Honda of Marysville worked an absolute miracle for me. Kudos to the finance department, kudos to the sales department kudos to the Internet department kudos to everyone in the dealership for helping me get out of a bad situation into a perfect car! I was able to get the Honda Accord touring hybrid, 2024! I am a social worker and I need a better economy car for traveling day-to-day! Thank you all from Honda of Marysville for your hard work. Dedication and patience.I wanted to add a shout out to Jeff in service! Excellent work and commitment to me as a customer and a human being! The window tint is excellent!

Awesome help and work done by the staff all around. Hugo Pebbles was terrific to work with and was able to get the deal done! Friendly and down to earth dealership . It was past their closing time and felt there was no rush at all with Hugo and finance which is comforting. Great experience overall.

EVERYONE I worked with there was so amazing. I recommend if you are wanting to buy a car you go to Honda of Marysville. I was soooooo scared to go in because of the bad rap car salesman s get. But they made me feel incredibly comfortable and made the process easy and enjoyable. If you are looking to buy a car, please do yourself a favor and go see these guys!

We had a great experience buying a Honda Pilot with JP and Hugo. Highly recommend those two sales people. Not once did I feel pressured to buy and they were able to answer all the questions we had. Very proficient in their job. They also weren t annoyed listening to our kids be loud (was way past their bedtime).

I Really like this dealership. The service department is always very helpful. I live in Everett but my local dealership never have same days appointments available so I rather go to Marysville to service my car. This dealership never turned me away. Always professional and great service. The waiting area is very comfortable and they keep their promises regarding pick up time. Thank you!

My husband and I needed a second vehicle, and we had our eyes on a few Honda Accords. It was nice to show up and not get ambushed by salespeople. We went inside to inquire about the vehicle we were interested in, and we were greeted by Dylan Werven, who was awesome. We had a great experience with him and worked out a deal we were happy with. I can't recall the gentlemans name in finance, but they were a lot of fun, fast, and went all out to get the best interest rate. Thank you again for a great experience and a great car.

The worst experience someone could even imagine. Do not waste your time here. The sales people are quick to lie. I absolutely regret doing any business with them. My milage didn't match what was written down. There was now damage to the front of the vehicle when the car fax I was given had no damage. I am guessing they did the damage. During negotiations, I didn't feel listened to. They don't even give you two keys a 26k dollar mistake working with them. I have to buy vehicles often and thought give them a chance. We'll that was a terrible terrible mistake. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. You will be disappointed. Thanks for nothing.

Buying a new car at Rairdon s Honda in Marysville was welcoming and friendly. TEAGAN ROSE my salesman assisted me respectfully, very professional and accommodated person with no pressure at your back. First of all I did my research thru their website before heading there and all their used car was promising so I didn t even hesitate to go check three of the cars I wanted to test drive. Rairdon s Honda was above and beyond service even the financing department was incredibly hospitable staffs. Overall experience on this place was a FIVE STAR and Excellent Plus to my knowledge!!!

Waste of time! Huge markup. Prices listed online are a scam to get people in the door.Had a great experience test driving with JP, he was very informative and patient. Unfortunately their online listings can t be trusted. It is simply a scam to get you in the door. After the test drive for the car imaged below, we chose to not add any options. To our surprise the 35k price that motivated us to make the 1hr drive up north somehow changed to nearly 43k?!?!This wasn't just an issue of taxes registration and doc fees being added. There were thousands of dollars in options that weren t noted in the listing that motivated me to come.Chris, the Sales Manager, assured us that this is standard and it s how their marketing team chooses to list the vehicles. He assured us that if we looked into the fine print of the listing there would be legal notes stating that this price does not include dealer added options, and He can t take them off the car now .After expressing our concern he recommended buying another model that didn t have all the options. However, it was still listed above our anticipated price at 38k before tax.He made me feel as if I should have known better, and that it was my fault for trusting an online listing.This was an extreme waste of time!! I never leave reviews, but since the Marysville Rairdon Honda dealership already wasted 3-4hrs of my time, I figured I would take the extra 10 minutes to write a review and save someone else a long, disappointed trip.

My visit satisfaction was all about my vehicle service advisor, Jason Allen. He carefully reviewed my service history and advised me on options. He even went to his boss to approve an add-on service item which saved me an extra appointment. Very good judgement.

I absolutely abhor car shopping. It was a real pleasure this time, though. JP and their finance guy were so helpful and very straight forward. They did a great job. And best of all, my car is certified with an extended bumper to bumper warranty. Exactly what I needed. Happy customer here.

Went in looking to buy a 2024 Honda Civic Sport I saw on their website and left with it a couple hours later! I had Hugo as my car salesman and he was great, he was very knowledgeable on everything, gave me a good deal on the car, and made the whole process very quick and easy. Came in with a pre-approved loan from my credit union but ended up financing with Honda as they were able to give me a lower interest rate than my bank. Extremely happy with the car and service and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car in the area. 5/5.

Absolutly Wonderful service. My advisor had the most paitence with me and my stress even though I had a million questions. The tech who worked on my 13' coupe was extremely thorough and helpful. He took the time to diagnose and complete the service so nothing was missed. He found things other dealerships did not, legitimate issues.They showed that they cared for my car as if it was their own personal car. I will most definitely be returning and always recommending them.

Bought my Honda Accord from this place. From first day Kristina kept me up to date with pricing and inclusions. She took time to explain the model features. The day of the purchase she had all the paperwork properly laid out and helped us navigate the purchase easily. She also helped accommodate our request for pickup on an exact date. On the day of handover she explained she answered all our queries about the car patiently and made me and my family feel special. Will recommend to anyone looking to purchase from here.

I was in for a basic oil change and it was a easy experience with no issues. They were a bit short staffed in the morning but worked hard to get everyone checked in and even had my car ready sooner than anticipated. I couldn't ask for more.

Everyone did an excellent job. I felt I was listened to by everyone. Andre, Mariana and the managers. I was a little surprised when I picked up my vehicle. It was Urban Grey Pearle and I was expecting a deep blue found on the Accord EX. When they told me the Sport-L Hybrid didn't come in that color, I was OK since I didn't like the royal blue option. Car operates great. Looking forward to learning it as I go. Thanks!

I am writing to express my concern about the situation with my recent car purchase from HONDA. I was approved for credit and provided all the necessary documentation, as well as paid the balance. However, HONDA has refused to deliver the car to me on the agreed upon day. Instead, I was informed that I would have to go to the dealership the next day to pick up my car. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration for me.I would like to respectfully request an explanation for the delay in delivery and any steps that can be taken to rectify the situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.I am writing to express my concern about the inadequate security measures in place. It has come to my attention that sensitive information is being captured without proper security protocols. For example, I have noticed that complete Social Security Numbers are being printed. This is a serious concern, as it puts individuals at risk for identity theft and other forms of fraud. I urge the appropriate measures to be taken to secure this sensitive information and prevent any potential harm. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Great overall experience. We bought new 2024 Pilot and it had a motor issue within the first 300 miles. Returned that car and got another identical car which the dealer brought in quickly as a replacement. Everyone was very helpful and the sales lady was very knowledgeable about the car. Felt like they took extra time even after the sale was complete to go through the car and get it setup for my wife.

Lisa Marie Humphreys was so nice! She greeted me and was instantly someone I felt welcomed by! This location was much faster (by months) at getting me in to handle some recalls. Lisa shared with me some amazing lunch locations near by as well as I told her I was going to find lunch to eat. Def will be coming back to this location for future services. Lisa is great at what she does and very personable. 10/10 would recommend!

The few times I ve been in it has been chaotic. Yesterday I went in for an ignition issue and oil change, they did both of these no problem. Forgot car wash. The main thing for me was 3 different quoted prices. In a voicemail I got one, in the text my car was ready another out the door price was given and then when I arrived it was the most expensive. The lady checking me out seemed unenthusiastic adjusting the cost and got it down to as close as possible to the quoted. Makes no sense to me that you can t just adjust it to the quoted price I had proof of in my voicemail. I paid, waited for my car to be washed. Had to go back in because I didn t get a new oil change sticker. $400 for a run around unprofessional experience.
