my Jeep for years trying to get it to drive straight. Which was a challenge given the size of lift installed. I got it aligned by Randy s last year after replacing some components and it drove better than it had, but not as good as I hoped. Randy s informed me that I would need a different style control arm to properly adjust caster. Early this year I bought and installed the proper control arms, and took it back to Randy s. A few short hours later I picked up my Jeep and was able to drive 60 mph + with zero wander and no bump steer. From what I understand, Randy s is now under new ownership as of a couple (ish) years ago and I will recommend this place to any of my friends looking to align an offroad vehicle. Thanks a ton for the help guys!

I took my F250 to Randy s to have just a few (6) sets of off-road lights installed. One of those was a Rigid 30 light bar. The light bar would not stay powered for more than a couple minutes, and then shut off. After a couple return visits to correct it, Randy s contacted the manufacturer. Rigid acknowledged that they had originally sent a harness that couldn t handle the load from the light. Randy s got the correct one and installed it. They also installed a Baja Designs, BantamX HD system to manage all of the lights. Perfection!They loomed all of the wire runs and laid them out beautifully, hiding them from view. They worked very hard to make everything right for me, the truck and my experience with them. I ve never seen a shop work so hard to make things not just right but perfect! I had the best experience with Randy's Offroad fixing the suspension parts on my SUV that was T-Boned in an accident. They were so accommodating, thorough, and patient having to work with the insurance company. I highly recommend everyone who works here, but especially Tanner went above and beyond with his excellent customer service. I appreciate working with such a great company.

Had front end problems with my '03 Ram 2500 for several years. Truck had been in a few shops since I bought it in 2020. Nobody seemed to notice that it wasn't stock and repairs were temporary, resulting in multiple calls to the tow co.Took it to Randy's where they diagnosed, got me a stock front end and out the door in a week. Couldn't compliment them enough. Truck drives like it should now. Put a 4000 lb. camper on the back and the truck handles straight and great. Prices are fair, you get what you pay for. Will come back for future repairs if needed. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. i had them replace an old worn-out 6" fabtech lift with a new McGaughys 7-9" with upgraded control arms and rear traction bars. Randy's took the time to look over the rest of the truck and replace worn-out components. i drove 2000 miles to have Randy's work on my truck and i am happy yo say it was money and tine well spent. i will definitely have them do the work again if i need it.

Randy's Offroad was the best service I have had in a while. This was my first time lifting a truck and Tanner and staff answered all my questions. They are very knowledgeable, professional and do excellent work. I can't wait to get my next truck and have them mod it for me. I highly recommend them. They have gained a new customer for life.

These guys are awesome. I had them install an adjustable coil over kit on my 2018 Chevy Colorado ZR2. We ran into some issues with missing parts in the kit and seized tie rod sleeves but they took care of everything. The customer service they provided was top notch. I will absolutely work with Randy's in the future and I highly recommend them to everyone!!!!

Randy s was able to get me in within a couple of weeks compared to others who were a month to two months out. Fast, reliable service. They showed me the old parts just for piece of mind. Friendly and helpful staff. Will be back for all my truck needs.

I was in the auto repair business back in the early 2000s and retired from it I take my truck to Randy s because they do quality work, at a fair price, and are also nice guys that care about doing a good job I couldn t ask for a better bunch of guy s to work on my truck. Thank you Randy's crew for a great job on my Allison conversion project and paying attention to the details.

Once again, the team at Randy s Off-Road came through. I had a problem with the cooling system on my 2017 F450 Dually and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and with any delay. Their staff is amazing and they do quality work. Thanks again for the help, keep up the great work.

They were able to address all my concerns on my 07 gmc canyon 4x4 that has hummer h3 axles swapped into it. No other shops would even look at it. Tanner has incredible customer service!

Top notch customer service and work! Needed some serious fixing done on a rig I recently bought on the front end parts. Plus I had them do some other stuff while I was there. Randy is excellent to work with and has great follow-up. it took a while to put my quote together but through email and phone calls he kept me posted the entire time. Made my appointment and they told me it'd be done in 2 days and it was done in 2 days. Excellent work by Randy and his team. I have some other work planned for my rig and I will be going back to Randy's off road for all my future work on this truck.

I had Randy's Off-Road install an ARB bullbar front bumper on a Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2. It was a difficult installation, but Randy's did a great job, and Rob was excellent to work with

I took my 21 GMC 2500 Denali to them after couple of my friends told me they do good work and I m glad I did. Randy and his crew did a phenomenal job! They installed a 6.5 inch BDS lift kit with Fox shocks and Kryptonite Ultimate Front End package with UCA. I m already going back to get couple more things to install. Great customer service and pricing. I also got to chat with Randy for a bit and he s a great guy. Thanks!

I have always had excellent customer service from Randy before he retired and did not know what to expect from the new crew. They are awesome , Tanner took great care of me! He even offered to go above and beyond what he needed to do by offering to help and get warrantied some expensive shocks I bought from someone else that failed to quickly. Do not hesitate to let these guys do your work!

I ve been a customer for over 6 years now. Each time I go in, always treat me great! Last time I needed their services my lift pump went out, scheduled an appointment, a few weeks out! the guy who works the front (tanner i believe his name was) told me to just tow it down early and if they get a canceled appointment they could squeeze me in, sure enough it was done faster than expected! Called me with a detailed explanation on what was wrong and how we were going to fix it with a quote for the price. Did all the work and had it done in a faster than expected! Nothing but awesome things to say about Randy s off road and I will continue to take my truck there in the future, I would recommend to anyone who needs quality work on their truck!

I wouldn't take any car or truck to this shop.The mechanic cannot follow printed directions, and couldn't connect a brand new harness from Baja Designs. Mounted front fogs lights wrong and couldn't install rear lights as well.They blamed BJ and wanted to charge me more to troubleshoot.Waited for 6hrs on the shop for a terrible job.Stay way from this shop.

Did an Excellent job getting & installing airbags for my truck. A couple days after the install, one of the lines developed a whole. Randy's got me in immediately and replaced the line in about 20 minutes.I would highly recommend them!

They are always able to get us in quickly and trouble shoot the problem. Their work is always done well and we will always continue to have our work done here. Customer service over the phone and in person are phenomenal. Highly recommend giving them a call for your vehicles needs and wants!
